I really enjoyed the view of the bay from our room. Surprisingly quiet considering it’s next to the the freeway. The room and property were clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. There are good restaurants and a coffee shop in walking distance which was nice after spending the day in the car. Staff was very friendly and helpful all around.

The staff was Amazing and so friendly. Check in and out was fast and easy.

The outlets in the room were loose and the stuff I plugged in kept falling out. Also the shower curtain rod was broken and that prevented the curtain from closing all the way.

The staff was nice and accommodating, breakfasts/happy hour were good and had different selection of foods each day, view was nice, centrally located to where we needed to be. It was great for our large group (baseball team).

Bathroom smelled slightly of cigarette smoke. Cost was a little higher than value but it was a busy time due to baseball tournaments.

The front desk set us up in a ground floor waterside room that was perfect for our stay since we had an old dog with us -- quick access to the grassy lawn and walking path was ideal. Also one of us ended up spending a lot of time in the room... view of the harbor was so relaxing - perfect for looking out for the others in the group who chose to go kayaking from nearby Brooklyn Basin.

Would have been ideal if the pool and/or hot tub spa were open. Weather was so nice...

great location on the waterfront; clean & updated property - gorgeous back patio with comfortable seating and pretty fire pits (a lot of seating areas so you wouldn’t have to wait a turn) and nice options inside too if it’s too cold; easy check-in; friendly staff.

The hotel was situated in a nice area of Oakland. The staff were friendly and sociable the whole visit. The checkout process was quick and easy.

I didn’t like that it rained pretty much the whole time during our visit. Other than that the facility was good, breakfast was served, the staff were approachable and friendly.

We enjoyed the suite, silence, staff were friendly, breakfast was nice and parking was a bit to much. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Right on waterfront, lovely morning walk by boats. Nice seating outside with fire pits. Also Lovely to sit outside with morning coffee or breakfast.
