Comfy beds and clean room. Nice size shower. Good breakfast lots of choice. Great location for the theatre and nearby pubs. 15 min walk into city. Quiet street at night. Local restaurants and pubs. Nice staff. Secure reception.

Room maybe a bit small for the price. Room too warm, no instruction on how the change the room temperature. Slight humming within room and something noising outside (like a small generator type sound - had to open window because room temperature). Dirty cups for breakfast (staff should check first!). Two simple things to fix: Need some hooks for coats as you walk in. Shower good, but nowhere for soap once you are in shower (end up trying to hold onto it).

Our stay at the hotel was amazing! Staff were very welcoming and accommodating! The rooms were beautiful, well appointed, comfortable and very clean. We felt like royalty! Breakfast offerings were generous and absolutely delicious! Everything exceeded our expectations! We'd love to visit again!!!

This was an absolute dream. From the moment we walked in everyone was friendly and helpful, from the GM (who was working like everyone else) to the receptionists & late staff. Asking what we had planned each day, and enquiring what we had done when we got back but in such a friendly way it felt really genuine. They also gave us suggestions for where we could visit if we go back to Liverpool. The room was really nice, a big comfortable bed, a wardrobe big enough for a few days worth of clothing for 2 people, and a few drawers too. The Bathroom has stunning features, with a rainfall shower, jacuzzi bath, feature wall, and quirky yet cool sink. I can't praise this hotel enough, we are already looking at returning here again next year.

The air-conditioning wasn't explained and took a while to figure out.

Upon arrival the team were really welcoming and allowed us to leave our bags before check in so we could head into the city centre without them. The hotel is amazing aesthetically, clean and modern. We had a cocktail at the bar and was informed of the best food spots to try and bars, their Thai restaurant is closed on Mondays but we would have definitely tried the hotels food (and will on our next visit). Prior to visiting I had requested birthday decorations and cider for the room to celebrate my partner’s birthday, it looked great and they even provided complementary chocolates and candles. The room itself was spacious and bright, the spa bath was lush and easy to operate. I’d recommend anyone to stay here, the hotel is close to the station and the centre only being not even 10min walk down the road. We can’t wait to visit again, we really impressed with the hospitality.

Absolutely stunning by far the best hotel iv stayed in Absolutely spotless not one fault. The staff were all amazing nothing to much trouble my daughter had the best 18th here with her friend they felt like Queens. Iv stayed in a lot of hotels in Liverpool over the years and this is by far the best I wouldn't stay any where else now if u want friendly staff and a spotless hotel this is definitely the hotel to book. Thank you to the philharmonic for helping to create the perfect 18th for my daughter can't wait for our next stay.

Nothing it was absolutely perfect couldn't find one fault

This hotel is immaculate whether all the interior design is to your taste is irrelevant when it’s this brand new, immaculate, such attention to the small details and not a speck of dust in sight. From my arrival all staff were impressive, they could not do enough to enhance the quality of my stay. Excellent and very natural customer service and hospitality skills. These lovely people know what they’re doing. I was supposed to be accompanied during my stay but at the last moment my stay was as a lone female so I was nervous until the staff enquired about the number of guests. Then they ensured I had everything I needed to feel comfortable and secure. So I felt incredibly comfortable sitting in the hotel bar for a drink. All facilities are excellent from bedding, comfort of bed, tea making, bathroom etc. Considering the location of the hotel extremely quiet room, great sleep and I never sleep well in hotels. The breakfast was well presented and cooked, the only thing missing; my breakfast plate was stone cold on arrival and at an extra cost for beverages if your breakfast is not included in the price then complimentary refills should be provided. I chose to sample the breakfast as I was a lone guest but paid £18 for a full English breakfast (costly in Liverpool as so many cheaper options in restaurants etc plus my coffee was extra £). Overall a brilliant experience and stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially for the high level of hospitality, service, effort, cleanliness and location.

At breakfast need warmed plates to serve, they were cold. Offer a cheaper full breakfast or inclusion of top up hot beverages. Promised to deliver my luggage to my room but misplaced but had to look for it. Not a huge problem but no apologies the next day just small thing.

Location is excellent for the Hope Street area. We were there for my daughter's graduation at the Cathedral, perfect! The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They are obviously used to people staying for graduations and allowed us to leave our bags after check out so we could enjoy the ceremony bag free. When we collected our belongings we had a drink in the bar which was also lovely. We didn't eat at the hotel but the restaurant looked nice. The beds are comfortable, nice bedding.

The hotel is sound proofed so well insulated and very warm, too warm. We were in the penthouse which has 4 double beds, but in the small kitchen area only 2 bar stools and 1 two seater sofa. There is an oven and a fridge but no crockery or anything to cook with. There was a travel size kettle and 1 teaspoon, no other cutlery, 3 glasses, 2 cups. Perhaps we missed the point of this room but it could be much improved if it was stocked more thoughtfully. We also had no towels. When I called down I was told they had none left so to bear with them. We did get a mixture of towels but face cloths for hand towels and hand towels instead of bath towels. Would we stay again? Yes for the location and staff, but not for the room set up.

Everything was absolutely perfect 👌 I would recommend on Happy Cow vegan app because they made me the best vegan breakfast! The room was pure comfort and luxury and I thought I'd get lost in it. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much for them and they are so friendly. If budget allows, I'd come back in a heartbeat.

Nothing. I suppose if I was to be picky it would be that there is such a focus on luxury but tech but there is no where to put your soap when you've used it after washing your hands and I'm a bit of a clean freak. I don't like just leaving it on the side of the sink unit because it would get soap all over it! 🤣 So I left it in the basin itself, which is not ideal. #littleproblems This is more a reflection on me and my weirdness than the hotel. I absolutely loved my stay there.

Beautiful hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean. Good breakfast. Lovely staff. A special mention to Marnie who was most helpful.

These are just observations not complaints: Wet room whilst a great idea leaves the bathroom floor swimming with water for a long period of time. Not practical. Toiletries were removed after cleaning and not replaced. No tea in the room -only coffee which could have been remedied if we’d asked. Breakfast on day one includes a choice of either a hot or cold drink and an option to pay extra for additional drinks. Oddly on day two we were offered both free of charge.

Most beautiful hotel. Decor is exquisite. The bed and pillows were perfect and we slept really well. Excellent location for the city centre, train stations, Cathedrals, Philharmonic hall and the Empire Theatre. All within walking distance. Not too far from the waterfront but taxi's are very good value plus you get good city knowledge off the driver. The staff were outstanding and some of the friendliest people we've met. Had Sunday lunch in the restaurant before leaving and it was gorgeous.

There was nothing to dislike about this gem of a hotel. Only been open a few months so everything is brand new.
