Honestly the BEST STAY !! Literally everything was so clean. The staff was absolutely ridiculously friendly, except one woman who worked at night blonde hair, big girl, rude other than that everyone else was exceptionally amazing specially the morning manager with the blonde hair! She was absolutely so helpful. I can’t even put in words, how grateful I am for her taken care of. She took care of me. My day was amazing. I will definitely coming back!!! Amazing! Comfortable clean was just all in all 20 stars for sure.

Parking is a little rough and I don’t really like the fee behind it other than that no other complaints at all

Breakfast was particularly good. Fruit was fresh, eggs were okay and bacon was good, lots of choices. Variety of condiments was available. Coffee was good. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was comfortable and well equipped.

Housekeeping knocked on our door and woke us up while we were sleeping at 09:10 am despite the "do not disturb" sign on the door. Need to train housekeeping better. To be fair, the "do not disturb" signs provided are small and blend in with the door. Need to get better signs.

The hotel is very well accessible even without a car thanks to the metro line running right in front of it. It is situated near the Heard Museum, which is pretty impressive. Staff is very nice and attentive. Breakfast has a lot of choices and there is a pool. Ice machine on the floor.

Being German I'm not used to AC. But after adjusting it, it didn't disrupt my sleep anymore.

Rooms were clean and nicely organized, decently soundproofed as well so I didn't hear any neighbors. It's at an excellent part of the city and there's a lot to do within 30 minutes of walking. It's well worth the money to stay here as well since it's quite secure as well

The bathtub had a few odd stains in the basin and I found that I couldn't completely shut off the water in the room. Other than that it was quite nice and cozy

Great value and location.

Room smelled like someone had gone #2 right beforw we got into it. Had to keep the bathroom door closed all the time. Not sure if the smell went away or we just got used to it… Staff kept calling to check how our stay was; that was a but overboard, but maybe it was because they knew of the smell in the room. Who knows. Worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Everything was reheated/packaged stuff that was more like rubber than food. They’d be better off giving a voucher to the IHOP across the street.

The breakfast was quite good for the free buffet style, even serving Canadian bacon. The bed was comfortable, with really comfy pillows (very important - always bring my own!) Responded to my reservation room request. Location was good with several restaurants adjacent.

The TV gave us trouble at first, shutting off automatically after about 20 minutes. We called about it & at first the response wasn't adequate. Then someone else called to follow up & the response was immediate. But the TV cable provider has the lamest menu ever, to tell what's on!

The staff was friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and fresh.

Unfortunately, one of the lights outside was very bright at night and the curtains didn't block out all the light. The price was very expensive for the kind of room we had. For the same stay, it was at least 900$ CAD more than last year.

Decent breakfast. Courteous staff. It was your typical urban hotel.

The breakfast staff closed down early everyday. I was placed next to the stairwell which was rather noisy.

I liked the location of the hotel, room size, cleanliness of the bathroom and the complimentary breakfast.

Not the quietest area being in downtown Phoenix.

The lady manning the breakfast was wonderful. Appreciated her getting fruit salad for me.

Room seemed dim. There was a cockroach on the wall in our room.
