Staff is amazing and friendly. I am disabled and LGBT and all the staff were so accompdating and reapectful. They also offer amenities that many other hotels do not, even far more expensive ones i have stayed in. Lots of hotels offer breakfast, but they also offer a snack and a free well drink from the bar every night.

Only issues I have are that my door would sometimes not shut all the way on its own and I've come back a few times to see it open a crack or not fully engaged. The only other slight issue is that I'm disabled and my room is located on the opposite end of the hotel from the lobby, and it can take me a really long time to get there and back if I'm not feeling well and I just wish there were easier access to and from the lobby from the back of the hotel.

Wasn’t expecting such comfortability. I traveled with the family and it was more than enough room . Great free breakfast and the added star was the cocktail/appetizer hr free !!!!!! Jacuzzi hot there was a step out balcony. They were very accommodating early check in / late check out was perfect .Will be where we stay .

Spacious, immaculate room. Loved the blond furniture and balcony. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Wish I’d had more time to spend there. Great value for money with the inclusion of meals.

Love dogs but they don’t belong in restaurants. Especially sitting on the booth with their owner. Until pets are required to wear pants that’s just unsanitary are totally ignorant.

Very convenient to everything. There are two places to eat dinner right nearby and it was clean the staff was friendly. I like how you had shampoo and lotion and everything and bottles that could be refilled instead of tossed out after one use.

The elevator close to my room was broken so I ended up sleeping my luggage more than I wanted to. I really need to get both elevator is working again. I would’ve liked liked an additional lock that sometimes comes on hotel room doors. It has a swivel and a knob.

The room was in excellent condition - from cleanliness to being neat and tidy. The features offered were just what we wanted. We particularly liked the kitchenette, with a large microwave (which was one of our top requirements). Quite spacious, it really helped us get that much needed rest after a long day journey! Besides that, the other thing that we really loved was the freshly prepared breakfast — something that simply can’t go unappreciated!

The customer service is always exceptional. This was our 2nd time visiting and the manager remembered us. The front desk folks are amazing and a joy to talk with. Maya who does the evening happy hour is fabulous as well. We have truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back for a visit. Thank you so much!

I wish the ice machines was working on the 4th floor.

The inside was nice and had all the needed amenities.

The outside direly requires an update. To be honest, when I first pulled up, as a solo female traveler, I almost left. I only stayed bc I looked up reviews online and some people acknowledged that it looked creepy but was nice inside.

Comfortable rooms, love the free drink and evening snack. Love having an actual cook top with plenty of cabinet and fridge space.

The laundry was kind of gross and half the machines weren’t working. Wish it was debit instead of quarters. But adequate.

What a surprise.....they served a full cook to order breakfast and in the evening they had a light supper plus a drink at the bar all included in the room price......unbelievable. Tommy, the chef was incredible, so skilled plus so kind and great personality. I would stay here again anytime we are in or near Lancaster, Ca. The room was very clean and very comfortable bed. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful at all times.

After staying at Oxford Suites Lancaster, on our future travels, I will first check if there is an Oxford Suites where we are going, we were super impressed with the hotel and our room was huge with the most comfortable bed!!! The free breakfast was delicious with a chef taking your order for your hot breakfast that came with your stay. The staff were top notch with GREAT attitudes! Kelsey went above and beyond to make sure our room was ready for an early check in!!! The room had a refrigerator and a microwave!!! We will definitely stay at Oxford Suites again!!!
