The hotel is located in a quiet location, away from main street. All the staff was very polite, friendly and professional. We were welcomed with a warm smile every time we left or returned to hotel. Rooms are very clean and in good shape. Breakfast had variety of different foods, all fresh and good tasting. I can easily recommend this to families looking for a place to crash after a long day visiting London's many attractions. The hotel is situated 3min walking distance from Earls Court tube station. In close proximity you can find many fast food places, grocery store, a pharmacy and other facilities.

Flatscreen TV had many channels, but had occasional glitches in picture (pixelation, audio drops). It was not important for us at all, but may be important to others.

Location was amazing, very close to metro and bus station. Breakfast was good, everything you may need to start your day. The staff was very friendly and supportive. There was renovation going on the ground floor which was not a problem for us as the workers were friendly and considered our plans for going in and out. Room was regularly cleaned every day and all the towels were changed daily as well.

The AC in the room was old and filters were dirty and the filters were covered with dust which made us cough a lot especially in the evening. I think once the renovation is completed, this wont be a problem anymore.

The location is great! However, the breakfast is quite poor. The staff is friendly. The rooms are very small, and there is a smell of paint in the room. The toilet flush works poorly. Even a child had to spend 10 minutes in the toilet, flushing five times in a row.

The parking is not free, as mentioned in the Booking.com description. We had to pay 20 GBP plus taxes every 24 hours. If you leave the hotel during the day, then the parking costs 30 GBP plus taxes. This was very upsetting from the start and spoiled the impression for the entire duration of the stay at the hotel.

We stayed last week in your hotel for a 4 night stay. We said we would leave some tips to the staff but unfortunately, we have not been able to do it at the end of our stay. We were short in cash. Anyway, we really appreciated our stay and would like to thank especially Marufa and Salim. They have been perfect with us! The housekeeping team and breakfast team were great as well! We will definitely recommend this hotel and we'll come and stay the next time we stop by London. Have a great afternoon. Mr Girard, Ms Boisseau and Leo (their son) The french family

It was cozy, with a very comfortable mattress. It was also very clean and the breakfast was good, even if it is simple and the same in every morning. The ladies from the restaurant were very welcoming. The location is perfect because it is close to a lot of restaurants and also close (4-5mins) to Earl’s Court underground station. Our room, 34 which was on 5th floor was warm (in January) and quiet (also the neighborhood is quiet). I think this hotel offers the best value for money you can find in London with a great location! It’s not a five star hotel but the large room, great bed, heating and breakfast are good enough.

The water pressure is quite low on the fifth floor, I could do a shower with it but it might bother someone else. Also there were some squeaky noises coming from the bathroom’s radiator but if the door is closed we barely hear them.

Great accessibility of public transport Older but clean hotel, everything was working Spacy room and comfortable bed Good breakfast Good value for the price I would come there again...

I would appreciate more sustainable approach; towels were changed every day, even if they were hanging; opened but not finished soap replaced by new one Our room was directly next to the elevator - a bit noisy and could be a problem for people with poor sleep; but no noise from outside and absolutely adequate considering the price. (For us it was ok and we slept well :) )

The hotel is in very good location.Stuff was excellent.Room very good.

Everything was perfect in the hotel but I had a very bad experience with the taxi which the hotel order for me to go to the airport. The taxi driver didn’t even left as in a route of 1 and half hour to stop and go the toilet because he wanted more money for that!He also didn’t accept card payment ,only cash!He didn’t even told us that from the beginning but after we started to travel with him so we didn’t have other option what to do!Very bad experience and this ruined the best thinking we had for the hotel.

The hotel is in a quiet street, a 3-minute walk from the main street, where there are plenty of restaurants for every budget and grocery stores. Earls Court metro station is also a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast is excellent, there is enough of it, although it is the same every day, which did not bother us. The room is spacious, without a terrace, a double bed wider than European standards, a comfortable mattress. A smaller bathroom with a large bathtub. Friendly staff, always at our service. Warm recommendations for a short tourist stay in London.

Our room was on the 5th floor, so the water pressure in the tap near the bathtub was a bit weaker than expected. Only two people can fit in the elevator at a time.

Conceirge is great, very courteous and personal service, especially the South Asian lady who helped us store our bags on check out. Free water, fruit and chocolates at the desk, great breakfast. Kitchen staff are very nice as well. We got upgraded to a slightly larger room (one huge bed and one smaller bed) with a really nice view which was great. Housekeeping is good. There's also a bathtub which is rare in a location like this. Location is fantastic, quick walk to earls court station, not even 10 mins. Less than an hour to Heathrow. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. I'll be back.

The small elevator, but really really insignificant in the grand scheme of my stay.

-very helpful stuff -hot water -comfortable room and bed -next to the metro station -lots of very good restaurants near by -cleaning every day -safe neighbourhood -room to leave your luggage

-the don’t have the toilet brush so you have to ask for it . -the was a heater only inside the toilet . There was a heater as well for the rest of the room which you had to turn it on. After a while it makes noises and it smells bad so you have to wake up in the middle of the night to close it .
