The receptionist on checking in was an absolute star, as were the evening restaurant staff. They couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast servers went above and beyond and as there were 11 of us in the party there were some challenges! The food on both occasions was fresh, of good quality and hot. A shout out to the fact gluten free was freely on offer too. Beds extremely comfortable and the bathroom immaculate. Very impressed with our overnight stay.

Nothing except perhaps the £6 parking charge! This was perceived as perhaps a money maker and would be better incorporated into the hotel price. Understand the reasoning but it did irk somewhat.

Great staff in reception, bar area and restaurant. Even the maids greeted us with a “Good Morning” Food in the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal we found to be good value for money. A small point, but important to us, was the friendly and sympathetic attitude of the staff at 4.30 in the morning, when the chap at reception and the transit driver to the airport showed compassion to our family who were obviously distressed due to leaving on various flights to return home overseas.

Cannot think anything really that we didn’t like. Only one thing comes to mind, but even then it has merit going for it. The hotel is rather isolated from any other amenities. But on the positive side, we didn’t experience the constant roar of jet engines we usually experience at Airport hotels. Perhaps this is a trivial comment but the only one I can mention.

Room was good, layout and clean etc. Breakfast was good and fresh eggs on request. Staff also very good and quite friendly.

Food in the restaurant seemed overpriced for what it was. One of our meals arrived cold and had to be sent back, this resulted in a different meal being ordered and we both then ate at separate times which was disappointing. Also the television in the room would not cast as easily as you may initially think. It would not cast at all on one of our IPhone 8. Eventually after an hour of persistence we got one of our phones to work, but sadly then the film was buffering due to slow internet speeds. We feared less 'tech savvy' people would have had no chance. Better solutions are needed here.

We only needed the bed because I could not camp 1 more night at a festival, we travelled from 4am Wednesday and camped every night until I couldn't hack an airmatress anymore. So everything was what I needed at the time. Late night food at the bar for the festival goers was a massive bonus, even if it was a £1 oven pizza scalped for £20 but we were desperate and you knew we would be, so it was appreciated

Circling back to that pizza, honestly everyone with teeth knows that pizza couldn't have been worth more than a quid from Lidl, couldve easily went and got a quality one from Tesco and still made a killing at the price you had it at. It didn't reflect the quality of everything else, especially at the abominable price it was.

Breakfast is fabulous with a full range of hot and cold items. Evening Meal selection is varied and reasonably priced - staff service from Christos was excellent. Bed comfortable and hotel pool & gym top standard. Hotel parking charges reasonable. Zach on reception is an asset to the business

The 2 large transparent glass window panels from the bathroom into the bedroom are disconcerting and provide no privacy - they need to be covered in tinted film so that guests sharing a room can use the facility in private. The £10 charge for the airport transfer is unreasonable - for a 3 minute drive from the hotel. For hotel guests there should be a courtesy shuttle or maximum £5 charge. No flexibility on late checkout for genius guests there should be some leeway. Leisure facilities close between 12-2pm - why? these should be open throughout the day. Problem with tripped fuses in the bedroom - no power - spent 20 minutes trying to get it sorted out as no electrical sockets were operational.

I loved the pool and the steam room

There was no aircon in the room and due to extreme heat it made it very uncomfortable. The food was really over priced for what it was £19.95 for fish and chips this is extortionate. The staff were pleasant but not very helpful. When you ask a question no one seem to know the answer. The pool was shut all day Saturday which meant one day was ruined. There were no facilities for fresh water unless you bought it one bottle in my room and that was it not good when it's so hot 😫

The rooms here are very nice and comfortable. The rooms are actually quite large and we appreciate the large screen TVs in the rooms. The beds were super comfortable and also have aircon. Although the hotel was quite busy we didn't hear a peep from the other guests. The rooms actually are soundproof which is great for extracurricular activities.

Check in process took a little longer than we would have hoped, especially because i was busting for a number 2. Charge for parking aswell but this is clearly stated during the booking process. My obly complaint about the room was that there's a window that looks straight into the bathroom which is slightly odd. If you're staying as a couple it's fine but otherwise you can see straight into the bathroom where the shower is.

Immaculate modern hotel, lovely modern large bedroom, very comfortable bed, amazing! shower and plenty of facilities including bar restaurant and adequate gym. The pool seemed pretty nice too, although we didn't have the time to try that. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of hot and cold options.

The gym was quite warm and had some basic and quite dated CV equipment; It had adequate weight training options though. Breakfast was a little hectic due to a large conference that day, but that didn't cause us any problems. The restaurant food was a little pricey for what it was.

Room - amazing, clean, everything one could think of. Who cares what the view is. We know the hotel is at an airport. Breakfast - super selection for me, plenty for any type of customer. Choice of fruit, bread, cold stuff, cereal, juices, brilliant.

Gym reception - when I arrived in the reception, I spoke rang the phone to ask if the Steam room was on, and to get a key - all good first day. Next day, I ask the girl there if the steam room is on and for a key, and she was very cold and snooty and said "I will check with the staff". I later found out she was the 'nail' person and obviously was not happy to answer a quick question politely as she seemed to think it was beneath her.

The rooms were first class. Check in was quick and without problems. The bar was well staffed and efficient. The restaurant was good but the choice of food was not up to a 4 star hotel. Breakfast on both mornings of our stay was excellent. As were the staff

The choice on the menu in the Runway Restaurant was good if you liked pizzas and burgers . My wife and I both selected sirloin steak for dinner on our first evening. It arrived in 10 minutes and looked as if it had come out of a packet, ready cooked and then microwaved. It was also medium and we had asked for medium rare. The chips and salad were great The second evening 2 items were not available so we had a pizza between us which was very good. We had stayed at this 4 star hotel before and the choice of food had been excellent but this time not so. The staff in the restaurant were very good
