The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed and bright with fantastic views over Leeds. It was exactly where we needed to be, close to the station and also to the venue where we were attending a party. The reception staff and their counterpart at Booking.com could not have been more helpful as we had to cut our stay short as I had booked trains home a day earlier than I had thought! It all got sorted out very quickly.
Breakfast was okay but nothing more than that. Coffee was instant which I always find a huge disappointment - should have had tea! The buffet was no better than a budget hotel.

The room was huge and the bathroom was really nice. It had a bath and lovely toiletries and fluffy towels. The shower was also perfect. The room was spotlessly clean and a good temperature with very comfortable pillows. WiFi was easy to access and high speed. There was a comfy chair, a large desk, and plenty of sockets. It felt very luxurious for the price.
The staff were not very friendly and the mattress was not very comfortable, quite hard and sprung like a camp bed. The tap was weird and I found it hard to use. The shower also took a few attempts to figure out, though it was amazing once I knew how to use it. The fire alarm went off twice in the night and housekeeping came in early in the morning, waking me up well before check out.

Great room, hotel in the centre of the city so very convenient. Pleasant bar on the ground floor - a little small but we managed to get a table on the occasions we went. Received a voucher for drinks in exchange for not expecting the beds to be changed as part of their environmental policy - we were happy to accept this for a two night stay. Had breakfast on one of the mornings - this was very good quality and the cost was pretty standard. Plenty of good quality food to choose from. Bed was comfortable and air con/heating worked well. Good shower.
No parking linked to the hotel, though the recommended multistory was quite close (few minutes walk) and the overnight cost was discounted for residents at the hotel. Lifts to the rooms a little on the slow side, but let's face it, that's not really much to grumble about!

We paid for breakfast on second day but I think I’d paid in the price already as a priority member? Not entirely sure. However breakfast was really good, if I hadn’t left it so late I’d have had a lot more to eat! Lots of choice, well catered and so tasty! Also had a steak sandwich in bar, was excellent. The loacation is great and very central, great for what we were doing. Would definitely return to hotel if visiting Leeds.
The room was a bit tired and smelled a bit but after a bit of perfume it was ok. Everything was clean and had all we needed. So fair. Pillows a bit flat if I’m looking to be critical. Overall ok.

Booking .com should take the hotel off the list as a place with Parking Facility. That's misleading, I specifically tick the box for hotels with parking fac, b'cos I know not every Hotel in Leeds has park facility and the Plaza Park Hotel was in the list of hotels displayed. After arriving in Leeds around 19.30, it took us over an hour to find the parking spaces for the hotel. On being check in, we were give a room with large bed which turn out to be joined two mattress which up feeling in pain getting up in the morning. Yes, great place, nice location and nice hotel and great staff, one who help us to carry our bags from the car park to the hotel. See what I mean? Sure I will not be going back when I am in Leeds again.

the dark skinned lady who served us at the bar was such a nice lady and went out of the way to help us if needed
the men who served us at the bar took tips without asking one of them took 9 POUNDS TIP ONE TIME and the other male barmen took various tips and didn't ask thought they had to ask permission to take a tip and one said we couldn't use cash so when we used our card he took a tip without asking so overall our stay in the hotel was excellent and comfortable apart from having to pay tips without being asked don't mind paying a tip if asked as this was the case with the really nice dark skinned lady she gave us the choice so when we go back to the park plaza we probably won't use the bar

On arrival staff very helpful as main door is a revolving door and the wheelchair would not go in so opened the fire doors, booking in was easy and once we got to the rooms - opposite each other - the rooms were very clean andcomfy
for some one in a wheelchair the 15th floor was a worry in case of a fire - also 3 lifts it took ages to get to the 15th floor as lift kept getting called down, however when we were leaving we were then told had we scanned our key on the pad and pressed floor 15 it would of gone straight up - but better late than never

Place was clean, in the city centre, room was spacious and clean too. Really like the eco option too, bonus for opting for the eco option is a free drink which is a brilliant enticement for people! Staff were incredible, one staff member stood out the most, a man working on the downstairs bar on the Sunday night (21/7), not sure of his name but he was exceptional! I had asked for a hot chocolate and he made the effort to go look for cocoa powder, and although there was none he was very apologetic to both me and my partner about it, it was no big deal, but he was so lovely about it.
The lifts were a little slow but other than that absolutely no complaints!

I was looking for a hotel near the train station, being able to see the hotel as the train arrived was very reassuring. The size of the bath was fantastic, the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The bed was comfortable, there was a soft and hard pillow on each side of the bed so most people will find a combination to suit them. Tea and coffee making facilities, with a decent size mug was really handy for me. Just up the road are a selection of shops and eating options. Perfect for an overnight stay between train journeys.
I was on the 16th floor so despite there being 3 lifts the wait could take some time.

Location, the aspect of the hotel and the breakfast.
Digital keys (when you can’t get a signal you can find yourself stranded in the lift unable to get to your floor). Elevators - not enough for a hotel with so many floors. We often had to wait much, much longer than we would have hoped due to lack of availability. Also on departure the lift, which was already full, stopped on every single floor as it was being requested on every single floor, all the way to the ground floor. Bed - uncomfortable mattress. Also two single beds pushed together is never as comfortable as a bona fide double bed. Bedside electric plug sockets not easy to find initially. Could be more organically placed. Toiletries - one small shower gel bottle between two people was insufficient
