Last minute stop off was made, and it was a very enjoyable evening, even more so by the amazing greeting and exceptional customer service given to us by KirstyHave to call out Kirsty,...... her service and can-do attitude were by far the best I have ever witnessed. If you decide to stay here, I would fully recommend kirsty's Irish coffee. It really was fantastic.....thank you kirsty for making our stay so pleasurable best wishes Carl and Sonia

Nothing... but a bigger bed would of gladly received

The staff service was great, they were friendly and made every effort to ensure I was happy and comfortable. The Hotel was neat and organized, which contributed to a comfortable stay. The room size was good.

The extractor fan in the bathroom as a bit too loud and couldn't be switch off. (Tape over the isolator switch). I am tall and the bed wasn't long enough for me this time. (I'm 6ft4in)

First time visitor and very impressed to be honest. Rooms as good as a Premier Inn but food was superb. Ok..limited choice maybe in some people's eye's, however loads of empty clean plates in the restaurant as the quality of the food was really good. Plus excellent breakfast as well.

Barman needs to learn how to pour a pint of beer :) Plus just be aware of the actual food and beverage serving times.

From the moment we approached the gate there was an air of exceptional attention to detail great presentation and when we checked in there was a warm welcome from the young man on reception. Our room was clean comfortable and well equipped and breakfast in the morning really well presented and of high quality. The hotel is tastefully decorated and the highly maintained grounds create a beautiful setting It would be an exceptionally good choice of venue for a wedding reception or family celebration. We both really enjoyed our short stay.

We have no negative comments

Good size room, comfortable bed, big TV, good bathroom (very hot water), good full English breakfast included. On site parking was good. Reasonable rate for location on a Saturday night, would use again for trip from south to north journeys.

Very noisy fan in bathroom when light on (drowned out TV!), maybe some yogurts/fruit on breakfast selection?

The reception staff were really helpful and cheerful. I was very impressed by them and very grateful . The place was very clean . The choice of breakfast was excellent and very good value .

Unfortunately the bed was a bit too hard for me but I am disabled and I suspect that it would be fine for others.

Rooms a little dated Twin beds kept moving when you were too close or sat on the bed Radiator too hot struggled to turn off

Staff friendly and helpful, a secure location, rooms comfortable and clean very peaceful.

Breakfast a little early for me but that is my preference, chairs in restaurant a bit uncomfortable. There was no option to not have breakfast at a reduced rate for the room.

Just idyllic. Stunning setting and beautiful well presented hotel. It was a quiet night when I stayed so, no bar or restaurant, facilities but they were more than happy to warm up a meal I'd taken with me . Room spacious, bed massive. Really hot water for bath or shower . . Can't fault it

One slight issue.. wifi signal was poor in room 10 I used my hotspot so wasn't an issue. They had offered an alternative.like I said really helpful

I could not fault anything about my experience at the Oak Farm Hotel. The staff were amazing (every single one of them) really made me feel welcome. The location was perfect, secure parking, comfy beds and bathroom with great water pressure.
