Great location, very handy to central London & the apartment was beautiful, really spacious and clean. Really accessible to the underground, a shop 2 minutes away and McDonalds 5 minutes away. The apartment was very cosy, with great heating.

The door code we were given was missing a symbol in our check in email so we had to call through to customer services late at night to get access. There also is nowhere to store baggage after check out before our flight home, that would have been great.

My wife and I stayed in this lovely 2-bedroom flat in June. The flat was clean and modern. The full kitchen had everything we needed and we prepared several meals there. The living space is very open with lots of windows including floor to ceiling window in one of the bedrooms. The living room has a full glass sliding door leading out to a lovely terrace. We were on the fourth floor and it was amazing. The location is great, right next to a bus stop and just half a block from the Chancery tube stop. The self check in process was smooth and easy. The building has a locked door on the street entrance and one in the vestibule. It’s a pleasant are and we felt very secure, We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again.

The flat was clean and modern but it could use a few pictures, etc. to warm it up a bit. Dealing with the host was easy but felt a bit corporate-like. When we asked to check in a little early, we got a standard response about the check in times although the flat was clearly ready before then. Their info also states that if you need to stay beyond check out time they recommend booking an additional night... Not as warm and personal as some of the flats we've stayed in.

Modern, clean apartment in a great location & safe neighbourhood. Close to tube and bus station, many options for super market, restaurants and cafes. Windows isolation were really good helped good night sleep. We had 10 days stay and received cleaning services on 6th day unexpectedly and the lady was very friendly and provided high quality cleaning service. We had some issues but they responded immediately and gentleman came over immediately to help us and I thought it is genuine and reliable. Having washing machine, dishwasher, balcony with green view and aircon was really good and helpful.

Until few days before the arrival the communication was little slow or no response but via booking.com service I could receive necessary info. Shower water pressure was low and the service person, gentleman went extra miles to change to new shower head. Every apartment seem to have similar issue so it was not fixable but I thought it was kind and genuine trying to do their best and really appreciated the effort.

This was a really great space for our family of four. Separate rooms for the kids and parents is so nice to give everyone a break when traveling. The location was excellent. We were just a few steps from the tube and bus and it was also walkable to most things we did but still quiet at night. Good coffee/quick breakfast options near by.

The beds felt very used and creaky. Definitely would make a huge difference to replace the beds. The bathroom lights were on a sensor so that got annoying at night. A few more basic amenities like a kitchen towel and tissues would be great.

The flat was lovely. It is nicely done with great finishes and very clean. Lovely! It exceeded my expectations. It has everything that you need for a short stay or even a bit longer. They also left tea, coffee, and toiletries. Bed linen and towels felt nice too. Checking in and out with no problems. Easy to find, close to restaurants and Tesco Express, etc. Contacting their customer service was also trouble-free and very responsive.

The only thing that did not work was that I could not open the balcony doors because the keys were not left in the flat and the customer care person tried to trace them to no avail, so I had no fresh air in the flat so it was a bit stuffy. The other thing that was a bit annoying is that there is no TV antenna in the building so there is no access to the normal channels and no Netflix or Prime, but if you have your own accounts you can watch it on your laptop. However, it feels like a waste not being able to watch a film on such a nice wide-screen TV.

This is hands-down the best apartment I've ever stayed in! The place is beautifully designed and we felt this amazing sense of calm the whole time we were there. It's exceptionally quiet, even during rush hour it felt as though we were staying in the countryside rather than the middle of London! The cleanliness rivals that of the world's most sterile environments, no detail was overlooked. Above all, the apartment company was great with communication, so we always knew what was going on. We look forward to returning to this urban sanctuary again in the near future!

The bed was a little too soft, That is the only thing we didn't like, everything else was great.

second time staying this apartment, very convenient location, 2 min walk to Chancery Lane Underground station, but this station close at night, so need to be careful of the time. but location is very good, 25 min walk to SOHO and Convent Garden. apartment is clean and tidy, and spacious

we have a family of four, the apartment has two bedrooms, but it only provide 2 duveats, However as I used to have separate individual duveat by myself, and I asked for an extra one. The apartment has to charge me extra if we need to. The first time I am there, they have coffee machines, the second time, they don't provide (not very consistent)

Privacy and space was lovely and the location from the tube station was great too.

I have a few things that weren’t quite right however if there were sorted out then the property would be an amazing stay. 1. Beds are only doubles and not king size also very soft and not really equivalent to hotel beds. 2. Pillows equally very soft and nothing spare to change to as another option. 3. The Eames style chair in the Livingroom was slightly broken on the top half so not the best to sit in. 4. Tall lamp in Living area wasn’t working, perhaps only a bulb was needed but it meant the room lacked a subdued lighting option. 5. No hairdryer to be found. 6. Would have appreciated a chopping board and a dish cloth or something to wipe down work surfaces after use. 7. Bathroom pocket door to en suite didn’t close as it jammed and came off runner when only half way closed.

Great location, Chancery Lane tube is about 100m away, we got a taxi from King’s Cross and it was £10, we used the tube and it was 1 stop on the central line to Holborn and then just a couple to Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus. We walked home from china town and it was about a mile. M&S about 200m away, a convenience store is even nearer. Bedrooms are at the back and it was quiet at night. The apartment was clean and had wide doorways you could fit a wheelchair through, the bathrooms were modern and as clean as I expected them to be. Kitchen was modern, washing machine was I n the bathroom with some wash power tabs. I’d go back to stay here again. I was just very disappointed with the balcony. I had an issue verifying my ID, the email link didn’t work but I rang them and they sorted it out for me. I didn’t see another living soul at this accommodation block all the time we were there, I heard people going out in the mornings but it was very quiet.

I only booked this place because it had a balcony, I was paying for the balcony, we had apt3 and 1,2 and 3 are on the first floor. The first floor balconies are about a foot deep whereas the balconies on the upper floors are about a meter deep and seemed to have chairs.

Very spacious, well-kept and comfortable modern apartment. Excellent, central location, well-serviced by public transport.

Bathroom door jammed and so sensor light was on at night. This was clearly not a new problem. Staff: Quick response by staff to notification of the above door problem, but maintenance staff were sent 1. without prior arrangement and in our absence and 2. later with notice but without seeking permission for a 6pm visit on our last night. I attempted to cancel this visit by email but the tradesperson turned up anyway as we were leaving for dinner and spoke NO English. Staff unreachable by phone. Minor kitchen problems: no dish cloth or dishwashing liquid; no complementary pods for the coffee machine so I did not know that it wasn't a standard Nespresso type and bought the wrong pods (and no instruction manual either).
