I had an excellent one-week stay at The Omega Hotel. The hotel’s central location makes it ideal for exploring London, with everything within walking distance. Located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood, the hotel offers immaculate and well-organized rooms. Special thanks to the staff, Simon and Stan, for their friendly and helpful attitude; they promptly attended to all our needs. Whenever I return to London, I will certainly choose The Omega Hotel again if it’s available. Many thanks to the entire team!

The location is fantastic, the room was small but clean and perfect for what we needed. Good space for hanging clothes and decent bed. The staff were really helpful, printed off some tickets for us. Allowed us to check in early and store our bags on the day we left.

Only downside was no tea/coffee making in your room. It was however in reception and free 24/7. The internal doors were fire doors which meant they slammed. There were noisy guests who didn't close the doors late at night/early morning, they just let them slam.

The hotel was great!. The staff were so nice the gentleman behind the desk when I arrived helped me with my bags to my room, my room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the lady who does the breakfast in the morning is so lovely she makes a very good coffee! I was very pleased, would definitely stay again.

The only thing was there was no drinks station in the room. You do have to go downstairs in the main reception to get a coffee or tea, but it's not a big deal. I've just never stayed in a hotel before that doesn't have this.

I liked that the hotel is a walking distance from Paddington Station. There are many places to eat around in the area. The room is clean, safe, quiet and cozy - good after a long day of walking around London. The staff who attended to us when we checked in, Stan, is friendly and helpful.

Be prepared to carry your luggage on the stairs - it does mention that on their description. The breakfast could use more variety.

we were booked in to room 3 ground floor .perfect for us because we arived on a motor bike this room had a small entrance area for our gear.the room was not massive but that didnt matter .it was very clean and tidy .every thing you need .tea coffee all you want is in the reception area.location is great .bonus for us is that we left our motorbike and gear at the hotel the next day so we could enjoy london .then returned back put our gear on and back home.

£30 for 1night parking is a bit expensive for a motorbike .a reduced rate for bikes

I spent a week here and was delighted to find that the rooms have all been recently renovated and were wonderfully clean and comfortable. The location is phenomenal - I had to use King's Cross/St. Pancras a lot so this location was perfect. It's on a quiet street so even though it's a five minute walk from Paddington Station, it was easily accessible and quiet. As a solo woman traveller I would highly recommend this place. Breakfast was available every morning too.

The hotel's location close to Paddington made it easy to reach and I had a lovely stay there. The staff was friendly and the rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was absolutely fine with cereal, toast and a nice selection of jams and cheeses.

The bathroom is quite small but absolutely sufficient. I was upgraded to a double room which was large enough for me as I was travelling alone but might be a bit cramped if you're travelling with someone else. I knew the rooms would be small upon booking, though, so I honestly didn't mind.

Very close to the train and tube station. Many eateries around the area and also walking distance to Hyde Park and Kensington Park. Hotel is clean and the furnishings are pretty new. We were lucky to be given a ground floor room as there are no lifts. They gave us 2 pillows each and also extra towels and toiletries. Breakfast is adequate for a start to the day. Enough bananas and apples to go around. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. If I'm in London again in the cooler months, I'll stay here.

There was no air conditioning so it can be a bit warm in the early evening. But the fan they gave us helped and with the windows open, it became cooler into the night. The television placed on top of the dressing table mirror is so small that it's as good as not having one.

1. The location is pretty good! About 5mins walking distance to Pattington station which has railway and underground inside. Very convenient to airport or central London. 2. And there are two restaurants nearby l would like to recommend. One is Motto, a Turkish restaurant. The other is Paramount Lebanese restaurant. Both of them have fabulous lamp chops which are the most tasty ones that I have ever had. 3. Good breakfast, I think mostly because of the energetic lady staff. 4. Good view from room window from third floor. Our room is facing the road which could see big trees and classic London buildings. 5. Good staffs in front desk and 24 hours service. One young guy helped us carrying a heavy luggage to third floor. 6. After check-out, you could store the luggage at front desk.

1. No elevator. No recommend to bring heavy luggage with you. 2. Carpet floors. Makes me a little bit allergy. 3. Small bathroom. 4. The cleaning everyday is not good enough. Can’t understand why couldn’t give us shower gel and shampoo everyday.

My single room was in the attic space but so well designed and clean that it didn't compromise the enjoyment of my stay at all. The buffet breakfast was simple but really well done with everything I wanted and friendly efficient service as well.

My room was on the fourth floor and there is no lift. Booking.com hint at this but it would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Best to be aware of this.
