Beautiful roses and great location close to the dance convention I was attending across the street. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. In room hot tub. Large room with arm chairs.

The room was cavelike and dark, with brown and beige decor, and the bedcover a slick uncomfortable polyester that felt bad and kept sliding off the bed.

I know the pub or bar is not connected to you, we went there for supper, we were very disappointed in the service, took awhile to be waited on & then our supper took forever to get to us & after we just wanted to leave to go back to our room, my husband had to catch her attention to get the bill. She wasn’t very attentive, very slow in coming around to our table & we were the only table in the place everyone else was sitting at the bar. We enjoy stopping at your hotel & will continue to do so in the future. Your breakfast in the morning was wonderful, filled us both up, thank you. 👍👍👍👍

Wonderful people, good breakfast, clean room. I must rate a 10 for the hotel for its service. I accidentally left my clothes in the closet after leaving the hotel for 2 hours. Then called the frontdesk who later helped me to find the items and gave me a suggestion on how to handle it. I had a few follow-up calls to various shifts of the front desk. All nice and kind people no matter what situation. Now I am busy on UPS website to arrange shipment, but they deserve my time to write a 'Thank You' review here! A good stop in Ashland if you need to drop by. BTW, they also have a good restraunt as neighbor, a plus.

Air conditioner a bit noisy. Would be good to improve.

Our room and bed were clean, very comfortable and reasonably quiet. The hot tub is delightful.

The fitness center needs equipment maintenance and cleaning. Several machines are broken/non-functional, and the machines are dusty. Staff removed the coffee urns before the scheduled time was finished for breakfast, frustrating some folks. Why not provide just provide access to coffee all day?

The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast room was well laid out with lots of places to sit and had a good variety of items to choose from. One pleasant and unexpected item was two benches, one for each suitcase. Also lots of counter and desk space. The desk clerk who checked us in on March 21st, I believe his name was Kevin, worked hard to get us a downstairs room. We will return.

The refrigerator was noisy but not load enough to keep us awake. Other than that there was nothing to not like.

We liked the breakfast and the breakfast area was kept very clean. The food was always fresh. The servers were very nice, helpful and efficient. The room was nice. For a 4 night stay, we needed a bigger room for 3 of us. But we managed. The beds were comfortable. We liked using the outdoor patio in front as well for our very own 'happy hour'. We loved that this Inn allowed our precious little dog as well. She was content and well behaved. Thank you!

We would have preferred our car to be parked directly in front of our room. It was too far from us and even pulling it up closer to the patio, where our room was near, it was still too far. We didn't know when booking this room that we would be placed far from parking. We had a lot of luggage and other necessary items to lug to the room. We are elderly and requested a ground floor which we did get but we were not pleased where the room was located.

The front desk staff (woman) was SUPER nice & friendly. Wish I knew her name. She deserves 5 stars. She was working on June 23 at 10:30pm. The staff helped my husband with a parking spot for his truck & trailer, & they even put cones down. SO nice. The beds were so comfortable. The treats for our dogs were a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Definitely the breakfast. Horrible. "Powdered" (fake) eggs were so bad. I ended up just getting coffee. Nothing else looked good.

We had the jacuzzi room and it was wonderful so romantic exactly what we needed. Also I’m a pillow freak and their pillows were awesome ! The breakfast was ok lacked variety but was enough to get us thru the morning. They also have a gym didn’t have time to visit it but it looked nice. I would definitely stay again.

The only dislike was the smell of smoke in the room even though it was a non smoking room.

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the bed, it was comfortable, and outside was beautiful. I also appreciated the unique art on the walls. Also, They had a gym, and outdoor pool if you're interested.

The neighbors next door. Creepy vibes and said inappropriate comments to me, along with making me feel stressed and anxious, which caused my service animal to bark.

I had a great experience at the Windsor. I arrived a little late, due to traffic. The young man at the desk was immediately accommodating and helpful. In very short order, he had me checked in, told me the best way to access my room, explained various services, and helped me figure out the best way to balance my fatigue with a need to eat! Plus the hotel was lovely, my view in the morning spectacular, and my breakfast was perfect. I hope to come back.
