Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast were delicious and the gathering on Wednesday night was great. The manager Miguel was extremely helpful as was Debbie Bianca, and all the staff they went out of their way to provide wonderful service. The place had a very homey safe feeling and any request we made was immediately taken care of if I needed extra pillows or something they were Johnny on the spot. The location was great for us, and it was so very convenient well lit and kept up very well. I can’t say enough about how the new manager who only been there a very short time was so efficient and everybody was so caring and would welcome you every time you came back to the hotel. The kitchen and the eating area was always spotless and there was coffee 24 seven and water was freely given to people who had a Hilton account, it was a pleasure to stay there and it was certainly convenient for us. One of the nicest places we have stayed for a long time for a longer stay than normal. I would stay there again in a New York minute minute. Five stars🤗❤️

Nothing they are doing a great job. The only thing was that the pool was not heated but it didn’t affect us.

The suite was what I expected. roomy comfortable clean.

our room was a little further from the elevator than I would have preferred. I have mobility issues. But I never told any one. It's my problem I did not ask the clerk when we checked in. I did not ask about hand held shower heads and grab bars in the shower or grab bars next to the toilet

Great location great breakfast and Wednesday evening cocktail party. Very friendly staff very accommodating with any needs that you had that came up. Would stay here again as it was clean comfortable and they changed breakfast menus frequently well done management and staff work great they knew your names when you came back every day. Well done.

I was glad to be greeted with a smile when checking in and also we were offered a cold water. The room was nice and spacious.

No map of the hotel was shown when we checked in or instructed where we should park for the closest to our room. The pillows weren't the best and when we checked out the young lady simply asked for the room # and said you can leave the keys in that bin. Not a thank you or a safe drive home.

I really like the size of the room and the kitchen. Wish we knew beforehand there wasn’t dish liquid dish soap to maintain cleaning

Not having a sponge and soap for the kitchen. Has to use a towel the first day then go out and buy them the next day.

The best part was the peace and quit. My girlfriend and i loved how peaceful it was and the room decor added to that feeling.

The only thing that i did not like was that we were only there for 2 nights! Will be returning again!

Staff and room great

Bags of trash in the hallway overnight not nice to walk by. Pool area not clean, towels inside the pool and all over the ground. We had to bring our own towels no clean towels in the pool area at 8:15 A.M.

Fan was a nice touch but it was totally filthy Closet door off track When you walked in the side door it smelled doggie

Not much I didn’t like. The pool was too cold.

There were only two chairs for a family of four with two small children to sit at a table. and the king size bed was not very comfortable.
