The app is great. The check in info including how to access the garage parking fob was there after purchasing parking. Pool was lovely and the spa was great. The hotel security guard was nice. The apartment was as described. All appliances working. Had a comfortable stay.

The room code provided didn't work. Could only access via phone app which wasn't ideal. Also should just include parking in the cost of the room. There is allocated spots per room so seems like a money grab to be charging for a spot that's unused if not paid for. Just note that this is a whole level in a residential building for Sonder so the building isn't actually called sonder but rather Stewart. Would be great to sign the parking garage to include "Sonder Guests"

Location was great, right in downtown. Many restaurants/bars around. The room was surprisingly spacious for a studio & it was great to have all you need in the room (washer/dryer, full size fridge, micro, stove). For the price, was a good stay.

The rep i talked to over the phone didn’t mention needing a fob to enter the garage so that was a hassle to back out from the entry, find the lockers with fobs. Parking spaces are small. The bed is not comfortable at all. A couple bottled waters would have been nice lol.

Gorgeous, modern, perfect location. Well appointed. LOVE the rooftop pool and hot tub area. WOW! Views were amazing. Easy to get around from that location. Close to all the things I needed downtown. Def will do again.

Floor in apartment was very dirty, turned my bare feet black! Overhead lighting was terrible though the daylight coming through the windows helped a lot. Shower head would not stay put and we had to strap it up.

A large apartment with full kitchen and two large beds inside a luxury apartment complex. Great views as well from the 13th floor. You could spend a week here very comfortably. There is even a Snooze downstairs for breakfast :) Location is good with nice area of breweries and restaurants nearby. Paid parking in the garage. Check-in system with the door codes was easy enough and you don't have to contact anyone upon arriving.

We had some trouble with the parking fob, and the spot is on the 7th floor. We only stayed one night so it was fine, but if you are going in and out frequently it could be annoying. There is one bathroom in the apartment, and it's only accessible via the the bedroom - a bit inconvenient since we had 3 people and she had to wait for us to get up etc. to be able to use the bathroom. Check-in is a bit late (4pm) and you need to pay to get in earlier.

I loved how spacious and convenient the property was. There was something for everything, like soups and shampoos for the bathroom, and cleaning supplies for the kitchen.

The area seemed incredibly unsafe. This place definitely needs more security and a front desk, or at least a help desk. The situation was so bad we had to wait until certain homeless people had to leave, as they were surrounding the doors.

The room and location was awesome. Despite the construction and noise outside, the place itself was a good stay. The gym and pool were clean. I really enjoyed being walking distance from so many things.

The washer and dishwasher have a mildew smell so I think a dishwasher cleaning solution needs to be run. The dishwasher worked fine, though. I was hesitant to clean my clothes here.

Nice clean, spacy. Only a few minutes walk to real downtown and Sports central (Chase Field) Very easy access with codes given by mail

Only thing may be that Aircondition can be a bit noisy (And hard to really turn off) Had a few lights that I never figured out how to turn on. Had it been a real issue I would have contacted Sonder via the app though

great downtown place to stay spacious apartment 1-bed, kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils & extra dishwasher, laundry & cleaning items. the self-guided checkin was a breeze & easy to use. I had been concerned about checking in as there were many complaints about it. but I downloaded the Sonder app & used the chat feature to get information from Sonder & it worked really well.

there was a good amount of walking from the parking space (level 7) to our unit on the 13 floor - so if walking is an issue this place isn’t for you.

Very nice apartment with everything needed

Not much scope to store luggage before checkin. The fact I needed to collect by 530pm else my luggage would go to lost property was actually stressful and didn’t make sense why the deadline was so short. Also the Stewart building was not labelled as Sonder anywhere leading to some confusion

My second room, much better... The room l had booked but it did not go through with booking.com, sadly! Shower chair.. Car park sorted. Money returned, thank you

First room, not the room l booked, no shower seat for 5 days... I am an amputee, it was hard. Trouble with my car park & respondent to open main door.
