I stayed here for almost a week and found it to be a good place overall. The rooms are nicely sized, very clean, and though there’s no mobile signal inside, the Wi-Fi is reliable. The reception staff are helpful, and check-in took about five minutes. There’s no hair dryer, but they provide a few coat hangers, a full-length mirror at the entrance, and towel hooks. Shampoo and soap are also provided. The power outlets are standard UK sockets with at least four USB ports nearby, which was convenient. The room door locks with a magnetic card, though the bathroom door doesn’t have a lock. The room is well-lit, not claustrophobic, and has automatic air ventilation.

The staff were very helpful and although the room was quite small (as seen in the photos), it is very comfortable to stay in. The housekeeper found a ring after I checked out and customer care gave me a call as soon as I arrived at the airport. They sent an email with clear instructions on how I could get it back and were very helpful and easy to reach.

The only inevitable problem I experienced was the location. It took a bit less than an hour to get to central london (oxford street area ect…) However, I never had a problem with transport because there are night buses and train stations within walking distance.

The rooms are simply equipped, be prepared that the corridors and room's setting is a bit dark and without windows. None of us had reception except the reception area. Wifi works great. The staff was so kind and flexible. I had an interview after my check-in and they kindly let my parents to wait in their lobby for hours and everyone was so kind and helpful overall! The location is good, 8 min walk to Greenwich city centre, fast trains, tube stops are near by. There also supermarkets and plenty of restaurants near by. Would recommend, It is probably the cheapest place in central Greenwich. Thank you and all the best!

Very clean! Members of the staff kind and welcoming. The bed is very comfortable and I had a very good sleep. The position is well located in the center of Greenwich and the city centre is east to reach by train, ferry or by the DLR.

The rooms are very small, there is just the bed and no other surfaces where to put your personal objects, neither chairs nor a desk. The rooms are windowless and this can be a bit claustrophobic. They are very minimal and there isn't any hairdryer in the bathroom nor power outlets (just two bear the head of the bed). There is only one switch near the door to witch on and off the light and you need to go out of your bed if you need a light in the middle of the night. Those details were not so well explained in the room description

Very clean and lovely aroma, staff were very friendly and helpful. There are lovely sofas and books for guests to read in the main lobby and at night the doors are locked to enter the hotel (you just use your key card) and there is always a member of staff which made us feel very safe. The rooms are completely soundproof so you’ll sleep very well and of course the beds were like sleeping on a cloud. The location is great too, there is a bus stop very close to the hotel and also a lovely cafe nearby where you can get discount if you’re a zedwell guest. <3

It would be lovely if there was a water fountain for guests.

I stayed with three friends in this hostel, and we had our doubts because a friend of ours stayed in a Zedwell in a different location and didn't like it. However, our stay was perfect. Yes, the room is small (but we knew that beforehand), so if you have a lot of luggage, that would be a problem. If you don't mind that and are just going to sleep there, this is perfect. The hotel has a very spacious lobby where you can chill or work. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby, and it's very well connected by train or bus to the city center and airports. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were incredibly clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily. The air conditioning worked perfectly

I think it is a little bit expensive, considering it is not in the city center, but it is London, so you would expect that.

I like the idea of the room being completely to zone out and chill. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and warm. Very modern and peaceful. Lovely and fresh. It felt very zen and relaxed. The room was a clean standard. Really helpful member of staff when I arrived.

The fact there isn’t a little table or anything so you had to leave everything on the floor. No toilet brush. No hand towels. The advert said rain shower but it was just a regular bathroom shower with not much water pressure. I wish the lights around the bed lit up on their own without the full ceiling lights being on too. The bed is virtually on the floor and the wood made the sheets slip out a lot. I also loved that there was no window however I did think if there was a fire outside the door how I’d get out….

I love staying here, I love the zen vibes and the excellent night sleep I have had every time, the beds are super comfortable and the fact that there is no windows creates such a calm and distraction free space to get the perfect night sleep. I find the lobby a great space to journal. The staff are very friendly and give off calm and relaxed energy which is lovely. I also think the checking in procedure is really great as someone with anxiety its great to be able to self check in and feels like less pressure. The location is perfect, its less than 10 minute walk to Cutty Sark where there is a lovely little town, market, restaurants and the Cutty Sark museum.

There isn't really anything I didn't like. The only things I would change would be maybe to have a tea and coffee zone in the rooms or free tea and coffee in the lobby available to guests.

I liked Zedwell hotel. Since it is a concept hotel, they have designed the rooms very simply, without a television or a desk. The absence of windows was not very pleasing to me. The staff was very helpful and respectful. On the first day, I experienced a problem with my door; it wouldn't lock. Sathya was there and assisted me, sending a technician, and made sure the issue was resolved promptly. Such problems can occur, and I believe what matters is how they are addressed. I would like to thank everyone very much.

The peaceful atmosphere was key to creating a stress-free environment. Location was good, not far from the tube station Cutty Sark with good connection into Central London. The complete darkness when the lights were off was a great feature. Good sleep. Easy to find. Easy check in.

The lack of windows is perhaps uncomfortable for some, for us it was okay. Needs more facilities in the room e.g. a wardrobe, desk, TV, extra towels and linens. The check in time was very early but okay as we had plans for the day. The need for key card access to use the elevators was strange also. Didn’t like how the rooms were not cleaned every day, which they should have been for the price payed.
