Great location, tranquility pool was steps away, comfortable bed, full kitchen

Outlets in the kitchen did not.work(breakers and gfi(on 1 of 3 kitxhen outlets) were working., sliding door was badly maintained, and was difficult to open and close, tub and shower were only adequate, dirty shower head, stained tub.

We liked the great location, the beautiful views and appliances in the room.

Pillows could have been softer.

I found the staff at check in and check out to he a bit snooty. They even tried to accuse my husband of staying two nights when we only stayed one night . When we produced our parking pass showing one nights stay, he finally believed us. Quite disturbing actually.

We did not like that staff said welcome home when u enter property. seems disingenuous. All that is needed is to say welcome to Hilton Sedona Summit. We asked if we could have a view of the red rocks and were told a room with that view was not ready and could not give us an ETA. It would have knocked it out of the park to have had a room with a view of the rocks and tell us what can be done and not what you can’t do. We would have waited. We don’t know when we can come back and that could have made a big difference to us as we travelled from Canada

The customer service team was extremely attentive, helpful and tastefully interactive! Not intrusive, but engaged!

The view wasn't great from 252P, but we didn't care.

Location is excellent. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Pools under renovation. Only 4 sets is dishes- had to hand wash after every meal- wasting water in a desert.

Great location in W. Sedona away from the crowds. Expansive views from the property. Can walk to several hiking/biking trails. We stayed in a studio room which is much better than most standard hotel room and had cooking equipment for simple meals. There are a number of pools and hot tubs scattered throughout the properties which weren't crowded at all. Rooms have small balconies.

There were no coffee filters provided in the kitchenette and only one pack of regular coffee was provided for a 2 night stay. I'm sure we could gotten more from the front desk, but prefer brewing our our own coffee. Could hear people talking in adjacent room through adjoining door. Bed was comfortable, but a little squeaky. Not a problem for us, but some might not like the 25 or so stairs we had to descend to our lower level room.

I liked the kitchenette area, and the bathroom was very spacious with lots of hot water. The bed was comfortable, and there were lots of fresh clean towels. Lots of available parking.

Check in time is too late, and check out time is too early. There was also no available coffee in the concierge area, and there were no usb ports in the room (I had to buy a usb adapter because nobody at the hotel had any chargers). The TV also had NO channels, except for literally only one where all they showed was a continuous ad for Hilton. Zero point in having a TV in the room.

The resort setting was fantastic, a bit out of the main Sedona area so more quiet and more wilderness; close to the Red Rocks State Park but just off the 89A highway. Small but useful kitchen in our studio apartment. Balcony had beautiful views, overlooking the trees and hills on to the red rocks and mountains to the north. Exercise room was well equipped.

Since we had a room with unobstructed views overlooking the wilderness, we were further away from the parking lot, with longer walk down the sidewalk with stairs, a little difficult with my injured knee, especially carrying luggage and cooler.
