This is a little gem. Excellent location, (for my needs), quite a few extras in the room I did not expect. Big windows,-- which did open for air; a sparkling clean water kettle, which is a must in my opinion, and I am always surprised by how many places let the lime/calc build up...but here it was perfect. Also a surprise was having two different plug outlets: British and European. Reception was polite, and accommodating, and exceptionally patient. There was an overall positive vibe in the establishment.

My only let down was door slams-- this is not the fault of the establishment in my opinion. The room is soundproof, as far as I could tell, but heavy doors need to be shut gently by a traveler. I would say that is part of hotel etiquette, and a responsibility of the traveler. We can't have soundproof/safe rooms without a heavy door. If we take a few extra seconds, the door will /can be shut quietly. I may be wrong about this, but it's just my own experience.

The room was comfortable. The bed was well presented, I slept comfortably, no noise heard from the outside during the night. The en-suite bathroom was clean and extra towels provided as I requested. A standard double room was expected. There was enough space for hanging clothes in the wardrobe. The hotel is very good quality and the breakfast provided is a variety of hot and cold food. A good cooked breakfast selection.

The Booking.com website marketing stated a courtyard view could be seen from the room. However, the windows in the room had frosted glass. No view was possible to see. Everything else was fine.

The room was bright and very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom was extremely good and spotlessly clean. The staff were also very friendly and I was able to leave my luggage there during the day whilst I travelled around London.

I couldn't find anything to fault.

My stay at K Hotel was exceptional. It truly felt like home. The location is superb, just a few steps away from bus stops and Gloucester road tube station. It’s also surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Generally a very safe area. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and new. The room also has a safe and a nice closet. I particularly loved the mirrors and their lightening. There was a coffee maker, a hair dryer, smart tv, and towels. The whole team was very helpful and warm, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. The luggage storage was a great option. I had to leave them for more than 8 hours, and they were certainly in a secure place. There’s also a spacious lift, so no need to worry if you’re coming with big luggage like mine. Overall, I would come back again! Thank you for making my stay a memorable one.

Maybe the room needs a small fridge.

The staff was very professional and fulfilled all my needs. The communication throw booking.con before arrival was smoothly and quick. Breakfast was classic English one, just don’t take meet and you can have vega option, plus you can choose muesly and smth sweet but all food was fresh. Also they had an alternative milk, during breakfast, what surprised me, as not a lot of hotels have it yet. The room was clean, very warm (during November), small but with 2 cabin luggages we didn’t have any problems with space. Location is great. A lot places to eat around and very close to bus and metro station.

The position was perfect, 7 min walk to the Piccadilly line and the circle line. Just outside there are restaurants and supermarkets. The front desk adorable! Super available and impeccable, the hotel was clean, every morning we got the room clean and towels changed.

We book a double room and The bed was very very small and uncomfortable for two people. The room one of the smallest I’ve ever sleep in. There was supposed to be a mini bar, but not even the fridge was present. There’s only a very small wardrobe and nowhere to put my luggage to, I had to use the only small chair that was present in the room put it next to the bed and as the room is actually small I had to climb the bed from the feets part.

Everything was really good, from deco to the quality of the bed sheets. The room space is nice for a hotel in London. Location is excellent. Checkin SUPER EASY and FAST.

Breakfast for 15 pounds is not attractive, but probably it's the hotel business strategy. Cheaper to eat outside.

The room was lovely and spacious, was decently clean and presented very nicely. The check in and check out process was very straightforward. The bathroom was particularly nice with a clean and spacious shower. The hotel felt safe and was in a convenient location. The staff were very kind and happy to have conversations or help where they could.

The whole stay was enjoyable, but there were a couple of things to note. The ‘double bed’ was 2 single beds pushed together, which was a little uncomfortable. The noise from the road was also quite loud, I would recommend bringing ear plugs to help with this. The temperature of the room was also tricky to control, despite staying here in winter and having the room temperature turned to the lowest setting it was still too warm. We opened the windows to let some cool air in which made it more comfortable.

The layout of the floors with regards to the lifts-we booked for 3 nights & then decided to extend our stay for a night. The staff who always excel at their job upgraded us for the first 3 night THANKYOU, however due to a booking we had to vacate that particular room after the 3rd night by 11h, & could not check back into the other room until 14h which meant packing everything up & due to the lift close to our room being unserviceable, we had to drag 4 cases down 3 flights of stairs

Very clean and right-sized rooms (considering London's standards), more silent on the back side of the building, comfortable mattress, efficient air conditioning..Staff welcoming and professional, location in front of bus stops and 5 minutes walk to underground station Gloucester Road. Our stay was very pleasant and would stay here again next time.

Positive aspects surpass the negative ones, so these are just small recommendations. It would be useful to have a mini-fridge in the room, especially during summertime to keep fresh drinks. Pillows would need to be replaced, as well as windows at least towards Cromwell Road for better sound insulation. There's not a closet in the room, nor a place to keep your suitcase which might be a problem for longer stays.
