It was so nice to stay there. I was a bit disappointed that the bar is closed too early as I wasn't familiar with the area... but surprisingly I after I had an amazing dinner in a restaurant in the bar, a lovely music band played the music and bar was opened longer... so my husband and I had a lovely time there... I left my clothes in hotel... I have contacted hotel about teo weeks after my stay and they sent me it back .. how nice!!!! Sincerely thank you!!!!

Pool was too cold to go there... freezing water... but it looks amazing...

The staff are incredibly welcoming, kind and helpful. I loved having access to a pool and the spa facilities. The bar was beautiful; so many varying, unusual furnishings that add great character to the environment and I can completely see why it is so popular. Surrounded by beautiful views! I genuinely felt like that the staff couldn't do enough for us. We spent a fabulous 2 nights with the Three Rivers and i would definitely stay again.

'Didn't like' is not what I'd say, but it was evident some work was required around the hotel to keep it modernised. The rooms were relatively basic but really comfortable. There was nothing I didn't like, I was more gutted to see a beautiful establishment that looked like it was struggling in this current economic climate and I truly hope the hotel stays busy so they can keep it as beautiful as it is aswell as keeping up with repairs and nessecary upgrades.

A hidden gem and wouldn’t hesitate to return . Never jussive a book by its cover as the caravans on the front were a little off putting and the look of the hotel wasn’t anything special but once inside the rooms were fantastic the dark restaurant came to life in the evening and the food was magnificent . The views and facilities were excellent .

Some ongoing works on the way to pool area however these were not intrusive and the overall stay was great .

Bedroom was spacious and had a good view. Just a shame you look over the static caravans to the sea. We enjoyed the swimming pool which was bigger than we had thought. We enjoyed walking over the railway line and watching the sun set over the estuary. Lovely bar area.

Bedroom decor was a little old fashioned. Bath room was a little tired.

This is one lovely Hotel situated in a fabulous location and the food there was just spot on! Facilities were great and everything was fantastic except just one thing (mentioned below). This venue is almost flawless and is situated just a minute walk from the sea. The views are also sublime. Excellent value and I would return.

Everything was fantastic except just one thing. There is a UNMARKED tarmac /concrete speedbump that slammed the bottom of my car on first entry to the premises and I was only doing around 4MPH. I am a very careful driver of a low sportscar and I was really concerned about the damage. The owners of the Hotel did not listen to a word I had to say and appeared remorseless with no apology. This was a BIG initial put off for me. You literally have to crawl over the speed bump at around 2MPH if you have a fairly low vehicle. THE SPEED BUMP WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR IF YOUR SPEED IS 6MPH or more (IF YOU HAVE A LOW VEHICLE). Please be VERY wary of this on first entry. Other than this, I think this venue is flawless.

To be honest everything was great except the view from the room but then you pay for the sea view I would have if I stayed again the staff were all very friendly.

The first breakfast we found mouldy fruit in the bowl.The last breakfast put us off from ever staying here again because of dogs in restaurant not very hygienic didn't enjoy that experience guide dogs yes such a shame the hotel let itself down with this

Amazing place in a fabulous location. Good spa facilities. fantastic meal on first night so we booked again for second night. The chef did not disappoint. Outstanding food. Great service. Friendly staff who were very accommodating. Would definitely return again and have recommended the hotel to family and friends.

Needed a mirror near to a plug point in the room. Drinking water in the spa would be useful.

The room and view was lovely. We enjoyed an evening meal in the cosy and delightful restaurant. The staff are so charming and accommodating. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short due to a pending bad weather warning for the whole of Wales.

The only negative was the weather.

The views were lovely, the pool and spa were very nice and the breakfast was good. The rooms were a good size. We had a meal in the restaurant and that was excellent.

The water pressure in the shower was very poor, and my hair was difficult to rinse. The artwork in the restaurant was a bit scary. It would be good to have bottled water in the room and more choice of teas and maybe a biscuit.

It was not a major problem for us, however Stating the hotel is close to a beach is misleading. It is close to the sea, but not a usable beach. also the train line is not mentioned which is also misleading and would be a major issue for some guests.
