The stay was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. I had no issues with the air conditioning in the unit, it worked like a charm. There was room service every day and a card for people who did not want to be disturbed that could be put on the door. I'm very neat already so there wasn't much for them to tidy, but they changed the towels and also refilled the tea packets, sugar packets, and little creamer packets as well and I could ask the staff downstairs for water free of charge no problem, as I did enjoy having a cup of tea when I woke up. You're close to everything from this location as the train station was just a 1-minute walk from the Moxy, along with market areas and entertainment. This is the best spot personally to get around as you're right near the closest area to every route of travel - buses that come through every 10 minutes or so, or the train station directly near where you wait for the buses. This hotel was also very secure as no one could just come in late at night. You'll need your keycard to gain entrance as they do have security nearby at all times for the doors.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Location was excellent with good nearby pubs and restaurants and only a few minutes walk to huge Westfield shopping centre and the Stratford train station which made getting to the airport, city and attractions VERY easy. Excellent customer service also - we had an issue with the first room we were given (the mattress was collapsed on one side) we were immediately moved to an alternative room. Great overall vibe, very modern. We also waited in the lobby after check out until we transferred to the airport - very spacious, comfortable and relaxed.

The airconditioner was not very efficient and we were quite hot in the room, which meant we had to open the window overnight letting in some traffic noise.

Great location! the room is very clean and cosy, no noises at all despite being in a busy location, and the bed is amazingly comfortable! Staff is great and Wifi worked really well. Close to the station and shopping center.

There is no closet / wardrobe / chest of drawers or any space to put the clothes, there were just 4/5 hangers. I think it should be specified in the room details to avoid any misunderstandings.

This was my first time staying in a Moxy Hotel, and it’s definitely the smallest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in! On the plus side, it does have Marriott-quality pillows, sheets, and lobby! No real closet, though there are places on the wall to hang clothes; shower water pressure is strong. Location is great! Very short walk (30 sec?) to Stratford Tube station, railway, city buses, and Westfield mall which has more city buses in addition to National Express to Stansted Airport and Flix Bus stops. In zone 3, so it’s a 15-25 min Tube ride to tourist attractions.

Quite small, though there is little need for space when I’m the vacationer that will be out and about and just use the room to sleep. Regardless, it was difficult to navigate at times with the bathroom door being in the way of the entry door.

Staff were friendly, room was a great size and there wasn't any noise from other residents even though downstairs the bar was bustling. I didnt make full use of the space as was only staying for one night as a stop off but the games room area, lockers and bar were a good place to chill and hang out. There's definitely a young vibe here, and cheeky interiors and additions dotted around but honestly I had a fab night's sleep and that's what it's all about! I was worried the crowd and location would make it rowdy but I was entirely wrong. No faults here.

Location is great considering that tube / train station is very close, you can reach other areas of London easily and fast. Room was small, but had everything needed, was very clean. Breakfasts didn't have something outstanding but were good value for money, definitely! Lobby looks so great and it's really pleasant to spend time there!

I would say I missed a fridge in the room:) Breakfasts last till 10 am, that was sometimes too early, I would suggest to extend this period of time.

What a lovely hotel! There's always a worry when a big chain (in this case Marriott) opens a boutique marque that there will be more of a focus on appearing "cool" and less on the business of being a hotel, but this is absolutely not the case. It's definitely got the cool looks, but it's still a very comfortable, clean hotel and was overall an extremely enjoyable stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable (and quieter than you'd expect given that it was overlooking a railway track) and I could have used the shower to power-wash my driveway! Bar does a nice pale ale as well. In the area - you're five minutes walk from Westfield Stratford and all the shops and restaurants therein, and six minutes from Stratford tube station, which will get you straight into the centre of London in about 15-20 minutes.

This is very nitpicky - I like to sit in a hotel bar and read at night, but the lighting was a little too low to do that. But that's genuinely the only bad thing I can think of.

We stayed four nights on a family trip to London. The Moxy Hotel is close to the Stratford Station from which you can reach the city on a number of tube lines fast. It is also close to the Westfield shopping mall with plenty of nice shops and a number of restaurant, and within walking distance from the Abba arena. The rooms are comfortable and clean; staff is friendly. We had a double room with two separate beds, which were comfortable. Extra points for having English and continental plugs in the room. Would stay again.

on my second day, I expected to get some water in my room- it was a double separate booking I made on impulse so it is how I thought- but I did not however, on my way out I met one of the room services ladies, she did not speak English but I tried using google translate to ask for a tiny bottle of water - was so thirsty, she said bluntly "NO" : ) I mean no fuss about that, but I was a bit embarrassed by the attitude

The young ladies at the front desk were very helpful during the check in process and answered the questions we had about the city and getting around. The reception and hangout spots were very well maintained. The room was nice and true to the pictures and description listed on the booking. Also there is an amazing shopping center right across the bridge that is huge and has so many stores and eating options.

The mattresses were very firm/hard so if you were looking for a pillowy soft bed this is not the place. In addition the breakfast buffet food was not very good besides the croissants and coffee. Also you will not be allowed to have any coffee unless you paid for breakfast or at any other times of day you can only drink the coffee in your room. Finally there are 2 Mac/Apple desktops in the workspace any we tried to use these and were told they did not work. Seems odd to have these in the workspace area without a note saying they don't work.
