This was such a great property. We were on the 2nd floor. The room was large and very clean. It had everything we needed. Like that it had a fridge and kitchenette area. There was lots of storage space as well. Other positives: the bed was large and comfortable, bathroom was a good size. Water pressure was excellent. Nice brand of shower gel and shampoo. Was also impressed with the strong WiFi. I had to do some work and had no issues connecting. The best was the friendly staff. We had clean towels every day. And the location is absolutely amazing. So close to Paddington station. And so many options to eat in the area. Also close to the park. Had a nice walk. I will defiantly book again when staying in London.

The only complaint I have is the walls are thin and we could hear people walking and talking next door and upstairs. But it was only at certain times. The neighbourhood is quiet enough.

The rooms near the Lancaster Hotel side isn’t sound proof so there was a lot of distraction at night.

The location is perfect. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. The staff was very polite. The room temperature was perfect for December. We felt very safe as two women. It was a clean room for British standards but not perfect for Turkish standards. You can find faults if you want, but as two people who care about cleanliness, we were not bothered by anything. - I didn’t want to include this in the list of things I didn’t like because it’s just an observation, and we didn’t have any issues with it. -

The location was perfect. There is a shop right around the corner, and other places are close by. The room was lovely. I was situated downstairs, which I would choose again. There was a TV which the signal wasn't too good but once I moved the aerial around, it was fine. There was a working microwave and fridge along with a sink stocked with a dishwasher and cutlery, etc. A kettle with tea and coffee, I ran out of coffee, but they were happy to give me more. The bathroom was lovely, decorated nicely with a shower. The heating in the room was nice, and the decor. The host Radiomor was really friendly and helpful. Nice guy and welcoming. One reason i would return.

The bed, which was supposed to be double, was two singles pushed together, which caused that awkward gap down the middle, with the beds tending to separate. They were also a bit hard. Traffic wasn't too bad. Expected in London. You could hear the footsteps upstairs but again excepted in such places.

Absolutely beautiful apartments. We had one family one and it was very spacious, plenty of room for the whole family. Staff went above and beyond for us, we asked for a travel cot to be put into our room unfortunately none was available but they went out and bought one for us and had it with us within the hour. Will Defiantly be returning next year.

The only downfall is that the stairs to the lower floor was a little narrow so we weren’t able to carry down the baby’s pushchair but they had a little hallway where we were able to store it which wasn’t an issue the stairs being narrow can’t be helped so this wasn’t a problem for us.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my recent visit to London, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in the city. The location is superb, with easy access to a wide range of attractions, and the underground station is only a four-minute walk away, offering a direct line to various key areas. The hotel itself is immaculately clean, with comfortable and well-maintained rooms. The bed was particularly comfortable, and I appreciated the additional pillows, as well as the warm room temperature. The large window allowed for fresh air when needed, and the shower was excellent, providing hot water and high-quality toiletries. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the outstanding service. Upon our early arrival in London, we were unable to walk around with our luggage. I inquired at the front desk if it would be possible to store our bags until check-in, which was scheduled for 2:00 PM. To our delight, the staff allowed us to check in early at around 11:00 AM, which was a great convenience. Additionally, after checkout, we had some time before our departure and requested to store our luggage for a few more hours. The staff graciously accommodated us, and we had no trouble retrieving our belongings later in the day. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every regard, from its prime location to the friendly and accommodating staff. We would highly recommend it to others and will undoubtedly choose to stay here again during future visits to London.

It was very small but that’s what we expected for the price we paid We wanted a space To sleep and shower and for our luggage and it fit the bill perfectly. The weather was fantastic so Didn’t have to stay in our room much at all. The bed was reasonably comfortable ( 2 singles joined as a double) was a ground floor room would prefer a higher room if we were to stay longer as traffic and pedestrian’s passing all The time bur for 2 nights it was perfect.

Very convenient access to subway for getting around the city, a nice walk through Hyde park if we wanted ti and a few local restaurants and bars for eating out Locally otherwise hop in the subway to access other eateries very quickly. A late night deli within 50 meters for quick snacks etc. also the room had a microwave and small fridge for heating up meals if required.

Second time staying here and I may be wrong as different room but looks to have had a refurb in the last couple of years since last been here. I spoke to hotel prior to my arrival as have mobility issues and they were very accommodating giving us a ground floor room. At first I was worried as directly across from reception, but I shouldn't have been as no noise from people coming and going. Room facilities were just as required, a small kitchenette area with a sink, microwave, toaster, kettle and full sized Fridge. All really required for a couple of nights in the city. Bed was comfy and my son and I slept with no issues. Was a hot weekend, but the fan provided, did rhe job and we both slept right through until morning. As we have stayed before, we knew the location, but still found other places to explore within walking distance that we hadn't previously! Looking at booking again during October half term and only been home 4 hours!!

Great service from the staff so helpful :) The room is a perfect size and everywhere lovely and clean. The hotel is perfect location for Hyde Park, which is why we were staying:)

The shower was quite low pressure. The kitchenette would have benefit from some kitchen roll or a tea towel as washing up and drying your hands was difficult without this. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, they are also very very small and not big enough for our two older children. The fridge was not fitted in properly so we were worried it would fall and the kickboards underneath it kept falling down when you opened it. An extra pillow each for the master bed would have been perfect as just one pillow per person wasn't ideal.

Friendly reception desk staff. Easy to communicate an approximate arrival time. Room had everything needed.

Bit more tea and coffee and milk in the room would be nice and a tea towel to dry dishes. My room had a tiny window and so got quite hot and only ask for attic if you are ok with 4 flights of stairs. I didn’t mind. Grateful for the large air conditioning unit even in December. Loo only flushed occasionally but think that was water pressure high up in the building. These are only niggles. The room was good.
