Perfect reception staff, excellent breakfast, very good location.

Double bed was too small for 2 people, the room was not completely clean (dusty and spider webs), cleaning staff knocked the door at 8:30AM to ask what time are we moving out, during the cleaning my clothes were thrown from the bed on the floor and left there.

Location was fantastic short walk to Gloucester Rd tube station, coffee shops bars and restaurants all close by.

Hotel was a little dated, smell of damp in hallways but room was clean, comfortable and bathroom was modern and all that you.needed

The hotel is located on Cromwell Road, close to two metro stations on the Piccadilly Line (Earl's Court and Gloucester Road), which take you to the city centre in a few minutes. In addition, there is a direct line to Heathrow Airport. The staff were really nice and efficient. Both check-in and check-out were done very quickly and they offered to keep our lugagge there after check-out even before we had the chance to ask. Breakfast was varied and tasty, especially if you like full English breakfasts. It's true that there isn't such a big variety of bread or sweet buns or pastries. We had a double and an individual room and both of them were spotlessly clean. Wifi worked well as well

The individual room was a bit small and there wasn't heating in the bathroom of the double room, so it was a bit cooler than desired, but these were really minor issues concerning the overall experience.

We arrived quite early before check in time. I had asked if an early check in was possible and when we got there, our room was ready. How wonderful it was! We were welcomed so friendly. The room was much bigger than I had expected, thankfully. All necessities were in place, even iron and ironing table. The room was cleaned every day, garbage removed, sheets and towels changed. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely adequate. The staff have always been so helpful and friendly with true smiles on their faces. The check out was also so fast. On two days of our stay we had daily tours from London. I had asked if they could prepare sandwiches for the way. They prepared a nice snack with comfort food, fruit and even juice. I really appreciate the staff's thoughtfulness and kindness. Such a gesture! We had a great stay. Really appreciate!

The furniture was a little bit older but fonctioned normally.

Cleanliness, air conditioning, good location, and a small gym.

Check-in is at 2pm and check-out is at 11am, so there are 3 hours of uncalculated booking. The lack of coordination with the booking website, where I corresponded with the website and confirmed the hotel's approval to leave at 3, but the hotel employee suddenly opened the door of the room without teachers at 12 o'clock and that I am late and must leave now.

The looks It looked really pretty, like how I would Imagine a hotel in London. The building was beautiful.

The house cleaning. Something is not with how the hotel manages cleaning the rooms. Usually in hotels, I get back to the room afternoon - at about 2pm-4pm, and the room is already cleaned of course. But in this hotel it was not the situation. They are cleaning very late, sometimes at 4-5pm. On the last day (check put day) as well, the cleaning lady tried to get to clean my room at 8am and second time at 9am, while I was still packing my stuff! Again, in other hotels they don't send someone to clean the room till you go to the reception to check out.

The location is fantastic. Close to Gloucester St tube station, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets and a laundromat. Our room was on the 5th floor and, while small, was very quiet. Some minor maintenance issues were dealt with promptly after being reported. The in house bar was a great place to relax and enjoy happy hour. Our deal included a daily breakfast which included everything that we required and was a pleasant way to start the day.

The carpet in the corridors is showing its age and is stained in quite a few places. Some corridors had a peculiar odor which may have been from the cleaning products used.

The Park Internacional Hotel is a lovely place to stay, perfectly located near the underground, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The area surrounding the hotel is bustling with options, including some great restaurants that cater to a variety of tastes, so dining out is never a hassle. For added convenience, there are also grocery stores nearby, which is perfect for picking up any essentials during your stay. The combination of its location and nearby amenities makes this hotel an excellent choice for travelers seeking comfort and accessibility. Highly recommend!

Great Location at good value.

Carpet needs an update. The smell of time is obvious.

The staff were superb, really helpful and friendly. We were able to store our bags at the hotel as we arrived early before check-in time and left late after we'd checked out. The location is ideal, both for Gloucester Road tube but also for the museums. The air conditioning in the rooms was very welcome as we stayed during a heatwave. They have a nicely furnished foyer area to relax in.

Single rooms are small but adequate. This is an old building and entry is via a short flight of steps ... not a problem for most but something to be aware of. Some rooms have pretty dull views.
