We booked for 10 guys on a weekend trip to Liverpool for the football and some sight seeing and couldn't have been happier with this accommodation. Great location, great value for money, comfortable beds and everything else you would require for a weekend away. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived with full instructions sent for us on whatsapp on how to gain entry into the flat. All messages or requests we had were answered in a timely manner and staff were polite and courteous.

The key box was a bit fiddly but really not a huge concern.

I have just returned home from a weekend in Liverpool staying at RST Rodney Street for my sisters hen do apartment 1. The apartment was prefect for our weekend. It's location is great, its walking distance from Liverpool Lime Street station so really convenient if you are getting the train and also close to the city centre by either walking or quick uber. The apartment its self was nice, clean and had everything that we needed and comfortably fit 6 women. Once booked the commutation from the host was great via WhatsApp, quick responses and very helpful. We didn't experience any problems during our stay. I would definitely recommend for group bookings/hen&stag does and would stay here again!

Fab location only few mins walk from train station and close to centre, no noise disturbances so we slept well. Check in was really easy, with codes given by WhatsApp. The beds were springy but all 6 of us slept well in them. The towels and bedding were very clean. There’s an iron, ironing board, hairdryer as well as kitchen facilities which was useful. Deposit of £300 paid and this was returned by bank transfer without issue.

A sharper kitchen knife would be good - cutting cheese with table knives not so easy. Kitchen tap drips constantly so left washing up bowl on its side to ensure no overflow, a repair would prevent water wastage. Carpet needs refixing by one of bedroom doors to prevent a trip hazard. Bathroom facilities are tired but adequate for our needs and the apartment is very reasonably priced so expected it to be a bit tired. It was however, better than expected for the price we paid and we would return so hope the owners see these as recommendations not criticisms as we had a lovely 2 night stay

The place was super easy to find, the communication from how to find the place and for booking we're really good. It was really modern, clean. They provided a lot of amenities, (plenty of loo roll).

We booked for a group of 8 and while the place was amazing, it's not suitable for a group of 8. That being said we got it for a bargain of a price, just felt a little overcrowed in the smaller space. There is very little storage anywhere for 8 people.

The location was brilliant, easy access to everywhere that we needed to be. The accommodation was clean and tidy and was stocked with everything we needed. The communication from the team was amazing. They kept us well informed about the whole booking from start to finish.

This is not a negative, but a couple more mirrors would be great, and also, table lamps in the room and bedrooms would have been lovely.

20 of us stayed in apartments 1 & 2 for a hen party. Location was ideal, close to nightlife. There was enough space in apartment 2 for the whole group to gather and it had everything we needed for our stay.  One of the sofa beds in apartment 1 had been broken by previous guests but we were advised that morning and 2 alternative beds were provided. Staff were quick to respond and there is was no issues with getting the deposit back.  It was perfect for spot for a hen party. Would stay again.

Nothing. Did the job for what we needed it for.

We stayed in apartment 2, it was clean, tidy, plenty of room for 12 of us! The location is ideal if you are exploring Liverpool or going out. Short Uber rides from where we needed to go. The Mount Pleasant carpark is walking distance and was only £5 per day which was great!

It was really hot in the apartment due to being a basement apartment and had no openable windows. And could maybe benefit from another bathroom / shower room based on the amount of people staying and with 2 showers in the property.

Great location and very well presented! Comfortable beds. Plenty of spare bedding and really good use of the space. Television with free view (not smart tv). Fast wifi. Very warm and cosy. Well equipped kitchen. Great for large groups who will be spending most of their time outside in liverpool

One of the sofas were damaged which meant that not everyone could sit down together in the living room. That was a shame. However, the provider did call me about it and explained it happened with the last guest before us. Also found it difficult to eat without a table but we ate out mostly.

The property was great and perfect for what we needed, we were a hen party and there was plenty of room for everyone including a sitting area for us all. The location was brilliant and we were within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. I was able to get into the apartment early and decorate before the hen arrived and we had cleaning products and everything was well explained. The rooms were perfect and just what we needed.

Everything was great, we weren’t able to use our second bathroom through no fault of our hostess and she was great in managing this for us to ensure we were still able to have a great time.

Location was excellent, within walking distance of lots of restaurants and bars and even the shopping area was not too far away. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Good instructions on how to get in to the apartment.

The rooms were a little cramped, maybe two beds would have been enough per room. Only seating for 5 in the living room, as it happened there were only 5 of us so it was not a problem but it is an apartment advertised to fit 8.
