I've stayed here before. The room had recently been redecorated and was excellent. The hotel location is really convenient for Marylebone and Oxford Street (the Bond Street station for Tube and Elizabeth Line is quite close). Very helpful and friendly staff. I would come again - once they have completed their renovation project.

The hotel redecoration seemed to be part of a major on-going renovation project which meant that food, bar and lounge facilities were all unavailable - I wasn't aware of this at booking. I would probably have come anyway - but the lack of expected facilities did alter my view of the price ! Fortunately, the location is blessed with innumerable excellent restaurants and coffee bars very close by - so the loss if catering wasn't as great a problem as it might have been elsewhere. The hair dryer in the room didn't work (although in the heat wave this was not so much of a problem !). There was a false alarm on the fire alarm system during the night. The hotel is normally outstanding - this time it was "merely" good. I would still recommend it though.

The location was exactly where we wanted to be. We got to the hotel a bit early and were very greatful that they had a room ready for us. The staff was an excellent team who all seemed to respect each other and were very pleasant and engaging with us. Breakfast was fresh and good with an attentive staff.

The room was very small and the A/C did not initially work. Being on the ground floor the room looked out onto the ally full of trash with a construction crew working just below the window. As many of the workers were smoking having the windows open for ventilation became unpleasant. The A/C issue was addressed as soon as we brought it to their attention.

All of the staff were excellent, the hotel was clean and the daily cleaning of the room was brilliant. The hotel was a bit more expensive but it is in central London so you save on transport costs. Breakfast was excellent buffet style and the staff are so great and helpful. There was nothing that was to much trouble. We had an evening train home, the concierge stored the suitcases and arranged a taxi. Overall, brilliant stay would highly recommend. Will never stay anywhere else in London.

The lunch and evening menu is quite restricted, especially for vegetarian but the food was cooked really well. Wardrobe space was quite restricted in room, as we stayed for five nights we had quite a lot of clothes. This was not a major problem.

We had to find emergency accommodation on 30 September 2023 and Holiday Inn was a second attempt. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding of our situation and for that we are forever grateful. This was the final stay at the end of a 7 week holiday and the first thing that went wrong. Like I said the staff went above and beyond.

The carpets were stained and dated. The towels were thin and thread bare. The cost was outrageous, and on top of that we had to pay additional for breakfast. The Wi-Fi did not work for the entire time that we were there and the staff gave out vouchers for the bar.

Very nice selection for breakfast in a comfortable dining area. Staff very attentive and caring to make sure our needs were met. Our room was more than adequate and very comfortable. The bed was top quality and floor heating lovely. Reception staff were top quality, led by Yolenny Beltre, The front office manager.. Brilliant location for getting about and not far from the tube lines. Oxford Circus, very close to theatre land and places to eat as well as shopping.

Nothing known, everything for us was good.

unfortunately the morning we left the water went off. the staff did a great job but lots of disgruntled guests. it won’t stop us coming again though

My daughter partly uses a wheelchair (she has long covid) and the Staff were excellent in caring about making sure we had rooms next to each other, had an early check in, she knew someone was responsible for her in the event of an evacuation, checking everything was OK (aircon needed tweaking) - they were warm, caring, professional and friendly.

Evening food wasn't great but that's not the purpose of this stay, maybe a bit more of a healthy choice would be nice or simple baguettes available

Very central - close to Oxford Street. Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated.

Some renovations taking place in the hotel. Lifts did not have access to the Reception area - quite a few stairs to climb. The shower basin flooded - water everywhere. Shared with Reception on departure.

The staff, the staff, the staff and the location is excellent. From the cleaners right through to the management bent over backwards to help and accommodate one. Special mention for Andrew, one of the managers who went out of his way to help when he heard that my husband were to stay longer in hospital. Perfect location for shopping on Oxford Street and is 6 minutes walk from Harley Street .

I found nothing to fault, as the staff addressed anything I highlighted immediately. Something to bear in mind is that sometimes early morning or late at night you can here the nearby underground train.
