The hotel was good for the price paid. It was clean with many of the facilities you'[d expect from a 3 star hotel The hotel was in a quiet location 10 minutes from the tube and with bus stops dotted around

It would have been good if the hotel web sits made it clear how to get to the hotel form the tube and bus .It would also be good if the hotel could offer light meals/snacks during the day .Staff were a little pedantic about the booking procedure .Some travelers in fornt of us had to make a number of phone calls to get booking confirmed

The rooms are clean and tidy.. offering value for money. It is located on a quiet street. It's in a lovely nice area. It's very quiet inside of the property and the hallway, minimum noise from the other clients. Very nice and comfortable beds, The staff are very much friendly and helpful and attentive 👌 hassle free.

My stay was on Christmas Eve and Christmas day.. I missed having a Christmas day dinner on the 25/12/2024.. I WAS not asked about my dinner plans on 25/12 by the receptionist upon arrival.. Ps. I should have asked about the Christmas day dinner option at the reception on the 25/12/2024 ..

Location to Chalk Farm Tube Station, Camden Market. Upgraded rooms to Travelodge standard so great value for money. Parking at the hotel is limited so get there early and it's a tight squeeze so for bigger vehicles. Large vehicles be aware. The welcome was great and our room was ready so we were able to check in early. We didn't have breakfast because our previous experience many years ago was not good so I can't report on that. A short walk away is a wonderful cafe that do amazing food and we went there. My bed was a little hard, maybe because it was new though my partner said her bed was comfy. Overall, a great place to stay, 5mins walk to Chalk Farm Tube on the Northern line and only a couple of stops to central London. A great budget hotel, comfortable and clean.

Car parking a bit tricky and limited but that's no fault of the hotel due to. It's residential location.

Location was great for the event I needed to attend at the Roundhouse and Vanguard. Easy to get to by Tube. If I was there for pleasure rather than work, it’s also a great spot for getting to London Zoo, Primrose Hill, Camden Town on foot. The staff on the desk were polite, professional and welcoming. The room was quiet, neat and clean. I felt safe staying there on my own.

I couldn’t work out how to use the television! I only wanted to put the news and weather on in the morning but couldn’t figure it out so just played the radio on my phone. Directions for using the telly would have been helpful or just a telly that you turn on and goes straight to the usual terrestrial channels.

The staff went above and beyond to find a key for the balcony so I could enjoy the amazing skyline views. I was not expecting such a great view especially with balcony access for such a low price. Facilities were basic and adequate. Enjoyed a short pleasant walk to the Roundhouse. The balcony was just a perfect bonus.

There was only decaff coffee in the room. Also the fire alarm went off at around 6:30am briefly due to someone showering with the bathroom door open. Could not find TV remote. Also the radiator didn't get very hot and the duvet was not very warm.

Nice new rooms, bed was comfy, new bathroom and wqlk in shower was really nice! I messed up and booked the wrong date as it was a spur of the moment thing but the manager sorted it all out there and then. Service from her was great evwn when checking out.

Didnt find anything that i didnt really like to be honest, wasnt there long enough. Suppose maybw resturant was closed was a bit of an inconvenience rather than anything but there are plenty of places nearby so wasnt really a problem

The staff are amazing and very friendly. Only a around 10 min walk camden market. Quiet area with shops and pub near by. Fans provided as the weather was around 27-30 degrees and even a free room upgrade with windows. Would definitely stay again! Rooms are all newly renovated and very clean.

Nothing to do with the hotel was just very hot as the weather was to good. But the staff provided fans

Great location just up the road from Primrose Hill and Regents Park. The value was excellent for what we got: comfortable place to stay with easy access to all that London has to offer. Bathroom was recently remodeled!

We were disturbed by the doors shutting loudly on our floor due to poor design, and likely not the fault of other guests. Management should redo doors to allow for quieter design.

Room was clean and tidy. The road noise was very loud . The staff were very helpful l asked for an extra pillow they brought it to my room for me.

Only bottle beer at the bar and only continental breakfast would have like some hot breakfast. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable could feel the springs.
