Upgraded to a club room which was pretty big and right next to the entrance so no stairs. The shower was fantastic and the room had a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was a nice touch. The breakfast selection was small but tasty and gave us what we needed for the day. The location is right next to Paddington station and 2 tube stops from Tottenham Court Road so absolutely perfect for the theatres.

The breakfast food was a little basic and the staff struggled to find our bags both times we left them in reception but nothing else.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The room wasn’t particularly large but was equipped with all the comforts: complimentary items, a safe, an ironing board, an iron, and a hairdryer. The temperature wasn’t comfortable the first night, and we had to wait several hours for the room to warm up. The newly renovated bathroom was well-equipped, featuring a nice shower and a full range of hygiene products. However, we noted that the room isn’t particularly well insulated, so during winter, it feels a bit cold when the heating is off. Despite this, we had a pleasant stay. The breakfast exceeded our expectations—varied, rich, abundant, fresh, and catering to both sweet and savory preferences. The staff was always kind and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!

The original room we were given was tiny and the pictures were not a fair representation. We had to pay another £100 to upgrade to the size room we thought we were getting.

The location of the hotel is great ,,just 5 mins walk to paddington station and about 8 mins walk to the hyde park and it is close to many other good restaurants and cafes The staff are very friendly and helpful The hygiene of rooms and facilities in general is accepted

1-They changed my stay in the hotel at 2 pm when i was in my way from airport to check in due to maintenance they said and arrange it in another hotel close to them ,, but it was fine i spoke to them the next day and brought me back 😂 2-Hearing everything from the room next to you like they are staying with you in the room & the wooden floor is terrible everywhere you step you will hear the noise I don’t complain usually about these 2 things but it is obvious things to mention this time 3-I changed 2 rooms during my stay and the view wasn’t good for rooms in the back

Breakfast was simple but everything was tasty. The staff was very friendly. The location is great, two underground stations nearby, and the building itself is very beautiful both inside and outside!

The bathroom protector screen was very small, so it was not possible to take a shower without getting the whole bathroom and toilet wet (yes it was a small bathroom but if the protective screen would've been a bit wider it would've helped a lot). Also you couldn't open the window.

The location was great - a short walk to Paddington station and Hyde Park. The hotel was larger than expected, and very clean and bright. The staff at check in were friendly and helpful, and we were able to store our bags while we explored the city after checking out on our last day. The room was smaller than initially expected but had a fridge, tea/coffee facilities, a dressing table, TV, and the bathroom was still a decent size.

We booked the compact room which seemed bigger from the way it's presented on booking.com (it wasn't too small, once we got used to it, but it would be nice to have a shelf/table at both bedsides). There was an occasion or two where there wasn't a staff member at the desk, and there wasn't a way to call attention from the desk.

The location was great, the rooms are nicely decorated, and are quite well equipped.

Our room was pretty small, there was no space to even have the suitcase open on the floor, the bed was small and uncomfortable and the wardrobe door was broken, it would fall right off the wardrobe, and the air unit im the room seemed to be broken, the room was pretty cold and the heating didn’t work, I informed the guy at reception about it twice and he insisted that he could control it from the main unit. The next day I told another person on shift, and he was kind enough to put a radiator in the room since they must’ve seem that the air unit indeed wasn’t functioning.

the room we were given was facing a poorly kept courtyard and we kept the curtains closed for this reason. room service menu lacked variety and it was complicated to order room service.

The ease of check in, the US built in electric outlet, the location is excellent for Paddington Station/Heathrow Express & Elizabeth Line, and walking to various shops, restaurants and bakeries. Use it as a home base to walk to Soho, Covent Gardens and Carnaby for shopping as well. Always stay at this hotel in London.

Can't really think of anything. If I have to pick something for this review, I will mention that the fitness center could use more equipment. There are a lot of stairs going up and down, but the front desk was good about assisting with baggage.
