This was a wonderful hotel. Very good location. Close to the Gloucester Road underground station. Building and area is very nice. Classic British type housing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Made our stay that much enjoyable. Rooms are clean and have a cozy atmosphere. The AC works perfectly. We had a couple of cold nights during our stay so could warm up the room with it too. Also they do provide filtered water, coffee and tea free of charge.

There are a few minuses. The shower head does not take off. You can only turn it ever so slightly. The cleaning costs extra charge. Which could cause additional expenses for a longer trip. The rooms aren’t very big.

It’s pretty new so it was all in good condition.

The tiniest room, but for one night alone it was fine.

Very good location. Nice, new room.

It was very hot in the room when I checked in, probably 27 or 28 degrees. I asked the front desk for a fan and he supplied one immediately. With the fan the room was comfortable. The light in the bathroom is not above the sink so it is hard to see in the mirror to apply makeup.

The staff were very nice and so helpful. The hotel is situated in a very nice part of London and not far from a tube station. The room was nice and had a lovely ensuite shower

The room was quite hot even with the fan on. It could do with air conditioning. The water pressure of the shower was weak.

Clean, easy to get to from Gloucester Road and despite the small size, all I needed for a night in the city for work.

Small room so not a lot of space to get along bottom of bed to use wardrobe, etc.

It is in a convenient location. The room was comfortable for the most part. More on this below. The staff was reasonably responsive.

Having no place to sit in the room was irritating. Because other people did what I did - sat on the edge of the bed - the mattress was broken down on the edge. There were no instructions on how to operate the safe in the room or the online information. The fire alarm went off at 1:00 am. The staff didn’t seem to know what to do. It took almost 30 minutes before we were allowed to return to our rooms. Once back in my room and in bed, the alarm went off again - it didn’t ring long enough to evacuate but hen about two minute later it rang a third time but for about only 5 seconds. There was no mirror in the room outside the bathroom. It’s hard to dry one’s hair without a mirror, doable but difficult. Finally, the staff did not keep the amenities stocked in the lobby.

Comfortable, good size for London, clean, good location

There could be some air conditioning as the room gets quite stuffy.

We had a 5 nights’ stay in 2 rooms, a double and our daughter in a single. Both rooms were excellent; clean, very good beds and everything you need. Wherry’s the single room was quite small but beautiful, our double at the top floor was spacious. We had a nice look on the quiet street in Kensington/Chelsea. Metro is close and it’s easy to get anywhere. There are also restaurants in the neighborhood. The staff ( there’s always someone present down) is very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is very small but has a good working shower. But thanks to the small bathroom we had more space in the room itself..

The property is on a quiet street along side some lovely townhouses. It’s not a far walk from the nearest train station. It took around 25 mins to walk to harrods. The staff were lovely and the room was quiet and comfortable.

The bathroom we had is in desperate need of some TLC. The paint is chipping off the ceiling, The shower doors don’t close properly so water goes straight through when the shower is on. The shower head is positioned so high that it’s impossible to not get your hair wet (take a shower cap). The hot and cold work the opposite way round etc.

The room was absolutely spotless. I noticed there were cleaning staff around all the time working hard. The staff in general were really friendly and helpful. The coffee machine in the room was a nice gesture, and the bed was clean and comfy. It was quiet and a great location for where I wanted to be while in London.

The room was really hot and uncomfortable. It does advertise that it has no air con, but for the price you pay, you would expect a hotel to invest in some aircon to make the height of summer atleast bearable. It seems a bit inconsistent that they would provide as standard, a Nespresso coffee machine for each room and complementary tea and coffee and shower products, but not a fan of some sort. I attempted to have a cold shower to cool down, but the shower seems to only have one temperature setting. The lack of air con/fan is a deal breaker for me and means I wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.
