Emma was absolutely incredible. I had booked for my daughter as her uni flat was not ready and Emma contacted me to let me know she was ok and made sure she had breakfast and quite frankly she has been an angel!!! She is the best asset to that hotel and I could not thank her more for her communication with me. Keep her!!! Thank you Emma xxxxxxx

What can I say about this property? THIS IS AN AMAZING BUDGET HOTEL. I booked a single room but ended up coming with my partner and the receptionist Raees catered for my needs and upgraded my room and when I walked into the room I was shocked to see how nice it is. They definitely had a re vamp in the building and added new touches which obviously compliments the building alot. The breakfast was a bonus even though it was just 3 types of cereals and 3 types of jams with bread. It was enough and fresh. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and all my colleagues and would definitely be coming back

Everything this hotel never fails to impress. Rais was so amazing and stayed up for me let me in late night. Sad didn’t get to see the lovely Emma today but never the less Laura’s breakfast was excellent. thanks Laura

excellent property for work solo travellers and even families. the room was very clean and spacious, the best thing was the mattress was very comfortable so you know the sleep will be good when the mattress is good Breakfast area was lovely and cosy breakfast was basic but very fresh and amazing for the price. I got this place recommended by my colleague and it’s safe to say it’s a place I’ll be booking again every time I’m here for work not to forgery Thanks to the manager Raees for looking after me.

Ahhhh what can I say about this. Honestly by far the best hotel in preston. The refurbishment and new bedding, carpets everything was just so comfy. I will deffo be coming back again. Shoutout to the manager Rais who upgraded our room. I loved that superior room honestly it was like a whole apartment

Nothing absolutely nothing it was brilliant

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. Laura was always able to help when she was there. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And breakfast was good too freshly cooked not of one the warmers like many other hotels. Plenty of options breads cereal jams etc. Will be returning again. And recommend to others.

Clean and comfy

The staff member I dealt with was polite, friendly and helpful. The room, bedding and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is on a bus route, is close to a main road with shops nearby and eating establishments a little further. There is also off road parking.

On my visit there were no breakfast facilities although this is apparently temporary and the sole vending machine that I observed was very poorly stocked. The rooms decor would benefit from a refresh as would some of the room furniture which was in a poor state of repair.

Absolutely loved this property, the rooms weee clean and the mattress was so comfortable I have noticed they have renovation the building. Honestly for the price it’s an amazing room, shoutout to Rais for amazing service. Great family run business. Breakfast was minimum but fresh and just what I needed and it was free so can’t complain

Lil touches need but as a whole the property is amazing and very affordable.
