This property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We needed to be close to Stanford Hospital for a family members serious medical emergency and it was a hit far but doable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for extra pillows and water bottles which arrived five minutes after our request by a very kind staff member. The free parking was a huge bonus. We also appreciated that they offered free bottled water instead of charging us $8 for a bottle of water that costs them less than $1 from Costco. Great service and great price.

The beds are hard. My husband thought they were ok, firm yet he could sleep on concrete if necessary. I like a medium / soft mattress and even firm if it has some cushion but the mattress in our particular room was way too hard. Rooms are small but manageable, and definitely more a motel vibe with the doors going straight out to the parking lot. I prefer a lobby and nighttime front desk staff etc. We got a room at the Westin, closer to Stanford Hospital for $10 more the next day.

The property was clean and there were extra towels, wash cloths, and hand towels as well as extra toilet paper. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows and I was able to sleep comfortably and relax. The air conditioner was quieter than other places I have stayed at over the years and I was able to get much needed rest and relax while working remotely. I would definitely return to your hotel and stay at other Hilton Hotels under the Hilton family of hotels when traveling.I have stayed at many Hilton Hotels over the years! Thanks for providing top notch service, your staff was excellent and provided top notch service and were very helpful whenever I had questions during my stay. Mark

I was a little confused given the square shape of the hotel. I don’t think there was clear enough signage to let me know the bottom floor was G1 Garage level. I also stayed on the 1st floor so I found the signage to be a little confusing differentiating where the 1st floor garage actually was and I went to the bottom floor a few times.

The Nest property was nice! I love the water feature, fire feature, the nice sunny/shady courtyards. Hotel was very clean! The housekeeping crew should get kudos! The groundskeeper crew works hard on keeping the grounds beautiful. They were very nice too, as they cleaned the sidewalks, etc. The room was clean! Felt comfortable there.

The bad side: the room was very, very small! King bed, bathroom, tv, desk with office chair. That’s it. No mini fridge, no microwave. Keurig in room but needs more coffee left in room and more sugar/creamers. My bedroom at home is bigger. With 2 people in room it was very cramped. That was the downside of the stay. I do have to say I reserved a room that had a small other sitting comfy chair, but when my hubby checked us in (I was already at Stanford getting my chemo) he moved our room from upstairs (he has had knees) and so they gave us a room downstairs, no extra chair. So partly his fault. 🤷‍♀️ha ha

Great location - A gas station and a Starbucks right next door made things very comfortable. The room was clean, large, nice, and there's lots of parking on site. Lobby was nice and welcoming and the staff was super nice.

Very loud aircon unit, they promised for it to be taken care of after the first night but nothing was done. For some reason they skimp on toiletries, we had to explicitly ask for more soap and shampoo each time. I understand environmental considerations but come on, you need soap. Also the phone in the room didn't really work so there was no way to call reception, but we didn't let them know about this problem when we were there so I can't say that's on them.

bed was pretty comfortable, with a nice large tv to unwind at the end of the day, warm water was pretty quick,

the breakfast option was pretty poor for my hotel experience, no egg, sausage, not even cereal and milk, i think that what i would change of this hotel is the breakfast, because most days i went to happy donuts to get an egg muffin

The room at The Nest had the most comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom. The shower was clean and the water hot; a very good quality. We also loved the 55" television and the great cable views. The lounge area was nice and quite comfortable. The outdoor sitting area was serene and relaxing with a water feature and a long fire pit.

The room, though it had a comfortable bed and nice bathroom, was rather stark. There was only was only one chair to sit on, and that was a desk chair. You had to sit on the bed to watch TV. It would be sufficient for one person, but not so comfortable for two people.

the wifi was fast and reliable, the staff were really friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and felt comfortable and the bathroom was particularly nice.

The temperature in the room was a little difficult to regulate? I think it was unusually cold when I was there so the heating was just a little difficult.

The most important thing for us was the parking, and there were plenty of parking spots and they were all included with the stay. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was excellent - they were the nicest people in the city. We also checked in earlier because they had a clean room. They also have free tea and coffee in the morning, which is nice. In general, a very good stay for comfortable exploration of Silicon Valley, Big Sur and even Yosemite.

The only thing we didn’t like was the noise cancellation, we could hear every noise from the outside (like someone starting a car, taking their luggage upstairs, etc.) though we were pretty tired from the whole day of exploring the national parks nearby it didn’t bother us much.

The property is nested away from the street, very beautiful and quiet. The housekeeping staff were so nice and cleaned very thoroughly, staff were nice. I love the atmosphere . Conveniently close to Standford hospital, we were there visiting a family member in the hospital and we flew in from Louisiana, our stay was for 8 nights

There is no microwave or fridge in the room, I had to buy a bag of ice and a ice chest to keep my Trulicity Injection Pen in too keep cold..very inconvenient, no way to heat up food

Well appointed room - very clean and provided me with all the essentials I needed for my stay.

I thought the beds could have benefited from being a little more comfortable. I also had a leaky shower which was easily solved by requesting more towels and the staff were very helpful.
