Room pretty clean. Little old town inside

Everything was really good. I couldn’t say perfect because at the moment of the check in my friend and I were in line for 5 minutes waiting the personnel finish with other guests then another couple came and they stood behind me and when the fist person in front desk was available she didn’t even look at us and called the other couple. It was so disrespectful because we were exactly in front of her. Notable she didn’t want to attend us. My friend had to go to a different person and told her what just happened and the other girl offered apologies for that but honestly it looks like something else. Probably she doesn’t like to attend people from other country

The Jacuzzi and Pool were great. The kitchen is also good and is equipped very well with clean dishes and more. The room was spacious because we rented one bedroom suit. The Concierge service was great, they have a lot of advice about site seens. The gym has Rocks view from the treadmill, much better then view from any of room is.

1. Additional Resort fee 30$ per night was not announced during booking. It is hiding fee which was charged during check in. Booking.com did not mention it until last minute before checking in. It was not announced until the cancellation booking date had passed. 2. The access to the pool is very weird. All room residents require walking around their buildings to reach the pool. No direct access. 3. The resort contains a few two story buildings which look pretty edged. The room smelled when we first opened the door. Smell got better when we opened the balcony and windows, but every time we returned to our room the smell was there. 4. The picture on the web site did not reflect building settings. Picture showing gym and spa building but not the real building where people are staying.

Enjoyed the layout of the facility with central spa and hotel rooms dispersed around. Heated pool, large jacuzzi, and dry sauna was great after hikes in the area. Loved the central location 👌 Had rental car to get around but a good amount of activities are within walking distance. Loved having kitchenette for making easy breakfast and prepping lunches before going hiking.

Just for awareness when you check in a $25 resort fee will be charged for each room per night.

It was all very nice. Especially liked the amenities, like the pool, efficiency-level kitchen, and fitness center. Every staff member we met or talked with was great.

The room felt somewhat dated and ready for a remodel. Odd things too, like the quality of the coffee for the room was not very good (and I'm not even a coffee snob). A few old nicks and signs of repairs still visible. I understand there's a rebranding in the works, which should take care of some of the issues we noticed, assuming the new owners make some basic investments. Again, nothing that was a deal-breaker.

Location and style

It’s a bit outdated. The room is smelly. Very old appliances. Some fridges are very loud. No breakfast options on site.

How quiet the property was. Our view to the pool. The comfort and amenities of the room. The HOT TUB at night was a favorite. And the LOCATION by Tlaquepaque could not be beat! Loved how centrally located it was to everything and easy to get anywhere from there.

Booking online omits the resort fee, so you don't get a fair comparison with other places. That was a surprise. No robes in the rooms was an inconvenience.

Great location, easy access to amenities and shopping and restaurants. Concierge was really helpful with suggestions and coupons. Beautiful grounds. Secret Garden Cafe was most delightful breakfast.

sofa bed was not made on arrival and there were stains on the mattress. They sent housekeeping up immediately, but wasn't the best first impression. Children were screaming in pool when we came back in the afternoon and then again in the early afternoon outside the Spa windows.

Loved the staff, Carson on grounds & maintenance was very helpful when I couldn't understand the hottub plug. The gym and classes and pool were all great.

A shuttle bus would have been amazing. Also 1 small bonus would have been a recycling option in the room trash

The rooms was very relaxing and spacious. Friendly staff clean rooms

Very poor lighting on the outside. It took us over 30 mins.To find our room because at night everything was so dark couldn't read the numbers or letters on the building they really should put some type of light on the building where the letters are located at believe me we weren't the only couple had a hard time finding there building such poor lighting.

Pool Jacussi were super good! Room was quiet, comfortable with excellent furnishings, Roomy and welcoming. Grounds are outstanding, Parking was ample conveient. Invironmental systems were excellent. We were happy with our stay and would return if the oppertunity arises. The bed and furnishings, comfortable and clean.

Coffee in the morning. Not the package in the room, but real fresh is industry standard. Had to drive to a starbucks; Underwhelming to say the least. Couldnt even get good direction to a offsight coffee shop. Was just told "go to the top of the hill". Im a stranger, not good! Come on, Dont call that "resort" standard. Also, didn't appreciate being accausted by a time share salesman after check in.
