Breakfast was superb, freshly cooked and good quality. Location was ideal. Close to all town's amenities and a short walk from beach and pier. Also short walk to Happy Valley, Cable car station and also to tram station for the Great Orme. Plenty of choice in eating places near by. The place was exceptionally clean and the hostess was delightful. She couldn’t do more to make your stay successful It also had private parking which is a bonus in Llandudno.

Amy is a paragon of hospitality, she's very invested in making her guests feel as comfortable as possible. I stayed at Craig-Ard during the second week of October, the central heating wasn't on yet and it was kind of cold, but she gave me an additional warm blanket and a heater. The location of the hotel is incredibly convenient: the promenade, the Great Orme and the bus stations are all very close.

Amy and her staff were very friendly and welcoming. Any minor issues were dealt with quickly. Very comfy bed, superior double on 1st floor, views of front garden.(Room 8). Location was central and convenient. As Amy told us, her b&b is a works in progress as it is very dated. Look forward to seeing some updates when we book for next year. We couldn't fault the hospitality of Amy and her staff.

Upon arrival we discovered it was a new owner from over 12 months ago. We booked our stay on the basis of the descriptions/owner profiles shown on the previous owner's website which hasn't been updated since Amy took over!

Many things I liked, our host Amy was fantastic and very easy to talk to, very happy and very helpful. She wanted to make sure you were enjoying your stay. Parking at rear of hotel, lovely dining room, our rooms were spotless and well appointed. Decent wardrobe space and drawers, very comfy bed, wonderful shower, we were all very happy. The front garden so beautiful.

Not many things I didn't like. An improvement point could be better signage from car parking spaces to guide you to reception. Once you know the way it's very easy, though first time, we nearly ended up in next door haha.

Amy and chloe were lovely hosts! Very kind, attentive and social with us! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Upon arrival, we were given a choice of what kind of room we wanted (warm or cold) considering it was summer - we opted for the cold room. It was beautifully decorated and kept us very cool and comfortable! 😊 We were asked every day if we needed anything for our room and given the option to have a full service half way through our stay. Everything in the room was refreshed! The garden was gorgeous, lovely to sit in and relax. We felt very welcome and relaxed the whole time! Loved how peaceful and quiet it was at night, the bed was very comfortable and the whole place was such a great place to be with great energy! I would recommend the Craig-Ard to anyone staying in North Wales! And we will definitely be back when we revisit in the future! Thank you so much for an amazing holiday!!

Amy our host was a fantastic person. Extremely helpful and kind and nothing was too much bother for her. She was a brilliant cook and even made us grilled fresh tomatoes (which weren't on the menu) when I said I didn't like tinned tomatoes. She cooked the food fresh when she was told that we had come down for breakfast and when she had finished cooking she would come to the dining room to chat to all of the residents. The two girls that were helping her, Chloe and Kimmy were lovely as well and they were friendly and helpful and always checked that we had everything we wanted. The location was perfect - not far from the sea, the pubs and restaurants or the shops and the pier. We were also near to the Great Orme but didn't go cos was very busy. We had a brilliant stay.

We were on the 2nd floor so if you struggle with stairs let Amy know and she will try to accomodate you if she can. The bar/lounge would be better if brighter as was very dark in the room.

From the moment we entered the property Amy made us feel so welcome, nothing was too much for her, anything we needed, our room was lovely bright and spacious had plenty of tea, coffee, milk etc to make drinks at our leisure, the breakfast was amazing, a large selection of cereals fruit juices, fruit, plenty of tea/coffee toast and the cooked breakfast lovely products, Amy & her family so attentive , checking if all ok or if we needed anything else we felt well & truly looked after, highly recommend a stay here, also the location is great close to all amenities, brilliant, would definitely stay here again.

Everything. Amy and the two girls helping her were exceptional- nothing was too much trouble, they were so warm, welcoming and happy to go the extra mile. The atmosphere they created was such that all the guests seemed very relaxed and at home - it wasn't just ourselves. The hotel was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable - Amy had thought of everything. Breakfast each morning was amazing - everything prepared exactly as you asked and delicious. Parking in Llandudno is at a premium and Craig Ard has about 8 spaces, which is a real bonus. They are double banked but all the guests cooperated with each other and it all worked really well. The location of the hotel is fantastic - central, but quiet as on the periphery of the hub of Llandudno. Just s few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants and the pier and entrance to The Great Orme. We have no hesitation in recommending Craig Ard. We loved it!

Amy was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. The location was spot on only a short walk to everything. Breakfast was good but a little more choice eg mushrooms and fried bread would have been appreciated. As my wife is veggie but does not eat meat substitutes these would have been appreciated. by her. The room itself was ideal, plenty of tea and coffee. Everything was spotless.

The hostess Amy, was absolutely lovely and could not do enough for you. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel is right near everything, local shops, bars, restaurants, amusements, the beach, the pier, everything. It is in the ideal location.

The shower in the room I was in had a broken shower head that would not stay up and kept falling down the shower also did not have much in the way of water pressure.
