Excellent location, right next to the airport, easy to walk in just 10mins, as close to the airport as you can get! Good communication from host, check in was easy, bed was comfortable so I slept well, room was cosy and I liked having a kettle and coffee sachets for the morning. Room is quite small but you don’t need much space when only staying one night before a flight. I had a double room in the annexe. Very happy with my choice to stay here, I have stayed in other similar properties near the airport but Hathaway House is the best so far. I would certainly stay here again next time I have an early flight.
The bedding was clean but it didn’t smell totally fresh, the bathmat in the bathroom was dirty. It’s quite expensive for an en-suite room but you are paying for the location, which really is perfect for the airport, and it’s nicer than other properties that I have stayed in close by at a similar price

Hosts were fantastic. Convenient location just off the roundabout to the airport. Simple but cosy room.
Quite noisy, in some parts to no fault of the property. As it was very cold the radiator was on through the night and was quite loud. There was a lot of activity around the property such as motorbikes which made quite a lot of noise. The room was cosy and for the most part comfortable however the mattress was a bit too soft for our liking, and due to the size of the room it was a standard double, which may be fine for some but was a little cramped.

Really helpful owner, we turned up very early due to work on the train line (we didn't. Want to risk missing our flight) so we arrived much earlier than agreed! the host was so helpful , and let us in very early. and was very very nice. We walked to the terminal which is just a gentle 10 min walk, fantastic , we even wheeled a suitcase, which was no problem (we were quoted £25 and £45 by the robbing taxi companies near by) we would definitely stay here again, very convenient, pub over the road does food, so all good, see you again next time.

I booked this room because it is literally walking distance from the airport, and it took just under 10 minutes to walk from the cottage to the departures terminal, so that was perfect. Check-in was super easy and professional; I arrived very late at night (after 10 pm) by coach from Bath, and I phoned ahead, and the host was kind, helpful and accommodating. The room was big enough for a single person without much luggage (I only had carry-on) but it would have been too small a bed for two people or with suitcases in tow. Kettle was provided with tea bags and instant coffee, and this was much appreciated.
The room was a bit cold and damp, and there was a distinct smell of mildew when I arrived. The bathroom has no window or effective ventilation, so that might be an issue. There was nowhere to hang up a towel in the bathroom, so not ideal when you're taking a shower, unless you want to park your towel in the sink? Also, it was only after I had finally closed the door to the bathroom that I saw the coat hangers at the back of that door; until then, there was simply nowhere to hang up a coat or clothes. Maybe a more prominent place for a coat hook would be good.

The hosts were really good at keeping in touch and really helpful about our very late check in. Location was excellent.
Room was small but it wasn’t a problem. No breakfast available, but there is tea and coffee. It wasn’t far at all but my husband struggled to walk, and the taxi driver wouldn't take us as it was too near! Maybe something to note if you get visitors with poor mobility and cases, as in the middle of the night the big roundabout was confusing and dangerous. I could have walked in just a few minutes as advised, but it took my husband more like 25.

Location was perfect for Bristol airport access on foot. Airport hotel is a rip off. Hathway House is perfect value for money. Instead of paying £135 + another £70 odd in additional tax and fees for about an 8 hours stopover it was absolutely a no brainer. The A1 Bristol airport to Bristol city & v.v. bus is just close by and a great way in and out of town. Will definitely book it again.
Given that it is a small cottage with small rooms, there’s nothing more that it could be. It’s well run, well provided for, and ideal for that 1 night stop over for a late arrival and an early morning departure flight. I’m sure the breakfast would have been just as good but I was on my way to the terminal at 05.00 so unable to take advantage. So, nothing to dislike.

The Hathway House is located within 15 minutes' walk of Bristol Airport. It can be found close to the 'Airport Tavern' Airport bus stop. The rooms are small. However, facilities-wise, best use has been made of the limited space available. The wifi service was good.
As the entrance to the hotel is situated down a lane without a street sign, it is easy to miss it on your first visit. Aside from the Airport Tavern, there is very little of interest in the area immediately surrounding this hotel.

It was a small room, which is ideal if you just need one night to crash somewhere to get your flight in the morning. The room was very clean and very cosy and the bed was very comfortable! And the distance to the Airport is very close!
I was expecting free WiFi, I must have misread information somewhere, I was just surprised because usually Wifi is included. The rooms are a bit tight, but if you only stay for one night that should not be a problem. The room was a bit hot when I arrived.

Absolutely perfect for one nights stay before an early flight. Communication from owners really good (although we didn’t actually see them as they stayed away due to being poorly, communication through message). Bed was so comfortable and rooms had tea/coffee facilities which was ideal after a long drive. Free WiFi written down upon entry to the b&b along with local numbers we may have needed including the local takeaway. 10 minute walk from the airport and bonus that we didn’t hear any planes/traffic during the evening. Can’t comment on breakfast as we left early so didn’t have it. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. Good value for money. Thank you!

Its a great location for close to the airport and also close to the Airport Tavern for decent pub grub as well. Good VFM. If travelling from Bristol on the Airport Flyer bus, get off at the Airport Tavern stop.
