Couldn't find fault with staff, breakfast or room

Comfy bed but Very uncomfortable pillows, far too soft & flat. Didn't sleep well

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent location after reading some comments. It's extremely close to the airport, just a five-minute walk away. I recommend using the Twilight service to drop off your bags at night for added convenience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient during check-in, and the breakfast buffet was delightful with a wide variety of sweet and savoury options. Overall, it was a clean and enjoyable experience. Also, if you check in like 3 PM there is a plenty of time. You can take the direct bus from the airport to the citizen center and come back.

Although the hotel was extremely clean the cleaners over used bleach and when getting into the lift to go to my room my eyes were burning from the amount of bleach used There needs to be more selection of food for dinner for those who have dietary restrictions as there wasn’t much I could eat for dinner Either the staff need to take food orders correctly or the chefs need to actually read what is written down as I asked for things to be removed from my burger ( as I have allergies and dislike for certain food) which I did not realise until I started eating ( they didn’t remove the things I don’t like)

The location directly at the Edinburgh airport is a game changer. It takes less than a 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the Airport. The room was absolutely clean and the bed really comfortable. There was also Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner provided. Despite being near the airport, it was really quiet. The staff is also very helpful and super welcoming. We liked the breakfast buffet a lot. From Continental to classic Scottish breakfast, from sausages and haggis to fully vegan options.

The chairs in the launch area were extremely stained. These could need some cleaning (or even replacement).

We arrived hours before check in and hoped to stash our luggage and go into Edinburgh for the day after dropping off our rental car. The reception clerk kindly offered early check in which was a blessing and very helpful. It was a "short" walk to find the tram into the city, which we used multiple times during our stay. When it was time to head to the airport which was literally across the street, it was a hike with luggage. Not many hotels seem to offer any shuttle service because the distance is not that far. We ate dinner once at the hotel which was ok; but the breakfast had a good selection of items.

The distance to the airport when walking with luggage is doable but those with a lot of luggage or less mobility will find it challenging.

We stayed here to attend a rugby game at Murrayfield, location to the tram to get to Murrayfield was great (although get on at Ingliston Park + Ride, it’s much cheaper than getting on at the airport stop).

The buffet breakfast was very busy and lots of food, cutlery and mugs had run out, and they all took quite a while to be replenished. The food was good quality and tasty though. That parking on site is still £12, although cheaper than for non-residents, I feel like this price is still very high.

It’s situated very close to the airport which I liked very much, the room was what I expected, I didn’t have a chance to sample breakfast.

Check in could have been much quicker, you only had one guy on the desk when I arrived to check in, their was someone in front of me who had just arrived and seemed to take an age to check in, they even left the hotel to get their luggage and came back again and all this time I was ignored, their was other staff around and again I was ignored, in fairness to the guy at reception once he’d checked the other guest in he saw I was not happy and he did give me a bar of chocolate and a bottle of water, bless him, just please ask your staff to acknowledge your guests and get them checked in quickly please.

Check in was slow but I think this was because there was a technical glitch with the computers There was a storm so lots of people ordering meals and I waited over an hour for food The method of ordering seemed disorganised and the speed and order it came out of the kitchen was baffling with some people who ordered a long time after me getting their food. I asked the bar staff where my order was and eventually had to ask the manager It came 10 mins after that. I know the kitchen was busy that night but they weren’t prepared for the influx

Location was great, a ten minute walk to the airport terminal/ tram station/ rental car return. Our flight was very early in the morning and I was a little concerned about walking over in the dark, but the area is very well lit and there were lots of people about so ended up feeling very comfortable while walking over.

Their website could be a little more forthcoming about the food available in the bar area. I couldn’t really tell if there was actual dinner food available and was thinking we would have to walk somewhere to get dinner. As it turns out, they had a great menu and it was well done and pretty tasty too. Suggest the hotel post a menu on the website and maybe a price range so travelers know they don’t have to leave the hotel to get something to eat?

This hotel was in walking distance from the car rental drop off, and the airport. It made our early flight exceptionally easy to get to. The family room we stayed in was quite spacious, had air conditioning (a rarity in Scotland we discovered) and was very clean. The double bed was very comfortable. The sofa pull out that was the child bed was, well... a sofa bed. Very creaky and noisy through the night, but it did the trick. The restaurant in the hotel offered a great selection of foods and drinks. I was worried about the noise level being so close to the airport, but you couldn't hear a thing from outside!
