Clean and updated. Simple and comfortable. Excellent staff and our room was spacious and well laid out. All the essential amenities are provided. The best little breakfast to start off your day. Parking was decent. I had to iron my son’s graduation gown and there was an ironing board with a decent iron.

The location is a bit odd and tucked away in a cluster of other businesses. However it turns out there were plenty of places to get gas, have food, etc. It was all walking distance. The shower was set up to accommodate mobility issues so there is not lip to keep the water contained in the shower area. Even with the bathmat and shower curtains, the floors got wet.

The room was clean and well taken care of. I liked how the air conditioning worked and the tv was easy to figure out. Also liked how the bed gave a good pillows and stuff for the bathroom.

Would like maybe better blankets. They felt very thin. Had the morning breakfast and it upset both me and my partners. Also did not like how the employee was annoyed where my room was while other people were standing in the lobby. Just to protect people's safety. If I was staying alone as a young female I would have been more scared.

The location was great for the purpose of our visit, which was a rafting trip. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and plenty of space for the two of us (we had a room with 2 queens)

The fridge was broken in our room and we had food with us that we had planned to keep cold. That was very disappointing. And they didn’t have a replacement available.

Comfortable bed and covers, quiet room, great staff. They have guest laundry! Housekeeping did not make a lot of noise like they do at other hotels…great if you sleep late.

TV connection cut off a few times and there was a door underneath the bed… why is the property storing doors under the beds? Doesn’t it prevent the cleaning staff for performing their job?

We were really pleased with this Holiday Inn Express. Staff were extra friendly and helpful. Room was well furnished and extremely clean. We especially like the calm neutral color scheme throughout the hotel and our room. It just made things more restful after a long day on the road. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, good location, good breakfast selection

Noisy, not much sound protection from the freeway work being done, perhaps the other side of the motel would have been better. Also, our card keys kept deactivating and required us to go downstairs and wait for new ones to be made.

The bathtub is “creaky” when showering. Most likely lack of or too little mortar bed placed under tub during installation… but not a real issue, just an observation

Loved the staff!! Especially Jesse!! He made our check in easy and comfortable with the greatest of ease. The pool and hot tub was a welcome addition Beds were super comfortable Breakfast was more than adequate The only issue was with BOOKING.COM The info on booking said we booked a one bedroom suite( meaning bedroom separate from rest of apartment)...the location in Ashland did not have one bedroom suite with kitchen/diner area like most new holiday inn IHG..but the staff made up for BOOKINGS mishap.

Location and breakfast were good, Staff was above and beyond friendly and helpful.

Room was stuffy and stagnant, we had to run AC or fan to keep room fresh despite outside temperature being in the mid to low 30’s
