The location is amazing, there's a Supermarket, a Convenience Store and probably at least 25 restaurants - found my fresh juice every morning, great Burgers and Fries, awesome Mexican, off the charts incredible Sushi and so much more that I didn't get a chance to checkout, all within short walking distance (1 block or less). Loved the spacious room with huge walk-in closet, lots of drawers for my stuff, a very nice, firm and comfortable bed, the linens were nice too, my room had burgundy sheets and they felt quite nice, no idea how many thread but for sure, not your typical motel stuff - I slept like a baby. My room had a nice sized fridge, a microwave oven, LIGHTNING FAST WIFI and a large flat screen TV with endless cable channels and premium movie channels like HBO which was cool Lastly, and I have to share this, what a nice, quiet and peaceful environment, when I opened my room door all you could here was the song of birds.

When I got the check for one sitting of Sushi it was over $100 and the surprise caught me off guard, so some of the places in the area can be pricey, and it could hurt if on a budget like me; but other than that heads up about the area, I have absolutely no complaints about the motel itself.

It was very clean and comfortable 😌. Located on the beginning strip of studio city. Right next to food shopping and fun 😋 . The manager was very Courteous and respectful as well as staff.

I noticed it was, (negative activity)Well sometimes people,turn a beautiful place and atmosphere into negative energy. 😉 wink.

-soap left over from last person who was there -the shower was not clean -bed was itchy - tv was broken - a disruptive tenant had shoddy individuals come by to scream ag her all hours of the day - very dirty parking lot/sidewalk - the worst looking place on the lovely block - no phone in room

The area

It was dirty, smokey smelling, crazy tentants, the floors were filthy...could not get them clean. Ash tray was full, and no towels, refrigerator or microwave. Don't fall for the pictures of the rooms.

There were no coffee machines or microwaves in the room

Property is close to a lot of local restaurants and shops.

Bed bugs. Graffiti in room.

Basically, there was NOTHING that I liked about this property. The neighborhood was great, upscale and modern. The Motel, itself would have been better suited for skid row . I stayed in room 17 above the office in the front on the street

No heat. You could see through the cracks around the wall a/c. Very noisy, would have been just as quiet sleeping in the middle of Ventura Blvd. Almost all of the units looked like they had long term pay by the week residents. Building was very rundown. Pillows were very uncomfortable. Bed did not have a top sheet, only bottom sheet and blanket/bedspread. No wash cloths. No hand towels. Awful paint colors (gray and chartreus). No light over the mirror. No privacy except foggy bathroom windows. Parking lot needed to be repaved. Cigarette butts, trash and garbage bats everywhere. Bathroom looked like the female plug was not GFI protected.
