Breakfast excellent and attentive staff. Room very comfortable, clean.

The main entrance on the steps on the two evenings was full off drunken smoking people who were very rude and didnt move out of the way for our entrance, even though we politely asked them could we get past. Both of us are quite old and need walkingaids. These people should have been told by security to clear the entrance .

Lovely atmosphere, mostly lovely staff, excellent food for a hotel at this price.

Only the house keeping was a bit patchy. They didn't exchange the dirty glasses when they came in. When I mentioned it at reception they were polite but clearly thought I was having a moan. Not the end of the world.

Bedroom was very warm - despite opening window and fiddling with Aircon. Hotflushes for women of a certain age made sleep challenging for my better half 😏 Zero shower cream in dispenser ( luckily we brought some with us) No brown sauce at breakfast

My grandparents and parents have enjoyed hols in Llandudno and now my family too. Absolutely the best hotel in Llandudno we have stayed in so far! Definitely would return and recommend. All staff go above and beyond to help and the hotel is lovely and stylish. I felt like a step back in time and loved it! Perfect delicious breakfast and dinner (good prices too), cocktails and ice available at the bar to take to your room. Lovely comfy beds and lovely bedding, good size bath, nice towels and air con. Parking is limited but ask at reception for places to park close by for cheap. Our child asks when we are returning and I hope very soon! Thank you all at St.George’s for helping to make wonderful memories! x

Drive there went well. Car parking in hotel car park went well. Check in very good. Andy friendly but efficient. Room. good as expected. Restaurant meal very nice. Window seat in Terrace Restaurant. Service and food excellent. Breakfast well organised. No delay or problems. Breakfast choice good and service. Location of hotel good. Near pier and promenade just yards away. Check out easy and quick. All staff excellent. There was a discretionary charge added to bill for employees tip, which I was happy to pay.

Didn’t find fault at all. Didn’t have sea view but knew that when booked.

Breakfast was excellent, with many choices to satisfy all diets. With plenty of coffee and tea. Enough space between the dinning tables for privacy. The bed was really comfortable with ample bedding to keep warm. A fresh bottle of water each day was really appreciated. The bathroom was spacious and clean, with housekeeping every day. Also good water pressure (this can be an issue in larger hotels) The reception staff were really helpful as were all the staff. thank you all.

Small things that would be an improvement, for us, would be, two proper seats to sit on in the room also better lighting from the ceiling light, it was to dim to read by, perhaps to satisfy everyone's needs dimmer switches, could be the answer. Maybe there were rooms with a walk in shower, I dont know, but as we are elderly, the adventure of climbing over the side of a bath to take a shower is something that we would prefer not to have to do.

Location was great right next to the beach and a short distance to the pier, boat and bus tour starting points. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Food was very good (both breakfast and in the restaurant).

The only downside was that we'd left it late to book and so had a rear facing room. There was a square of frosted plastic covering most of the window so you couldn't see out (and of course it meant it would be difficult for people to see in). However, the view wouldn't have been particularly nice anyway. So my top tip is book in advance and go for a sea view, which is what I'll do in the future.

We stayed in room 104. It was clean, airy and light and was just what we wanted for an overnight stay to watch a show. Every member of staff that we came into contact with were so helpful, polite and pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. We did not have an evening meal but we will defiantly try the restaurant on our next visit if breakfast was anything to go by. Breakfast was presented well and plentiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it and nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were cheery and welcoming.

Our only issue was that the jets didn't work in the bath and we forgot to mention it on leaving but it really did not matter and I am certain this would have been resolved quickly and efficiently.

Breakfast had a good selection location was perfect.

Room 322 was overall excellent just the position of the TV was odd as on the side wall from the position of the bed. Parking also not ideal very limited causing conflict with other guests.

Location is perfect. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were lovely. Sitting near the window whilst enjoying our meals made it more special as the view of the pier and beach was wonderful. Staff were attentive and helpful, doing their best to make our stay enjoyable.

Extremely disappointed when walked into our room. The height of the window was so high you could only see the view stood up at the window. We booked for a view facing the sea, but sitting down to relax was a view of the wall and sky. We complained and were moved to a lovely room with a stunning view and balcony. We were told we would have to pay the extra, which we did, but to be truthful I don’t think we should have done as this was not our fault. The booking for it is very misleading.
