A rather noisy and quite aggressive conversation going on between two men at the reception as I checked in. One of the people involved seemed to be a member of staff. The same person was speaking very loudly and aggressively on the telephone as I checked out. Very poor manners. Otherwise the place was good.

Really handy for getting into the city centre. Train station directly across the road and tube station less than 5 minutes walk. Room was small but had everything we needed. After reading some negative reviews I was nervous about going but it was great. And contrary to some reviews our windows did open. Pub straight across the street had good food and reasonably priced drinks. Would go back.

Noticed a slight damp smell when I walked into reception but once I was up in my room it was absolutely fine

The staff was able to store my luggage until check-in. The ordered a taxi for me efficiently and at low cost. The explained the gym and dining room facilities very well. They made me feel welcomed!

Unfortunately, after many tries by hotel management, I was unable to be connected to the internet. I need it to do on-line work at my university in Maine, U.S.A. Due to that, I had to cancel my stay and leave the hotel.

The location was excellent for our needs and access to transportation. The hotel was a little tired but everything we needed was in good working order. Would stay here again.

The wifi setup was not properly maintained and while it worked it seemed like it could have been compromised so we mostly avoided it.

Attention Please!! I was positively surprised by this hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the subway station(killburn park), which is on a very good line(Bakerloo). Right in front of the hotel, there's a supermarket, a Starbucks, and a very cozy pub, meaning breakfast, dinner, and supplies are guaranteed. Unlike what other reviews said, the room was absolutely clean, there was no bad smell, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the shower worked perfectly, and there was a TV and minibar in the room. Everything was perfect. I believe the negative reviews have a malicious bias and are not related to the actual stay, as if I return to London, I will certainly come back to this hotel. In summary: Best value for money, excellent location, and absolute cleanliness!! You can trust this place.

The fire alarm went off one night, however, it was due to a thoughtless and disrespectful guest who was smoking in their room. The alarm was quickly turned off. Nothing related to the hotel. It has a very good experience at all

Nice room convenient location

The room was better than what i expected, to be honest i was little worried about some bad reviews but overall was good. the area where the hotel was located had alot of good restaurants, gym , close to the bus station and the underground that we used daily to get to center of London.

The only thing that i didn't like, was that the hotel didnt have a proper place keep our luggage when we came to check in early, they just put them on the side of the front desk. otherwise all was fine, nothing to worry about it

I liked the location and the comfortable beds and bathroom.

I didn't like the freezing cold in the room which was only solved on the following day after changing rooms 3 times. There was a proper apology on the side of the management but only after I insisted on the fact that the heating wasn't working and that the temperature in the room was 15° C.

The location was perfect, Kilburn High Road Train station was literally across the road, and trains go direct to Euston Station. There was also a tube station a minutes walk around the corner. The staff were friendly, The room was clean and facilities were good. Despite on a busy main road there was little or no road noise. There was also an Indian cafe next door that sold beautiful coffee.

This is only a minor complaint , The windows didn't open, which did keep road noise down, There was an air con system. However, on the first night I didn't know how to switch it on. That's mostly my fault, I was shown how to switch it on next day and room was cooler but still a tiny bit stuffy. Would definitely stay here again despite this minor gripe.
