On arrival I was greeted pleasantly and enthusiastically. The check-in was quick and easy. I was clearly advised that after visiting my room if there were any issues to please call the desk immediately and they would be taken care of. The room was large and very clean. I appreciated that not only was there a moderately sized TV, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, ironing board, and iron. The bed was comfortable and the room was extremely quiet even though we were on the ground floor. The hot breakfast was better than expected and included self-serve eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, bagels, as well as beverages. And most impressive of all was the extremely reasonable price of the room.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Check-in is quick and the staff is polite & friendly. The rooms require a key-card and have deadbolts plus a latch so you feel secure when sleeping at night and if you have to leave the room. We love the cleanliness of the rooms. We noticed that this room was just cleaned and the bathroom disinfected so we felt safe for our health. Parking is available on the property and the parking lot is well lit and plenty of security cameras watching the exterior of the building. Any small issues that we notice have been fixed quickly after we notify the front desk. We stay at least once-a-month here and look forward to coming back.

Once in a while the tv lags due to streaming but not a big concern. The ventilation of the bathroom, but we’ve seen this at many other hotels, needs better ventilation for the shower moisture.

Easy to check in, the location is next to a lot of restaurants, stores. Bed was very comfortable. The ac/ heater were easy to use. The shower was very nice.

We had thought they changed our sheets but turns out that they just lazily made our bed. I only say that because one of the sheets was all crumpled at the bottom of the bed when they made our bed. I didn’t really have a problem with this but as they did our bed I guess they found a bras underwire… that was not mine. And they left it on top of the bed for us … So it made me question how thorough the room was cleaned before it was given to me.

I absolutely love the modern concept

The only thing I didn’t like is how early housekeeping comes to try to get you out of your room on checkout day, if checkout says 11am housekeeping should be nowhere near the room until after that time. The fact that they open the door to your room to check if you’re still in there isn’t cool by any means.

Check-in was awesome. Michael was very polite, informative and quick to get us checked in. Our room was very clean and well set. It was very welcoming to walk into the room. The bathroom was very roomy. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby. The air conditioner was quiet and efficient to keep the room temp steady. I wish we would have stayed longer but it made for a great weekend. Thank you!

The only two things that concerned us was the ventilation in the bathroom while taking a shower. The mirror would fog up and the bathroom stayed humid and the fixture were experiencing the effects. The other concern is the lighting. We could have used a bit more lighting at the bathroom mirror and at the dressing mirror.

Furnishings in our room, appeared to be new. All of the furniture and cabinets were matching wood along with the picture frames. The drapes and shower curtains appeared to have just been taken out of their packages because the creases were still in them. If there had been carpeting in the room, it had been removed and replaced with a nice matching flooring. The bathroom was very big. The toilet paper and tissues were an upgrade from most lodging we have been in.  It had a good size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Even the ice bucket was an upgrade from the normal plastic ones. 

There is nothing negative we can say about this property. We would definitely recommend it. 

Loved the fact that it had been renovated since we were there last. Love the large size of the room & bathroom along with the fact there is a microwave & refrigerator available. It seemed quiet, safer than some areas in Lompoc and close to a variety of gas stations, food and other stores.

We had an issue with bathroom sink cold faucet not working properly. Found out that it was turned off under the sink due to looseness of the handle/bottom part of faucet making it hard to turn off. I think the room cleaners should have noticed the problem & made sure it was fixed before having another person in the room. Also the clock feature on the microwave did not work. I guess ultimately better communication between housekeepers & maintenance persons & people at front desk could be better.

It was very clean. The refrigerator had a freezer, which is a nice bonus. The shower had a nice big rain shower head. Hotel supplied nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also was the only hotel that we stayed at the straightened up the room and replaced towels without asking. Or getting a extra charge for it. Would definitely recommend and stay her again.

No elevator or cart to hold luggage. so many trips up and down stairs to bring in luggage.

Nice little room to stay in. Everything worked as it should. The bed was comfortable. The “rain shower head” was amazing. The walls were thick so didn’t hear much from the other neighbors too.

Was located a little close to the laundry room so sometimes the laundry room can get a tad noisy if someone is drying some clothes that had an open zipper hitting the metal inside the dryer. But if no one is doing laundry, it was fine too 😁

This property is beautifully maintained, the room was clean and stylishly decorated, modern and warm tones. The bed is probably the most comfortable we’ve had traveling and we travel a lot. Nicely remodeled bathroom with large rain shower, top notch like what you’d find in a much more expensive hotel. Good linens. Both the front desk staff at night and morning were super friendly and helpful. Great value, I’ll highly recommend!
