We liked that there were bikes to ride around available to us complimentary and same for the amazing breakfast each morning. I was in the hot tub at 6:30 every morning with breathtaking views of the red rocks. Tea and coffee in the lobby throughout the day, everyday. Location was centralized. We walked to boutiques, restaurants and many hiking trails. Our room was comfortable. We were directly in front of the pool and hot tub. Although we never used the pool but hot tub was used every morning and night along with the fire-pit too.

There was not much to not like. We can't think of anything we did not like.

This is a nice property that despite showing its age is fairly well maintained, rather well located and in a nice setting - which one may suppose could be said of all of Sedona. The lobby area is welcoming with it's friendly staff and guest amenity. The high point of our stay was the continental breakfast which featured a very nice selection of healthy and tasty breakfast items; kudos for a task well done! Ashleigh at the front desk was exceptional - helpful, gracious and accommodating in helping resolve certain issues regarding our room. Special compliment: thank you again, Ashleigh.

The room was passable but far less than expected for the price - room was generally chilly, USB power didn't work the advertised partial views were a rock wall 16 feet from the door and a street and brush covered hillside and rooftops on the other side. Despite that, with Ashleigh's assistance, we were re-situated to a more suitable room the next day.

Loved the location, the ambience of the hotel with views of the mountains. The restaurant attached was fantastic and the food was great. Breakfast was also great. My favorite part was the swinging basket chair on the patio outside my room. So comfortable and excellent for medication, star gazing or reading.

I asked for 2nd floor rooms for a better view and was given first floor rooms. The crime rate in Sedona is very low, but as a female traveler, I would have felt safer on the 2nd floor with a balcony, rather than a walk up patio. Also asked for rooms close together for myself and my travel friend but rooms were on different sides of the hotel.

Wonderful friendly ambiance. We loved the fire pits and live music in the evening. The concierge, Brett was very helpful with booking our tour and providing directions to restaurants, etc. The breakfast was delicious and well maintained throughout the mornings. Our room was a nice size and it was very convenient to park at our door. The grounds are easy to navigate and beautifully maintained. The pool area was lovely as well.

The only negative comment we have is that the floor in our room was very dirty. We had black feet and black socks we noticed after walking in the room without shoes. The bath mat was also black each day after being on the floor. I think the floor needs to be damp mopped as opposed to sweeping.

This is a very nice property which is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and hiking trails which was very nice. It was also at the forefront of town, so it was easy to get to especially when traffic picked up. The pool was very nice, and the breakfast provided was excellent with lots of gluten free options. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We did hike right from the property and walk into town. We also utilized the fire pits and pool around the property.

The hotel is built into the hillside so the view from the room isn't quite as nice as advertised but the rooms were very comfortable and once you got to the pool or other community areas of the hotel you had beautiful views of the red rocks. It would have been nice if the room had a microwave, but it did have a fridge. I would recommend getting a 2nd floor room if you are able.

The continental breakfast was probably the best we have had. Offered gluten free options, healthy choices and fresh baked goods. Really all you needed to fuel for a morning hike. The view was exceptional, rooms were very clean and staff was friendly and helpful.the hotel is located within 200 ft of the start of a trail that lead to base of red rocks! Would need hiking shoes as definite incline but worth the effort . We were able to walk into town as a little over a mile and didn’t experience the congestion . We enjoyed the star facing fire pit area on the property. The path was lighted and saw elderly people navigate it without difficulty. The concierge was very helpful and so friendly. We walked to dinner one night about 3 miles and was raining after but got an Uber easily and driver knew the hotel and spoke highly of it. Beds were comfortable, 4 pillows to choose from. Has a nice size refrigerator. The pool was really nice and even on a cool morning the sun warmed the area to enjoy!

My only complaint is a personal preference. My spouse and I have different sleep schedules , early and not so early riser. The sink area is out side bathroom so no way to get ready without lights in sleep area. The bathroom fan and light are on same switch so have fan is on if trying to use bathroom light to see.

The entire Hotel was very clean, well kept and comfortable. The employees were professional and hard working. Lots of extras like Bikes, fire pits, and a stargazing area. Great Breakfast. Beautiful pool area and courtyard. Huge Balcony's. Within Walking Distance to Tlaquepaque and many other attractions.

The location is at the south end of town. You have endure congested traffic to get into west Sedona or uptown. Usually only a major problem on weekends though. No good location for traffic in Sedona anyway. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. Nothing I didn't like.

Location, the views, the trail next to the property, excellent breakfast, helpful staff

At first, we were put in a corner courtyard room next to the road, which was annoying and not what we’ve expected. There was no view, which we specifically requested, and the noise from the road disturbed our sleep. However, front desk was extremely helpful in finding us another room despite it being fully booked. We were given an excellent location.

We enjoyed our stay at Arabella very much! Excellent location to walk or drive to the attractions, hikes, shops! Convenience store right next door for snacks and great views. The room was comfy and quiet - we had a 2nd floor balcony room. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good with lots of selection. The front desk check in was quick and the service was excellent. We accidentally forgot some valuables in the room safe and Amanda and team worked quickly to have them shipped to us overnight at next destination! We were very relieved and grateful!

Great room with an even greater view from the private balcony. Main Hotel staff were exceptional. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. Facilities were well maintained and although the Hotel was busy it never seemed crowded except at breakfast time.

Not enough seating in the breakfast room or on the breakfast veranda, and not enough umbrellas to shade you from the intense morning sun. Disposable paper plates and plastic cutlery. But the absolute worst thing was their in-house restaurant "Mole". Excellent food but off the scale expensive drinks. I made the mistake of questioning this and I was bluntly and rudely told "You are in Sedona" 1 main course and 2 small drinks "Takeout" $72 plus a requested 25% tip!!
