the location of the hotel is great, close to two underground lines, and all within minutes walking distance. the place is quiet,i stayed here for four nights, when check in,the staff gave me very clear information about the hotel surroundings, thanks for his detailed information. be noted that the main gate is always unlocked, first time i dont know, hesitated to open it,only the hotel door is locked. i stayed at upstairs room, and there is no lift in the hotel, and the stairs quite steep, if you bringing heavy luggages, it would be a big challenge to you.the room is quite big, with basic toiletries,i love TV and a minibar in my room, also a fan, when i feel hot, i can use it.but the weather in london always cool,so just used it when i back from outside for a while. the soundproofing is ok, i didnt hear any voices from other room, only bump bump bump sounds from the stairs. the bathroom not big,but ok for me.window can not opened,or maybe i dont know the way to open it.anyway, Adria is a good option if you dont want to stay too close to the city center, and the rate is ok,competitive price in london.happy to stay here again, and will recommend it to everyone who want a quiet stay in London.

A comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff, located a short walk from the two Underground stations and shopping centre. Pleasant room, as described. We were able to leave luggage, without charge, on the morning before check-in and the daytime after check-out, which was an important benefit for us.

The room was on the small side (I think we may have opted for this, so no complaints), and I would choose a larger one next time I book - which we're likely to do again. Sound insulation wasn't as good as in the last room we had, so we had some disturbance from other guests. But overall the room was good value for what we wanted, though the bathroom was small.

Pleasantly surprised and exceeded expectations. Stayed for one night as I was watching a performance at The Apollo. Receptionist was extremely informative. The stairwell and the room itself was extremely clean. Small room but comfortable, practical and has everything you need. Ideal if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower. Wi fi was good. Soap and shampoo was provided. Also had tea/coffee facilities. Reception also has toothbrushes upon request. Room had a mini fridge. The Apollo is a five minute walk. Breakfast wasn't provided but it wasn't an issue as there are plenty of shops, pubs and cafes/restaurants nearby. Hammersmith tube station is also nearby. A lot cheaper than other hotels in the area. Will stay again.

The location was excellent; a close walk to the Hammersmith tube stations so the hotel was very easily accessible to and from Heathrow, as well as to and from Central London. Area around stations had a nice vibe with plenty of places to eat and shop. Walking towards the hotel there was Lyric Square with many stores around it. There were food stalls one morning, and other times, there were chairs for the public to use while watching Wimbledon from a big screen. Just a short walk from there is the neighborhood of the hotel that is part of a row of houses (a few other hotels as well) on a tree-lined street. Neighborhood did not look busy and although there were vehicles and pedestrians, it was generally quiet. I liked it that the hotel was set back from the street by a spacious patio. Our room was very clean and serviced daily with beds made, fresh towels, new supply of toiletries provided and individually packed cookies/biscuits replenished each day. What a treat! Wonderful, friendly owners and staff who stored our baggage for us after check out until our flight late that evening. We truly appreciated that! We hope for another opportunity to return to London and enjoy accommodations there again.

The double bed was a bit more comfortable than the two singles in our room, but everybody slept well. Not as much floor space to navigate around considering number of luggage for a family; however this was not a big deal and we managed to skirt around the suitcases to and from the beds to the bathroom. The important thing was everything was clean. Overall, there was not much to dislike considering the very reasonable price of the hotel in this part of London.

The hotel is in a great location on a leafy street close to the Tube, lovely pubs, cafes and lots of shops. The hotel was very clean with our room tidied every day - we especially liked the nice touch of free cookies left in the room each day for us. We requested and received a lower ground floor / basement room - the rooms on this level have their own entrance which meant we only had to walk up/down a small flight of external stairs. The smart TV with streaming services was a bonus in this otherwise old-fashioned hotel.

These were things which we expected from reading other reviews: you can hear everything from the neighboring room(s) and the doors were very noisy, the bathroom was tiny with a thin sliding door. The shower cubicle was also very small. We could have done without the long, patronising lecture at check in - after a tough day of traveling we just wanted to get the keys and get to our room (the room had already been paid for etc so there was no need for the long drawn out check in process).

This hotel was a great find. Stayed twice. Very close to Hammersmith Station. Easy walk with luggage. Staff are super friendly and accommodating, after a long flight we arrived early but our room was ready so they let us check in, and were even happy to keep some of our luggage safe (for free!) when we went to Paris for a couple of nights. Amazing. Our family room was perfect for 2 adults & 2 teenagers. Would definitely stay again.

Hard to think of anything. Bathroom was a little small but honestly this place exceeded our expectations.

The location is ideal. Very close to the shops and train stations and the restaurants. Tea and coffee with biscuits was present in the room along with toiletries and towels. There was also a hair dryer. Generally everything one would expect. The owner was very polite and friendly and was nice to chat to. I was there for one night by myself for a music gig, so it was actually pretty perfect for me.

Fairly minor things. The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work and the curtains across the window are ever so slightly too short and not fixed at one end which meant it was quite difficult to cover the window. Plug socket near the bed was hanging out a bit and one of the lights didn't work. These are all very minor things. The place just needed a bit of TLC.

Location felt safe. A beautiful, quiet, residential area. Staff were welcoming and friendly. The room had everything I needed including an iron, a well lit magnifying mirror. Crisp white bedding, modern bathroom, good hot shower, everything clean. I loved the tea/coffee in the room. Bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. I felt very safe and comfortable. The location in Hammersmith was excellent also.

Extra milk in the tea tray - I like a lot. Also I forgot the Wi-Fi password given at reception so ai couldn’t access it - perhaps a little password reminder on the bedroom wall would have been useful.

I needed to be near the local theatre, and this hotel was perfect for that! The room was very clean and very comfortable although chilly enough at night that I used the extra blanket available in the room. The bed was very comfortable with a choice of firmness of pillows (a pleasing and unexpected luxury for the price). Small but well laid out bathroom was very clean! New windows kept the room quiet and draft free. The two buildings are charming brick.

Wifi signal too weak to be used in my room.
