The staff were the mainstay of our visit, they were so friendly & helpful! The accommodation was actually better than some of the reviews might have suggested, yes, there are some aspects that go hand in hand with the constant turnaround of humans who for the most part don't care about where they're staying, you know, a lick of paint here and there, but nothing worse than that!

I'm not sure - it was all pretty good as far as we were concerned, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, if I had an observation, and it is just that, not a complaint per se, the rooms could be a tad bigger. Logically, that's not possible given the constraints of the physical structure of the building, but for our needs it was fine, it did what it said on the tin!!

How close it was for me to travel to from an event I was attending to. I also liked how late the check-in time was. I wasn't able to check in in the day, so by the time I had the opportunity to check in, the time was 11:30, so it was really convenient. The staff was really kind and good guidance and fairness towards customers!

I couldn't enjoy my stay more and how convenient it was to get there. But, I do want to make aware that the sink tap in the bathroom wasn't clean. That's all I can really point out. everything was functional in there. I did wish I could've been provided free parking or that I could've reserved a space. Not that I had any issues parking. But I significantly enjoyed my stay.

Clean, basic room. Comfortable beds. We paid extra for Breakfast but it was very good and there were several options. Tea/coffee in room.

Not many staff around. Had to wait for them to appear from a room behind reception so not very customer focused. Not much atmosphere in reception, could have had some music etc. Shame the luggage had to be stored unattended most of the time and in full view behind the reception desk...we decided against leaving our suitcases as felt it wasn't very secure. Quite a walk to the tube station to get to the O2.

The location suited us: it enabled easy access to London City Airport, while still being within reach of central London. Had things gone according to plan it would also have allowed easy access to Greenwich, but due to plane failure, we were a day late. (No refund of course, but we did sign up to that condition when we booked.)

On arrival (from LHR), the tube took us straight to Canary Wharf station, but dragging a case from there to the hotel was NOT a good idea. Somewhere information on how to get there more easily by public transport needs to be included in hotel description. (Blackwall DLR station is much closer.)

Easy to find if you get the DLR overground to Blackwall. The staff who greeted us were friendly allowed us to check in to the room early which after several hours of travelling was much appreciated. The room was typical for an Ibis all the essentials to meet a budget. 15 minute walk to Canary Wharf. We went to a gig at the O2 via Uber. We jumped on the underground to Canary Wharf to get back. We got an Uber from that station to the hotel which cost around £7. This is entirely walk able but as two lone females we opted for an Uber.

The view wasn't the best, we were overlooking another rooftop and flats this isn't the end of the world but worth noting. The air con was either not working or just not very powerful.

Room was clean and we slept really well, we had rooms 9 and 7 just through the main door to reception, very handy ! Breakfast was lovely but we would prefer to see long hair tied up as there were hairs in my friends breakfast and a server had long curly hair not tied back? Other than that everything was good.

On google maps on your phone it doesnt take you to the hotel - warning if you are walking, we walkwws for miles late at night as the tunnel was closed and no taxis would pick up, it was late at night so two women following google maps, we were on the flyover but didnt realise the hotel was on the road beneath us ? Everyone does this apparently?

The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly welcome from lady on reception think she was called Carla, very helpful. The room was spot on for what we needed it for and the shower was lovely

Only bad point was parking. Paid to park then went to a concert at 02 when we came back there was no space available in the carpark spoke to man on reception and he said there was nothing he could do. Maybe keep a record of spaces and once all spaces are paid for don't accept any more

The location is about 10 minutes walk from the DLR, then one stop on that and we were on the jubilee line - so perfect for us. We arrived in the evening on Thursday and plenty of parking. Checked in by a really helpful pleasant chap. Room was fine… twin beds …. shower good … breakfast was amazing 🤩…. Then we headed into London for the day (garden party at the palace 🤴)…. Got back to the hotel around 5…. Quick coffee, then drive home. I’d definitely consider doing this again when I come to London as it was so easy & nice not to worry about train times. Nice little car downstairs aswell, where we had a little G&T when we arrived!! And £12 to park fir 24hours which was perfect 🤩

The air conditioning wasn’t great and didn’t really cool the room down and the pillows weren’t the best.

The staff were excellent. Very welcoming on arrival, suggested an alternative walking route to Canary Wharf which was lovely. The chap on reception checked us in with ease and was very accommodating when we decided to have breakfast the following morning. Although not as much breakfast choice as some more expensive hotels, there was enough variety for us all to enjoy a filling and well cooked/prepared breakfast. All in all, couldn't have asked for more welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and all necessary items provided.

The water made a noise after the toilet flush but it was only for a few moments.

About 15 minutes walk from Canary Wharf Underground Station. Only one night as I was going to a concert at the O2 Arena. Hotel on the other side of the river so a walk back to the station and then only 1 more stop to Greenwich North and you get off right outside the O2. Very convenient. No problem checking in or out. Staff friendly and helpful. However had not booked in for the breakfast so can't comment on that.

Apart from getting lost on my to the Hotel but that was not knowing the area.
