The hotel is located in a very attractive location, very close to Tower Bridge and in the immediate vicinity of bus stops of several bus lines that make it very easy and quick to get to the city center. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and available for the necessary information. Breakfast at the hotel is very good, tasty and has enough choices for everyone's taste. Near the hotel there are nice restaurants, fast food chains and self-service markets. The hotel room was spacious, the beds are comfortable.

The walls in the hotel room were quite dirty from the chair at the working station. The chair at the working station was quite bad. There was a lot of dust on the furniture.

When I booked this hotel I was a little suspicious how can you get a 4* hotel with breakfast in this area in December for such a great price…it must be something wrong. But it wasn’t, everything was excellent! Of course I can’t compare this hotel to some premium hotel chains cause that wouldn’t be fair, but for the price you pay, you get really the best room, breakfast, comfortable bed, daily housekeeping, great view (the Shard), own bathroom, ect. It really contributed to overall London experience, we loved it!

The beds

Being asked to pay a service charge, I’m not sure what it would be for? The £215 charge was sufficient. It made me feel embarrassed at the reception, the girls laughed, I asked what they were laughing at, they said oh nothing???

Lovely, stylish and cozy hotel less than 10 mins walk from London Bridge station; the street is also full of lovely cafes and there is a supermarket just in face of the hotel. Location is perfect as you can walk anywhere or get public transport easily. The room is clean, comfy bed and a stunning view over London skyline which I didn’t expect. Tea, coffee, water and cookies in the room. Staff is super friendly, smiley and kind, they try to accommodate any request. I booked a triple room and they upgraded me giving me an extra room so we could be more comfortable being three people! I felt really cuddled and I loved my stay! Breakfast is quite rich, but once again the highlight is this place is the staff!!

Rooms are a bit dark, there is not much artificial light, which is lovely to enjoy the view at night though. One light above the mirror in one our our room didn’t work and did not get fixed so it wasn’t very easy to see if you wanted to put some make up on or get ready in front of that mirror…Apart from that nothing to complain about!

The location of the hotel is great, you can walk to Tower Bridge and get around the rest of the city with ease as the hotel is close to bus stops of major routes. The small square below is pleasant (there is an antique market on Thursdays) and there is a supermarket across the street (useful). Also near the hotel are small restaurants, pubs, and several clubs. Very good room cleanliness.

The room (as well as the breakfast room that is close to the entrance and reception) are not 4-star. A good 3-star is. Breakfast is definitely improvable, little choice and no products of particular quality. Overall the stay went very well and so I recommend this hotel

Staff is very friendly, there is a nearby restaurant that has good variety of food, there is a Market and nearby pharmacy too, the location is perfect

There was insects in the room, and small cockroaches there a lot of them was in the room. The room had no windows to open and smell fresh air and this was the worst thing I have had during my stay, I ordered a takeaway breakfast and the quality was very poor, their breakfast quality itself is very poor and no diversity a few options are available. Another point for some reason the toilets in the lower floor was locked and you need a card to open it which was very difficult to get especially if you have already check and waiting for your taxi

Very cozy, clean and comfortable accomodation. The room was big enough for two, not to mention the bathroom which was really clean. The breakfast was awesome! You may also ask for a freshly made omelette and you will get it right away with your morning coffee. The staff was super nice and helpful (we had a surprise birthday party coming for a friend and they helped us with our little treasure hunt!) Our room was equipped with everything: bedsheets, towels, bathroom basic products, hairdryer, kettle, cups, tea and instant coffee, water and glasses. The hotel is close to the metro station, to London Bridge, to the city -finance department; in the area of Southwark there are many bars pubs and restaurants you can reach on foot, just few minutes away (special mentions to Comptoir Libanais, and Tower Tandoori, both ethnic cuisine; the Horseshoe pub nearby)

It wasn't cheap, but... nothing is cheap in London. And, to be fair, this was the least expensive accomodation in the area.

The room was spacious, quiet, elegant but without wardrobes. Excellent bed with 2 types of pillows, one lower and one higher. the pillows. Cakes, coffee, teas were supplemented daily and upon arrival we also found 2 bottles of water in the fridge. There is an refrigerator, hair dryer and iron in the room. Clean rooms, daily cleaned. Elegant bathroom, with optional Eco Boutique products, very good water pressure. Breakfast varied enough, but unchanged for 4 days. Extremely efficient staff at breakfast. There is an Sainsbury in front of the hotel.

Distance of about 15 minutes from London Bridge subway and train station. Price too high.

Everyone here is especially kind and sweet they make you feel very comfortable and welcomed you feel like you are in home Mr Imran the GM talks to you Mr Edward the manager also interacts the whole service staff caters to all your requests And this location is superb it’s right on Bermondsey street 15 minutes walk from London bridge station; borough and tower bridge And so many bus options really great

Maybe they could start providing some in some options or lunch and dinner facilities But the you are 2 minute away from very popular cafés

Good value for London. Room was comfortable, location suited my needs and breakfast was included. Staff were friendly and polite. All in all, a decent place to stay, if you don’t mind being a bit away from central London (although Bermondsey Street has some excellent cafes and restaurants and Borough Market is a 15 minute walk). Nice to have coffee and tea available in the room.

Room was spacious but the layout was a little odd. There was a huge desk that dissected the room at an angle which made it a bit difficult to maneuver around. Breakfast options were fairly limited.
