Staff: really friendly staff, quick service, always there to answer questions! We especially want to thank Francesca from the front-desk for giving us a warm welcome. We got a free upgrade, which is always a nice to have! But even if this wasn't the case, the customer service is still great! Room: nice and spacious room, very clean, all amenities available, no sound of airplanes or other guests (so well insulated), very comfy bed and pillows, tasty selection of coffee pods. (10/10) Hotel: looks old from the outside, but inside it's actually modern, and our room was also very modern. Also great to have the option to order food until 11PM, certainly if you arrive later at the hotel like we did. (10/10) Location: great location if you need to catch your flight the next morning, 10 minutes walk to the airport. (10/10)

Everything was great. Can't speak about long stay or breakfast, because of our short stay of 9 hours.

We liked everything about the hotel, the warm inviting reception area /bar/restaurant and the excellent swimming pool, sauna and steam room. I appreciated the eco friendly responsible approach to towel use but I feel you could also put emphasis on the use of excess water. The size and layout of the room was great. The food in the restaurant was very good and the romanian waitress was excellent, warm friendly and helpful with the menu Exceptionally near to the airport via foot and the free shuttle bus was ideal with suitcases

We both felt the room could improve with a central strong light, especially for the older generation who often have sight issues. It was difficult at times to see things that had fallen on the floor or to find things in our suitcases.

Staff lovely and friendly, the pool was brilliant just over 4ft deep the full pool is same depth brilliant for kids as they can get use of the full pool. Breakfast was good, health suit is also great. Beds comfy and room was very clean, plenty of towels.

I don't understand the parking charge if your staying here and not using the airport. £16 is alot. Dair enough if your parking up the car and going on holiday but if your just staying at the hotel o don't think it's right. The twin rooms state a single bed so I phoned before I booked as a single would be no good as it was for a couple and a child so 3 people. I was assured it was 2 queen sized beds, it's more like 2 small doubles. Although otherwise comfortable. The selection for dinner is very limited and so expensive. It's £6 just for fries. So we ate out at a nearby place and got a full meal for £10.

First and foremost...the location! So close to the airport, in fact walking distance although the hotel has a reliable shuttle service.The staff were amazing! I requested a day before my actual arrival and the staff were excellent in making it all work. Loved the Double Tree cookie welcome! The room was very spacious with a lovely view of the snowy mountains, The room was cosy and warm. The bed was large and so comfy. There is a great selection of TV channels on a big screen TV. The dining room has a lot of ambience and the menu is very good. A really super experience all in all. Awesome transport selection to and from this airport.

This is a great location for being close to the Edinburgh airport. 10 minute walk to the port and the rental cars are all right there too. Extremely clean and very friendly staff. The bar and restaurant were totally decent. Pool area looked nice.

You have to be quick with parking if you are not staying for ling. There are cameras upon entering end existing the parking lot which photograph the license plate and instantly charges you if you stay more than 15 minutes. The front desk gave us another half hour of complementary parking time upon check-in so we weren't rushed which was great.

the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly especially two members of reception staff who went over and above expectations when helping me with my medication from curaleaf, they were so very understanding and patient and made me feel very cared for . The staff also helped us by charging our phones for us all weekend as we had forgotten our chargers. please check the names of those who served us as they should be highly commended for their service.

blood staining on net curtains, carpet and roof, bathroom sink would not drain. I found the food and drink very very overpriced.

t is a very good hotel with comfortable beds, nice gym facility and handy location for the airport. the shuttle is quite handy even if the airport is also reachable with a short walk. if you travel and you have luggage then the shuttle will make your life easier. the staff is always very helpful and friendly.

I find that, as most of the people sleeping there might travel very early in the morning, breakfast should start earlier than six. I don't like the fact that even if you are an overnight guest you have to pay the car park. this should be included in the price of the room which is not cheap anyway. the restaurant is good but I think there should be more options on the menu. the location of the hotel grants it a lot of guests eating in, so it would be nice having a wider range to chose from. the food is, indeed, very good.

Great to just go into a bed and sleep after waiting a long time for a 2 hour flight that turned into 4 hours long and didn't want to drive back home after the flight so late at night. The price was a little better then the holiday inn express as they were charging over £400 for 1 night. Lovely and warm when going into the room.

The only three things I would have to say about the hotel is: There was no kettle to make a coffee or tea. The bathroom door lock was broken. For the price of the room for three people was ok but to try and charge people £16 or what ever for a breakfast is just crazy... I know that's in some way to make money out of guests but find that when your charging alot for a room you could at least put in a continental breakfast like most hotels.

The bedroom is good, spacious and comfortable, and also silent. It is good located if you need to use the airport. I have ordered a pizza, and it was very good.

The staff is friendly, but sometimes they seem to be lost, and it is dififcult to have information. The room service cost 5 pounds, which I think is not fair, especially due to the high price of the accomodation itself. There is a shutter to the airpot, but it takes to long, it is faster to go on foot.

Since we missed our connecting flight, we had to spontaneously book a room close to the airport. This one was close and one of the cheapest options. Staff at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful and provided us with toothbrushes since our luggage was lost as well. Also, we each got a cookie which isn't much but did wonders to lift our mood at that point! The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good, albeit a rather small selection.

Quite pricey but that's to be expected A) in Edinburgh and B) close to the airport.
