I have stayed here many times in years past. It appears that it has been recently renovated and the interior reflects that. All the fixtures are new and function very well. The humidity sensing bathroom fan is a great innovation; there is nothing I have hated more than having a noisy fan come on needlessly every time you turn on the light to go into the bathroom. Having it come on only when the humidity has risen due to showering is a perfect solution.

I'm used to seeing yogurt on the breakfast counter. Not here. Perhaps because yogurt has gone up so much in price?

We hit a deer coming in to Yreka around 11:00 pm one night this summer. Got to the motel with a damaged car, driving very slowly. The hotel staff were VERY understanding. In the morning, they allowed us to stay in the office/breakfast area after checkout time to make calls about towing, etc. And, since he was going that way anyway, the manager even offered to drive us in his car to Medford if we needed that. How very kind of him! We ended up going in the tow truck, but I can't say enough nice things about this hotel's management.

This place is consistently great. My parents have stayed here a handful of times and they always return, even though I have offered other options in the area. They have a great staff and helped meet all our requests. My mom loved the accessible rooms and this made all the difference in her experience. There used to be a Mexican restaurant that was located right across the street, that my parents looked forward to eating at after a long drive, well, it is now closed, but alas, there is another Mexican restaurant in walking distance-- thank goodness!! It is perfect to stroll to after a long drive and all you want to do is eat and chill.

It's no frills but nothing to complain about.

The facilities were limited but more affordable. It was very clean. They allowed us to park our car there while we did activities and then pick it up on our return.

I would have liked to have the hot tub open but it is the start of the cold season.

THERE WAS NO KITCHEN, BUT REALLY LIKED HAVING A MICROWAVE & FRIDGE IN OUR ROOM. I ALSO ASKED TO BE ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR, DUE TO MOBILITY ISSUES ... WAS GREAT THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMODATE ME.

THE ONLY REASON I DID NOT GIVE THIS AN EXCELLENT WAS THE PAPER PRODUCTS WERE NOT OF GOOD QUALITY ...TOILET PAPER & FACIAL TISSUE

I did appreciate the service I received from the office staff and housekeeping. And the parking was easy!

I was disappointed in the breakfast. I understand that perhaps the Covid precautions were the reason for the size of the Continental Breakfast. I have traveled to other places this year, and the Continental Breakfasts included biscuits, gravy, breakfast meats (bacon, sausage, etc.) When I went in the first morning, there was someone sitting and having breakfast, but the other tables had chairs on top of them. The gentleman finished his breakfast and asked if I would like to sit there, so when I went in the next day, I was told that the breakfast room was closed to eating there, and that I should take my breakfast back to my room to eat! It was that way for the rest of my stay!

While everything was great we couldn't sleep so we left around 4 am as the mattress was just too hard to sleep on it was like we were sleeping on a board. While everything was very good. The mattress was horrible

I hear they have a continental breakfast but I didn't partake. But I always stay here when I'm in Yreka. It's clean, they've changed the floor to laminate so no gross carpets and the beds are comfy.

Room was modern, fresh paint and in good condition. All was good, smelled good, nice sheets, clean and tidy.

Paint needs to be touched up on the front wall. Corners need to be cleaned for a 10 rating.

The location was easy to find, convenient. It was close to downtown.

It was fine. The price was reasonable. It had what we needed for a quick overnight stay. The breakfast was unappetizing, high carb. So we skipped it. The coffee eas pretty good.
