This hotel is an absolute diamond. I have never stayed at a cleaner hotel, and I only stay at high quality hotels. Gorgeous towels, bed linen and the bathroom was immaculate. The little coffee shop downstairs was perfect, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was silent, I didn't hear a thing and got a perfect sleep. Honestly, stay here, you'll love it. No bath, but the shower is huge. Tons of hot water, and good quality shampoo and conditioner and body wash. Location was perfect for me, one block from my conference. It seemed to be easy access to everything, lots of restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend it.

The only single thing I could critique was just having one packet of creamer with my coffee pods but honestly, it wasn't a thing at all, I could just go downstairs for a coffee.

I didn’t care for the eggs, but I ate the oatmeal and yogurt every day, which I did like, and bought the Starbucks coffee which I liked very much. I liked that the hotel was very quiet, location is good, I liked the availability of Starbucks coffee and breakfast, and the room was comfortable.

I was annoyed that someone went into my room on Wednesday and touched my personal pillow and my pajamas and something else and moved them in order to put back on my bed the hotel pillow I didn’t want to use and had put on the other bed. My pillow was then propped against the other pillows, but the other stuff was left laying on the bed, which I don’t ever do. I don’t mind staff coming in once to check towels, soap, etc., but I don’t want them touching my stuff. It really was the only negative thing that I experienced; all else was great.

What a perfect spot for Downtown Venues. I booked this hotel for my daughter to attend a concert at Arizona Financial Theater, and it was a perfect easy walking distance. What really stood out, though, from this Hotel was the extreme Hospitality received from all the staff! They treated my daughter and her girlfriend so well. Early check-in offered and late check out. Valet extremely courteous and took pride and care with my vehicle. The hotel has everything you need and was extremely clean as well. I absolutely would book this hotel again! Thank you to the kind staff for going above and beyond on making this the perfect stay!

The room was incredibly clean, well designed and comfortable. The beds were fluffy and the large window added to the experience. Coffee was intense enough and the shower was so nice we took it several times just for pleasure. The breakfast was fantastic, fresh pressed juices, and many food options. The staff accommodated us in the morning allowing to pull over on the valet line for free while loading, and allowing us a late check out. (We didn’t park at the hotel. The gym Was great boasting variety of Peleton machines.

I wish there was a pool because I thought there was one during booking. For such a large and somewhat luxurious hotel in a burning hot town like PhoenixI was also surprised by the parking fees and chose to park somewhere else which forced me to walk 7 months pregnant in heat with a heavy load. Finally the price through hotel was cheaper than on Booking.com and the staff couldn’t explain to me why.

I really like how spacious the room was. I also like the comfort of the bed, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and I am very picky with pillows. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of downtown Phoenix, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and places to hang out. Over all the cleanliness of the hotel was also very good.

There isn't something that I did not particularly liked. My stay was only for one night, and there isn't much I can say honestly. The room was clean and the restroom was also clean. No issues found with the room or hotel during my stay.

Modern and beautiful design, clean lines with a very warm feel.

The food at breakfast was Terrible! The French toast was hard and flavorless. The coffee was well didn’t even taste like coffee not really sure what it was. The eggs were mediocre. Hashbrowns were terrible. Don’t know what that flavor was either. They were no napkins. There was a spill on our table and the one person working breakfast came over sprayed some chemical cleaner while our food is on the table to wipe it down and was very personable. The whole breakfast thing was terrible. And paying $45 to park my truck Was a bit excessive.

The breakfast was excellent. We came to Phoenix to see a baseball game at Chase Field and were very pleased with the ability to easily walk to the stadium. We could also walk to the Japanese Friendship Garden (loved it there!). During some down time we chose to hang at the hotel bar, enjoy a drink, and watch the Euros (soccer) on the big screen - the bartender went out of her way to find the game for us - much appreciated. The desk attendant at our checkout was kind to call an airport cab for us. The hotel more than met our needs.

The hotel is extremely clean and nice. 100% recommend. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and entertainment within 0.5 miles walking. To and from the airport is a single, efficient train that stops one block away, so no car rental needed. Since 2020 I've stayed in a lot of hotels where the quality has been declining while the price goes up, but this hotel exceeded all my expectations of a high class experience. My room was on the second floor and was still clean, quiet, and private.

The breakfast is better than an average American hotel breakfast, but not like restaurant quality. It's acceptable, which is kind of funny to open up a $500 Le Creuset dish to find powdered eggs inside.

The room was very big, clean and comfortable (sofa included), with everything you need, big TV with lots of channels and even a fridge where to keep your food/drinks cold. Location is perfect right in the heart of Phoenix downtown. The fitness center is limited but clean and with modern equipment which is enough to satisfy your working out needs. Staff was friendly, helpful and there is self parking option although the parking is located in a different building close to the hotel. Definitely would repeat if I ever come again to Phoenix.

Wifi could have been bit faster.

I liked that there were tons of restaurants within walking distance, and it seemed nice and safe outside. great elevators by the way!! I’ve had horrible experiences the past few hotels I’ve stayed at lol! The perfect place to stay if you are going to a show at the Van Buren and The Orpheum was right across the street. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and clean. I really appreciate the front desk getting me in my room a tad early before the actual check in time. Really made my day better.

I’m sorry but the sausage was kinda gross
