It’s about 10 meters from one of the entrances of Paddington Station, from where you can reach all London easilly. And we appreciated a lot the treatment we received from the staff, particulary a guy called Paul. One of the coolest guys that have ever received me. The same says my mother. Thanks, Paul! Great price for what it offers.
Off course that the rooms are small and stuff, but it worth it! You may find it Simple, and there is no breakfest. You may experience some noise coming from the station. None of those issues, however, got even close to bother me.

The decorations are SO beautiful and chic and feels very Paris! The bedrooms are adorable and we felt like royalty getting ready every morning and coming back to have a glass of wine. The location was perfect to get to trains and buses. The neighborhood is so quaint and nice people, right outside of the apartment is a bakery with delicious pastries and coffee. Down the street is the BEST gelato we have ever had! The man said people tell them that all the time. They make it fresh there. It’s great to be near the Seine river and all of the restaurants and quaint bars and cafes and 8 minutes to Notre Dame area and all of the restaurants, Shakespeare book store and endless tiny streets of cafes, stores, restaurants. The perfect place for Paris!

Great location, clean room, comfy bed. Lovely shower room, coffee tea facilities. For the price on a Sat night in London amazing really, 3 mins from station. Warm, hot water. Very pleased.
I’d read a few poor reviews but I think some are just fussy, yes the hotel is older, it’s 3 stars not 5….so…the stairs and corridors are a bit confusing but I liked the quirky aspects. Staff were ok. I think if you’re a large person, poor mobility might be hard as shower room is compact and stairs might be issue, the lift was working when I stayed. Overall great value for money.

Central location, very well connected. Paddington station was 2 min away. Very easy access to all areas of london by train or bus. 15 min by Heathrow express from the airport. Hotel rooms, though small, were basic, neat and clean. It was perfect for a good night's sleep. We got a room facing the main road, it was very vibrant. Staff (Paul and sorry forgot the name of the young lady at reception) were very kind, polite and helpful. Let us do early check in, luggage storage facility is also available.
The lift was not working. So a lot of steps to climb. With our Room on the 3rd floor, it certainly kept us fit.

Great location! Very close to station and many restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Everything worked, the lift was slow but very pleased to have one!
The hotel is very old, so there were cracked tiles and mould on ceiling in the bathroom, and shower and sink drains were not the best. The room was extremely warm, so we had to open all the windows to try and cool it down.On arrival, the female receptionist was grumpy, but I think she was just having a bad day.

Centrally located, quite room on top floor, friendly and helpful staff ( especially the blue eye night receptionist, the girl in the morning with long hair and the maid who remade my room so fast and well when I initially check out after the first night but then I decided to extend my stay) sorry if I didn't get the names but I'll be back for sure.
The tiny lift is not very convenient considering the number of guests the place can accomodate but I understand that is not easy to have something better in an "old" building. The window of the room could be better too especially to avoid noise during very windy days/nights.

Awesome location, right next to Paddington station, so trains and the tube can get you anywhere easily. Two pubs and two breakfast bars in 100m range. The room is quite small, but when you compare it to other offers in London in the same price range, you will surely acknowledge that it's a standard in this city - more than enough to sleep during the night and roam around all day.
Maybe it was just a coincidence, but we must have had some unexpected tiny roommates with us during the stay which resulted in quite a few itchy bites on our hands and legs - make sure to fully wash your clothes and backpacks when you get home.

Exactly as expected. No frills, rather basic but that was all that was required for somewhere to sleep the night after Wembley concert near to station for train home next day. Easy check in, friendly staff. Room had toiletries provided along with tea/coffee making. Safe room available next day for luggage storage whilst we did some sightseeing. Passable shower. Comfortable bed. Good fan to keep room cool. Good loaction for station, underground, pubs and restaurants.
Lift out of order. No WIFI details provided.

As dog owners we appreciated that we and our dog were welcomed without fuss and that the hotel was spotless. No compromise on cleanliness because of furry friends. The beds were super comfy and the room and ensuite bathroom warm and toasty, with a window that opened enough to get plenty of fresh air. We also loved the view - a cobbled road lined by pretty rows of mews houses, old fashioned street lights and lovely tall golden brick London houses with tall trees behind. The shower was great too. And there was plenty of hot water. We all enjoyed our stay here and the staff were all very helpful, really polite and friendly. No meals but you step outside and immediately see plenty of restaurants, great pubs serving food and all kinds and sizes of great eateries.
Nothing really - just not being told in advance that they take a returnable deposit, on arrival, which they will reimburse to your card, after you've left and the room has been checked, as long as the room is clean and no damage. It would have been good to know this at the time of booking.

Location was great, close to station and the park is only a short walk away, lots of eateries all within walking distance. Hotel itself is nice for a few nights stay. Other facilities limited and room is small, but worked well as a solo traveller! Very accommodating for my needs.
Lift was broken, but reception staff helped me with my luggage up to my room. On the street so a little loud, but I could choose street view or not.
