Clean,quiet and staff was friendly.

Families not following the rules at the pool area. They parked a spot at the pool’s edge near the stairs and utilized three umbrellas. They brought in huge float rafts, bottles of beer and played loud music. They took over majority of the pool. Security saw and did nothing. We complained, management came out and did absolutely nothing. We left and saw other people leaving as well. It was the larger pool behind the check in area. We had a two room villa and the air conditioning unit above my parents room was loud. Unfortunately they did not sleep well because the unit would turn off and on during the night.

Great location. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Privacy of unit. Beautiful grounds. Well maintained. Great staff, efficient and accommodating to a early and late check out. No extra resort or parking fees.

The coffee pot was a nightmare. After 15 minutes couldn't figure it out and left a watery mess. Also, although the pools were beautiful and serene, pool#6 was a bit murky. The spa quite murky and unappealing and didn't attempt to use it. We were baffled at the lack of poolside food and drinks. We had planned on eating there. It's a long hot walk to find the pool with the food and drinks. We ended up leaving the property to eat.

The staff were amazing, particularly when they were roving the grounds. Everyone said hello and made us feel welcome. The kids zone folks were also really helpful. The lady who was working at the main pool restaurant has been there for a long time and she is perhaps the gem of the entire Marriott organization, loved her.

Not the cleanest of villas, popcorn crumbs from the last tenants were noticeable. A shelf in the kitchen was lacking the hardware to hold it up and it collapsed under the weight of the pot they placed inside. Not the most convenient layout to walk to the pro shop for golf, perhaps a little more signage would have made this easier.

Beautiful place, comfortable, stylish and large villa. Lovely view and staff was very friendly. The pool area was nice and the drinks at the pool were awesome.

Not the fault of the resort but it is kind of far away from any fun places and not a ton of restaurant choices like Palm Springs. If you just want to relax and use the resort amenities then it’s great. Also the maid was in the villa when we came back from the pool in the middle of the day. I would prefer there to be a choice if the maid comes in to service the room every day (we were only there for 2 nights). I like privacy.

Room size was great. Space in bathrooms was even better. Patio doors from multiple spots in the room. Pool was great. Lots of room to space out.

More covered parking since its so hot out there. I was told we would be charged for requesting clean towels during the stay. That we could wash them ourselves. When I am on vacation I dont want to do laundry. I want to get clean towels daily. That should be included. I have never experienced that before at any hotel.

Our villa had a beautiful view but there was no sun at all which meant it was too cold to use the balcony. Next time we would like a villa that has sun exposure throughout the day. We asked for a specific room and it was not available despite my request 2 weeks before our arrival. We are repeat guests at this resort.

Clean, Nice very spacious and very secured

Check in is a bit to late and early check out. Not enough time to enjoy to the amount your of paying for it. Also I asked if it was possible for a late check out as I was checking in was told by staff yes just to text # or call ahead of time and so the morning came and did as I was told and they told me I couldn’t I was disappointed with that part of service

Room was lovely and comfortable.

The tub shower needs a better safety mat. Was very slippery and with the just one bar it was a little dangerous. What really surprised us was the tidy charge on our bill. I did not expect room service for such a short stay in the Villas and did not request it. When I made the reservation I did not see that add on thought I had paid in full.

We liked everything about the property. The check in with Brandon was wonderful, he made the process so enjoyable, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our visit at the pool was enjoyable, Dan A was there monitoring and he was a delight to converse with. Will most definitely visit again.

There is nothing we didn’t like about the property

Comfortable bed, good A/C, great location and view from our patio. It got up to 117 degrees during our stay, so even though the A/C was a bit noisy, it kept the room cool and comfortable. It took a long time for the water to get hot in the shower, but it did. A negative did turn into a positive - there was no TV remote when we got to our condo. I sent a text to the number provided for housekeeping issues asking for a replacement, and it was delivered within 20 minutes. Great service.
