The hotel has an amazing ambience, and the rooms are very different from other hotels, but they are beautifully decorated.

When booking a hotel, the reason I booked it was due to its price compared to the normal airport hotels. It said it had a courtesy bus to the airport. It was not available to me in either direction to the airport. For the extra money I had to pay for taxis I could have stayed at one of the airport hotels. Was not a great start to my 2 week holiday. Please do not advertise courtesy bus if it is not available it cost me an extra £50 approximately for taxis.

Staff very friendly, though not very knowledgeable about surrounding restaurants. the rather large parking lot can get crowded on a Saturday evening, but there is plenty of street parking nearby. There is a large Tesco the next building over. The cleaning staff was friendly and polite. Not a very exciting part of town, but close to major intersections. A 20 minute walk down to the main road by the water. Plenty of electric sockets and a few USB/USB-C plugs.

The shower worked fine, but there was only an overhead rain-showerhead or a handheld showerhead. I like my showerhead on the wall so it can send water diagonally without my holding it. The amenities were not refilled. The lights in the bathroom are rather dim - awful for makeup and other personal grooming. They do have lighted mirrors you can borrow, but I only found out on checkout. The mattress was not flat, and the indentations were not at the right places for me.

Shuttle service was incredibly fast and driver was super helpful with getting me from the arrivals to the hotel as I had not stayed in this area before. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was quickly checked in, and given card to my room. The decor, and open fire in the lobby is great welcome, having left -3 outside. My double room was warm, clean and comfortable. The rainfall shower was great, and loads of tv options as Sky is provided. The wi-fi can be little hit and miss but saw no great issue for me, given I was working some days from my room. It was super quiet and very spacious. Transport wise, there are several bus stops which can get you to the City Centre, just prep your time wise and more than enough "X" buses turn up for when you need one. I worked from the lobby on several days and it was still very quiet, staff in the restaurant very kind and checking if more caffeine was needed. Plenty of sockets and seemed the place to be for meetings but again without loudness or interference. Loved the decor in the lobby and the christmas decs, were a lovely touch! There is a HUGE supermarket on your doorstep too should you need it. One thing throughout my entire stay was how helpful and friendly everyone was! I was able to get the shuttle for my departure but honestly, would've happily have stayed a few more nights.

Nothing.. but can appreciate some people would want wifi on all the time without needing booster via TV. But I had no issues!

The breakfast was good but the food a little on the cool side, plates were warm which is good. Our evening meal was very good and we all enjoyed it. Staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation was clean and comfortable.

I had taken up the upgrade offer for a “King” room and on arrival found a standard double room. On querying this at reception I was told that the beds on the 4th floor were standard doubles and the “King” referred to the facilities, when I asked about the facilities I was told we had a fridge!! Nothing in it other than water but it was a fridge.. Ridiculously poor description, after which I couldn’t be bothered arguing further.

Sumptuous, comfortable, beautiful design with lots of details and hugh quality. The staff were all excellent- professional and knowledgeable. Breakfast was extensive and with a lot of variety including a warm Breakfast menu.

The WiFi was complicated and only functioned with the TV on and connected which was a distraction when trying to work. They assisted quickly in connecting codes though. But tv had to be on at the same time to work. Bit antiquated and not effective. Slow signal

My partner and I visit specifically for our birthday and anniversary celebrations. The hotel is always clean and set to a high standard. With welcoming staff at reception, personalised and warm in its atmosphere.

2 things this trip i don't like one nothing major the other was off putting. Slight inconvenience was that we didn't have our robes in the room like normal. I am slightly disappointed as my partner and I normally like to return order room service and sit in our robes whilst ending our evening. The second point that was not acceptable was a staff member talking to our bar tender in a completely unacceptable manner. Not only did she try to put down her colleague, but she persisted in trying to embarrass him in front of us to try and prove her point. I expected more from her, especially in front of guests.

On booking a executive room for my partner and myself as a mini break for us both, hotel is a hidden gem food just amazing as were the staff, for a executive room it could have been a little larger in my personal opinion. Certainly will be back. The upgrade of champagne and rose petals Certainly surprised my partner not forgetting the lovely chocolates in the room. The fillet steak my partner had was the best she has ever tasted. As for myself the scallops were just out of the world congratulations to the chefs on duty. Front of house were a credit to the hotel very professional in every detail.

I liked everything about this hotel. It has a great atmosphere and every staff member I encountered was polite, professional and extremely helpful. The room was so well appointed and nicely decorated. Plenty of conveniently located outlets, towel warmer in bathroom, fabulous shower, beautiful scented complementary shower products and the restaurant was lovely. We arrived too early to check in but they stored our bags so we could head out and when we arrived back they had been already placed in our room. There is also an airport shuttle that you can reserve to get you to and from the airport. It is located a ten minute walk from the quaint fishing town of Queensferry where you can see the bridges. Truly loved our stay and would definitely book here again.

We organised a shuttle and Craig the driver was great and very professional and efficient. Only 12 minutes from the airport. Our check in was good too and Keira was very helpful with all the info we needed. It was worth booking here for the short time we had instead ofthe dreary airprot Holiday Inn. There is a massive Tesco right next to the hotel as well as the beautiful little town of Queensferry about a 15 minute walk. We had a nice dinner by in the hotel and retired to our well decorated and comfy hotel room. The beds were comfortable, great shower and well lit bathroom. We were up at 3.30 and took our arranged taxi to the airport at 4.00am, it cost 25 Pounds as shuttle want working that early. All the staff we came into contact with were all so pleasant, what a pleasure. would definitly stay here again. There are bus routes outside hotel as well in case you wanted to go into Edinburgh .

Only gripe was we never got our 3.30am wake up call, thank Goodness for cellphone alarms !

The staff were outstanding - we were a group of old friends meeting up for a catch-up and we were treated like royalty from start to finish. Every single person we spoke to was absolutely lovely and made three very average people feel very special. You can’t put a price on that kind of service - your team are immense! The food was incredible too - including the recommended bar snacks, which we seriously contemplated having again for our tea!!! The shower was tremendous. Everything was great really - I could go on and on, but the people were what made it stand out for me.

The only thing I struggled with were the pillows - but I never find hotel pillows firm enough for a good nights sleep! I am the problem, not the pillows. Had I not been travelling by train I’d have taken my own!
