The room itself was very clean and serviced every day. It was very hot in London so a high-powered Dyson fan was provided, which made it much more comfortable. The complimentary tea & coffee options were really good, as were the toiletries.

The 'breakfast table' option was a little disappointing. As far as I could tell it was not included in the room price, which I'd understand for a full cooked breakfast, but for £100+ a night I feel this should be included. The cereal options were lacking (most of the jars were empty and I was the first one there), the orange juice was warm and there was no yogurt / fresh fruit as advertised. The pastries were delicious though.

My mother enjoyed staying at the station hotel. It is right above the pub which has a great selection of food and drinks throughout the day. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable to stay in for a few days. Staff were very friendly and kind, and made my mother feel very welcome.

The room was modern and clean but there were signs of wears which could be worked on. For example, the curtains appeared old and worn out, and also not properly put up prior to check in. Also travellers with mobility issues should be careful when booking as I think most of the rooms are upstairs and there isn't a lift.

The experience was incredibly convenient, as my son thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, despite his typically discerning palate. We also had a delightful dinner; I opted for the steak accompanied by a mushroom sauce, which was of fine dining quality. The dauphinoise was equally impressive.

I noticed some noise coming from outside; however, as it is not a heavily trafficked area, the disturbance was brief. It appeared to be associated with some construction work taking place nearby.

We were supposed to stay elsewhere for a night as my husband was a runner for London Marathon but as we got on a train to London, the room was cancelled unexpectedly so we had to find a room quickly. I found this room online and explained to the staff via email that we’re deaf. When we got there, we couldn’t believe how lovely the staff are and the room was very comfy. The decors overall is stunning! We were very lucky to find the room in an extremely short notice. It was beyond our expectations! We felt secured over the night. We decided to have breakfast downstairs in the pub and it was delicious! Of course, we’d definitely come back whenever we decide to go to London again.

The only negative thing is the curtain/blind in room 5. There was a big gap between window and blinds so the streetlight and other lights came through the gap onto our bed. Maybe move the blinds closer to the edge or get a new one to cover the whole window. Then it’d definitely be 10/10.

I like the room it was really spacious, clean and tidy. I had a cot and an extra bed which was quite nice to see. The bathroom was beautiful and modern, and choice of bath soaps and moisturiser was really great. The pub and hotel vibe was amazing, we could eat and sleep in the same place, and I liked the fact it was family friendly, I've seen loads of children with their parents.

The bed was too firm and high, not so comfortable. The snacks should be on offer not to be paid, or at least make it visible so we know it's going to be charged.

It's a very nice building with a cool pub on the ground floor. You don't hear any noise when in your room. The rooms got cleaned multiple times (4 night stay). Train station around the corner and at "London Bridge" within 10-15 minutes - perfect. Katie was the friendliest employee of the pub staff, thanks for your service! Really nice food and music at the pub (vegetarian options available). Extremely comfortable shower!!

- Cleaning staff left the lights on after cleaning (whole day long with windows open - might cause a mosquito problem in the summer) - Curtain was broken during our stay so the daylight didn't reach the room (staff fixed it, but broke again) - Light in the bathroom is not good / no window in the bathroom - Pub staff was not really friendly/welcoming - just ok.

The atmosphere of this structure, which Is a pub, a (good) restaurant and a hotel, is always vibrant and absolutely welcoming. Besides the 3 major things in a budget hotel are perfectly respected, i mean cleanliness, comfort of the bed and hot/fast/wide jet water. Rooms are small but super cozy and nice, but something needs to be renewed. Bath lighting Is quite poor. To end, by the Southeastern train line London Is just 10 minutes far!

Nice clean and tidy room, comfy double bed, good tea and coffee facilities, nice decor in and outside the room and only a 2 minute walk to Hither Green train station which takes to London Bridge Station. Downstairs is a nice bar with a beer garden. Great place to stay if you want to visit London but don't want to pay the high city centre prices, Hither Green is very quiet at night.

The only fault I found is the gap at the end of the curtain, you get the sun in your eyes first thing in the morning due to the bay window shape.

The Location, Staff and Breakfast offerings were fantastic. The quaint environs on the corner really added to the charm of the Hotel. It was also great to have the Pub downstairs feel much more refined than your run of the mill bar.

I am really grabbing at straws here but being able to open windows wider would have been great - especially seeing that it was a rather warm weekend in London when we visited.

The room itself was very nice and overall it was clean and comfortable. It was handy that it was over the pub and they served food until 10pm as our flight had been delayed. The meals in the evening were very nice.

The room was cold when we arrived and there were no instructions as to how to turn the heating on. The breakfast was pretty bad. I had eggs Benedict which were described as coming with maple bacon. They arrived on stale tasting crumpets with two giant lumps of cold ham topped with hollandaise sauce. Disappointing.
