We loved all pools.. perfect temps.. lively lounge chairs.. gardens were wonderful.. Spring Tulips galore! Staff, great.

Room seemed dated. Nice kitchen, comfortable beds.. but shower did not work.. I think we should have been offered another room.. but did get $20 for Sarafornia!

Stayed in the King suite and enjoyed every minute of it, the room was spacious, loved to soak in the personal mineral jacuzzi in the bathroom and sit by the fireplace. Bed was super comfortable and loved the 3 geothermal pools like always!

Bed a little hard. No cream and sugar in the room for coffee machine that is present. One must ask for the things but we did not know that there was any available. Maybe a sign should be near the Coffee maker saying "ask office for cream and sugar". Other than that, all was pretty nice except for being right next to a resident that was talking with another individual at a 2:30 in the morning and then letting her barking dog out at that Time. Other than that, all was very nice and we'd like to return at some point.

great location, very relaxing. spent a lot of time in the geo thermal pools.

I would really say I disliked anything! the place was very vintage, not updated to royal resort quality, but I came to like that aspect of it.

Beautiful property—lush gardens, impeccably tended grounds, pristine pools. I especially appreciate the tranquility: no music by the pools means maximum relaxation.

Great property located right in the middle of town. The property was pretty and the pool was clean. The rooms are a nice size as well.

The rooms could have used a little updating but all in all it's a great affordable option that is right around the corner from all the eatery's and town square.

wanted to charge an extra $30 for early arrival even though the room was ready! just didn’t like that rule at all, it’s never happened to us ever, and we have been to some of the best hotels you could ever want to stay in!!!

Two night stay with four people The room comes with absolutely everything and a full kitchen. You don't have to bring anything. Very clean! Nice beds and room. I like the quality of the soaps and personal items provided. Location is awesome! You can walk downtown and to a restaurant for dinner. There are a lot of shops and a grocery store. The hotel has an amazing array of flowers and seating areas, you could smell them every time there was a breeze. There are three different kinds of pools at different temperatures, they are amazing! Even an indoor one. They check the pool waters constantly, a very clean place. You are provided plastic cups to drink wines by the pool. Talk about relaxing! Parking is free, and easy. Friendly staff, overall welcoming and helpful. Would recommend it, would go back.

I thought it was too pricey. They are a little strict about towels, and I had to ask for more towels and personal care items. There was not enough for two nights and four people. Lastly annoyed at the SPA. I called for weeks before my stay to set up appointments and didn't get through. Got there and went personally to the office, everything was booked. Was looking forward to their services and was unable to book an appointment for four people (it's almost as if they don't want to make money?). Heads up make a reservation for everything, including Castello di Amorosa, ahead of your trip.
