Second time staying at The Clee, really nice to just get a couple nights away. The staff are always amazing and nothing is too much trouble for them. The lady that does the breakfast shift is delightful,always smiling and bubbly ready to help with breakfast and keeping everything stocked and clean. We were recommended a really nice takeaway called pepi's that delivered to the hotel and we were allowed to eat downstairs in the bar too. The bedroom was perfectly sized for me and my son, beds were okay, not the comfiest but still good with plenty of bedding and towels, soap, toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar, milk etc. all the standard stuff you'd expect to find in a hotel room.. including a mini fridge and hairdryer. The bathroom was good, with a large mirror with a light above (perfect for putting my contacts in), however a bit of a squeeze on the toilet for the bigger sized folk, it was situated next to a shower cubicle and a sink in front of the toilet. There wasn't a remote for the tv, but we weren't in the hotel long enough to utilise it and the one night we were, we used my laptop. We shall most definitely be returning again :D Thank you for having us

We didn't stay in the main hotel but were shown to a house just down the road. The 1st floor room facing the road was of a very decent size with 2 windows and was bright, clean and airy. Parking facilities are at the front of the house or at the main hotel. Facilities were as advertised, and the photos were accurate. Breakfast was in the main hotel and was fresh and had sufficient choice. Good value for money. Good and quiet location within easy walking distance to beach/restaurants/bars etc. Would recommend and would stay again.

Not many places in the bathroom to place own toiletries, eg shelving.

The rooms were lovely, clean ,they had a tv plenty of space, tea and coffee supplied along with the kettle. Even had a little fridge which was handy. The bathroom was clean and everything was just spot on. Free WiFi too. We arrived early but the staff checked us in which was great and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. breakfast was included in the price with plenty of options. The hotel was a 5/10 min walk from promenade so good location and they accepted dogs too x I have no negatives the place was great and would defo stay again xx

I have nothing negative to say.

Big clean rooms. Beds comfortable and clean. Lovely shower and clean towels. Water, tea and coffee in the room. Asked for a quiet room and was given room 12 on the ground floor at the back, it was perfect. My son has Autism and they were happy to arrange this room for us. They allowed up to see the breakfast room so he knew what to expect. Good choice of continental breakfast, cereals, toast, crumpets, croissant, waffles, pancake, cheese and ham, yogurts, fresh juice and coffee.

Parking was tight, but we got a spot on the road outside Bit of noise from other guests, but that's not the fault of the hotel

intentionally requested a ground floor room because we visited with baby in pushchair and we primarily meant to be located in one. unfortunately someone changed it and we ended up on first floor with heavy pushchair with sleeping or moving around baby in it,add to it shopping and another young child..wouldn't be too bad but as matter of fact I injured my feet meanwhile it didn't feel comfortable at all. would also be good if there is any microwave or little oven to use for guests. simple things but really do make difference especially when you staying with children.

The Hotel was really nice, it was in close proximity to our cousin who we were visiting. There was music entertainment provided on some nights. The staff were truly great, very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. We were able to bring Harley our Border Collie. It was a buffet breakfast with an excellent choice to suit most needs.

There was nothing we needed to ask for, everything we needed had been provided. We did buy extra tea/coffee but that is because we drink a lot of it.

Breakfast was continental only but good value and freshly self served. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel was in the process of being refurbished however the room was basic but very clean and suffice for our needs. Quite cosy.

The shower room was a little uninviting would of preferred a room with a bath but maybe because we had our little pooch with us we were given this room. I am sure if we had asked for a room with a bath they would have accommodated our request if we had asked.

Had a great time at this hotel. The room was very large with a separate kitchen living room two bedrooms and garden. Good internet and the televisions also worked perfectly. Clean room. Even parking was close by. We are traveling in 5 and everyone is happy. Breakfast was varied everyone found something to their liking. The manager was very nice and showed us everything. There is also a bar where you can relax in the evening.

Great sized room and good facilities, well located. Would go to again. Good breakfast for most. Room plenty big enough to sleep a family, nice to have a sofa, fridge and bath.

A bit of a mixed bag with dietary requirements at breakfast but the overall offer looked great. The pub downstairs was a bit loud, but given England only get to major finals once every 30 years or so it’s probably not usually an issue!

It was a nice selection! Refrigerated fruit juices available and a selection of cereal. Good value for money, staff were friendly and helpful in introducing us to the breakfast room.

the only thing that seemed to be available to warm the pastries etc up was a mechanical toaster, meaning some pastries got burnt. As a couple we were positioned on the bottom floor, in a room close to reception and the bar; this meant when in our room when trying to sleep we could hear people talking and walking in the corridor.
