Better than I expected - yes, the rooms are tiny, but super clean and comfortable - perfect for a solo traveller. Location is great - close to Earl's Court tube stop and an easy walk through the lovely Kensington neighborhoods to Kensington High Street or Olympia.

No lift and I got tired of the stairs to the 4th floor! But you get what you pay for. There was also a balcony outside my window and someone showed up on it at about 8am which scared me, but in hindsight I should have kept the blinds closed.

Loved everything about this property! Please don’t get swayed by some negative reviews. Here’s why: Izrael who checked me in was incredibly friendly, welcoming and efficient. The check in process (provided you have everything you need to check in ie cards/ID if you haven’t pre-paid) was super quick - I had my key card within 2 minutes! Also, please be friendly to staff - they were there to assist me, and they did this with no problem at all. I can’t stress enough for you to be prepared with everything you need before you check in. The rooms were so clean, the sheets were fresh and probably the cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen from a budget hotel for a long time. Rather than complain, why not tell staff if your bathrooms are not cleaned properly? I’m sure they will assist you on this. Cleanliness was up to an excellent standard when I stayed. It was also a very pleasant stay - quiet hallways and respectful staff. Hotel safety - even though the hotel is situated 10 mins away from Gloucester Road underground station in a quiet road, the hotel and staff puts your safety #1. Nobody gets in without a key card! AC - yes it does work and yes you can control it. The trick? When you’re in your room, fully lock your door. This triggers the auto function of your AC (when it gets too hot, it will balance room temp to cool).

It’s not a dislike but yes, be prepared for the flight of stairs - if you are planning to bring huge and heavy luggage, maybe consider other hotels? Don’t be surprised when you stay here to find that there are no lifts.

Essentially all we wanted was a bed for the night and it was good value from this respect. We checked in late and the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Clean and good quality bedding and towels. The temperature in the room was perfect (not too hot!) Excellent travel links.

It could have done with more hooks (there were two in the sleeping area and one in the bathroom) and maybe a shelf or too (There were none). As the room is tiny with no storage, it was very difficult to find a place to put anything even though we travel incredibly light.

We have never felt better cared for, than in this hotel. The staff that works there is spectacular, they all take great care of you and Andres did everything possible to let us check in early and give us a room. Yes, the room is small and the bathroom too. But for that price for a couple and in that spectacular location, what more can you ask for. You only get another place for the same price in a room that sleeps up to 8 people, that's not for us. My partner and me are very happy to have chosen this hotel. 10 ⭐️ for the hotel and for all the staff, for their attention, cleanliness, comfort and location, thank you very much, definitely 💯% recommended, we will be back.

No lift

I recently stayed at easyHotel South Kensington and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of South Kensington, with easy access to top attractions like the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Science Museum. The nearby public transport options made exploring London incredibly convenient. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. My room, though compact, was thoughtfully designed to maximize space and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. What stood out most was the exceptional service. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any inquiries or requests. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Overall, easyHotel South Kensington offers great value for money. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option in a prime location with excellent service, I highly recommend this hotel.

All was good

A compact room with en-suite shower & loo. Comfy bed and nice quality towels. Friendly, efficient service on arrival. As breakfast isn’t provided we visited the Sainsbury’s round the corner for fresh pastries.

The room lacked a small bedside table or shelf next to the bed. This would have been useful to put specs and phone on. The two sockets were on the wall next to en-suite door so phones had to be left charging on the floor. If the socket was next to a table or shelf beside the bed it would be better (and you’d be able to use torch on phone if needed to get up during the night).

We felt very cared from the staff that works at this hotel. Andres did everything possible for us to be confortable, gave us some snacks and soft drinks completely for free in our arrival. The room is a little small as explained in the add, but for that price for a couple and in that good location, what more can you ask for. I do not really understand why people rate this hotel us 1.0 stars when the hotel is very good and cheap. Well, I probably understand that people because are the ones who wants to pay cheaply in 5 stars hotels where they will never be able to stay. Me and my girlfriend are very happy to have chosen this hotel. 10 ⭐️ for the hotel and for all the staff, for their attention, cleanliness, comfort and location and very good customer service, they really know how to treat a guest, specially Andres. Andrew & George did everything possible for us to feel very good on our arrival and gave us a very nice warm welcome with snacks and free drinks (not all the hotels with a reasonable price do that). Yes, the room is a little small, but for that price and with a private bathroom, what else can you ask for? It is an excellent room price, I do not you, but for me and my wife, the bathroom is the most important thing. Also, everything is very clean which is very important. For that price, for a couple and in that spectacular location, you won't find anything better, we are travelers and we can assure you. In another place you will only get for the same price, a room that sleeps up to 8 people or more, with a shared bathroom, sorry but that's not for us. Nour, the girl at our check out, asked us how was our stay, no many hotels do that when you check out. Thank you very much to all the staff for caring that much to your guests. The closest position to two tube stations was perfect for me as a single traveler and arriving late at night and leaving the morning after. The room isn't much big but for one night you can manage it. The shower was plenty warm and I enjoyed it. Nice welcome pack including a Cadbury chocolate bar, a pack of Doritos and Fanta was really appreciated.

There's no bedside table or anything to leave even your phone to charge but the bed was the only way to manage and leave it plugged on for the night. No air-dryer or kettle for a cup of tea. No ventilation as there's no windows but I was aware of it. Cleaning wasn't perfect as I founded long blonde platinum hairs on the shower but it could happen.

Excellent, friendly staff. Very comfortable room. Close to shops and bus stop.

Lots of scaffolding and noise. Room a bit shabby compared to other hotels I’ve been in although the room was very clean. The sliding door to the bathroom was barely attached to its runners so could not be closed.The seat for the accessible shower desperately in need of replacement. Fortunately I am able to shower standing up because it looked disgusting and I didn’t want to touch it, let alone sit on it.
